Amazing hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The view from the hotel is incredible and the view from the balcony of our room was also lovely. The room was clean and very modern, very easy to access as they don’t give you a key but rather a pin to enter it when you check in which I think is very innovative and effective. The only downside is that the water in the shower tends to overflow and flood the bathroom because it is a walk in shower and there is no “closing door”, but apart from this small inconvenience everything else was perfect. The pool is open from the morning until sunset and there are plenty of sun-beds to chill in, they even offer guests the option to have their meals and drinks by the pool. We opted for the half-board formula which worked out perfectly for us: breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:30 and there is a big variety of foods and drinks, while dinner is also vary and buffet with different foods everyday, all fresh. We could switch our dinner with lunch if we preferred, which we ended up doing quite a lot because the lunch menu was so delicious. It is à-la-carte and we could each order a starter, main and dessert; the portions were so big that we were struggling to finish them but everything was so good! There is also a back-garden with hammocks and bean bag chairs to chill, as well as a goal and a table tennis, for which you could ask for footballs and rackets at any time at reception if you wanted to play. All the staff were so lovely, welcoming and helpful in case of any questions or needs. We mainly interacted with Maria, Wilmer and Jose (osario? I can’t really remember the surname, sorry), which were all very nice to us. The location is beautiful and quiet, there is a beach, supermarkets and restaurants/bars all within a 5/10min walk. I would recommend renting a car for exploring the surrounding areas as well because it is so worth it! We didn’t really have time to participate in any activity, but they do organise and offer plenty of them. The price we paid for our whole stay was overall amazing (probably cheap!) for the services, food, and treatment we received! Thank you Sholeo, we had a great experience and certainly will be back at some point!

we really enjoyed this stay. The hotel was so clean, well equipped and the staff are amazing. The room even has Netflix that you can log into! We cannot fault this hotel and feel it certainly suits the younger generation. The food is lovely and healthy, and whilst it is really quiet here there are many restaurants in walking distance, we would particularly recommend cappuccino María or Bombay lounge. The staff within the hotel were so welcoming, and the pool was immaculate. Only side note would be the room cleans, I wish they were more frequent as only happened twice during our stay! I would definitely recommend if you want a quiet fresh holiday!

We had an amazing stay! There are so many things to do in the hotel, you will never get bored. The rooms were cool designed and clean, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Loved it! would definitely recommend if you are looking for a chill place to stay around Los Gigantes :)

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff are excellent, the rooms are very comfortable & clean and the food was good. We were pleased that we had chosen half board. The views and sunsets are beautiful and there are some lovely walks nearby. We had 2 hire cars between us and always found free parking close by. We definitely hope to stay again and recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere away from the livelier resorts further south. Plenty of sunbeds available at any time of the day.

Our stay was great! Wonderful pool and delicious breakfast, great for a little relaxing getaway! The hotel was very central and near the stunning Playa de la Arena black sand beach. There is gym and a co-working space if you need to get any pressing business done.

What a little gem of a hotel this is ! The room we were given was lovely with a sea view as well which was a lovely touch 👌 The pool area was so chilled and with views of the Atlantic Ocean thrown in 😃 The only slight gripe was not having the room cleaned or fresh towels throughout our 5 night stay. All in all a great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. Power shower in the bathroom. Good sized room and balcony. Lovely pool. Plenty of sunbeds at all times (don’t need to worry about rushing to reserve one in the morning). Lovely music playing throughout the day. Lunch at the hotel is incredible! Great portions
