Pros:
Hotel with nice views, nice and friendly staffs. decent breakfast, vey comfy bathrobe
Walking distance to many tourist spots
Room is well equip
Cons:
I went to try the spa (aromatherapy package), was expecting a relaxing massage but I think the masseur lacks the skills. She use brute force and continously rub on the same spot over and over. I had red bruises all over my back. Had to keep reminding her to be more gentle, I had more aches instead of feeling relaxed.

We highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location, nice, cozy and clean rooms. Good and full breakfast wich offers a variety of dishes, both Chinese and European. There is also a bar on the roof with a choice of cocktails.

Hotel is in a very convenient location for tourists, right opposite elephant trunk hill. Service quality is impeccable. The receptionists were sincere in understanding our needs and helped us by recommending local sights and eats.
Hotel room was spacious, comfortable and clean. All thee necessary amenities were provided and complementary fruits were also given.
Do check out the roof top bar which has a great view over the city of Gui Lin.
Overall the best hotel we stayed at during our trip and we were very happy with our stay.

Great hotel in a wonderful and convenient location. Staff were particularly helpful and check in was super easy. In particular, Peng Min at the hotel front desk was very patient in answering all our questions about tour bookings and even helped us book a 4 start cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo for the next day. Thanks to the team at the hotel for making our stay and trip so easy and enjoyable.
