Ulasan Wing Hotel

Bilik itu sangat bersih dan luas. Juga mempunyai ruang bacaan kecil yang comel. Kemudahan dobi adalah mencukupi. Saya sangat kecewa dengan kalis bunyi dan ihsan orang lain yang tinggal dan pembersih. Saya tidak tidur kerana banyak bunyi dari jalan tetapi terutamanya dari bilik di atas dan di sebelah saya. Sehingga jam 3 pagi saya boleh mendengar langkah kaki, TV dan dentuman. Saya kemudian terjaga dengan bayi menjerit pada pukul 7 pagi dan TV yang kuat datang dari salah satu bilik tempat tukang cuci sedang membersihkan dengan pintu terbuka luas.

Kami hanya tinggal sebentar tetapi kami menikmati bilik dan lokasi hotel. Sangat sesuai untuk melawat batang gajah atau hanya berjalan-jalan malam di kawasan bar dan restoran yang sangat sibuk. Kami terkejut dengan kualiti hotel dengan harganya. Saranan hangat.

Guilin Wing Hotel is centrally located at Guilin City. The hotel is surrounded by food stall and shop selling clothes. Opposite the hotel, a food court, Guilin Good Food 桂林好吃街 and few step away, Guilin Zhengyang Pedestrian Street 正阳步行街. Hotel is within walking distance to Elephant Trunk Mountain, Jingjiang Palace, Two Rivers and Four Lakes. A travel agency counter for booking of tour in the hotel lobby whereby you can book day tour and cruise. WeChat the Hotel 2 week before we arrive to find out the option of day tour. The lady 小韦, contact us to discuss the activities we want to go. She was very positive and not pushy. She advice and provide option for us to choose. She was very helpful and help us book Guilin Two-Rivers-Four-Lakes Cruise 两江四湖, Guilin Longji Terraced Scenic Area 龙脊梯田金坑大寨, Rafting Down Li River in Guilin (桂林漓江漂流) with cheaper price. We book a Family Triple Room, consist of 1 Queen bed and 1 Single bed. Hotel provide free use of washing machine, dryer and also a gym room. Buffet breakfast was good with reasonable price of Rmb$30 per person. Housekeeping was good and not sure what they spray at the corridor because of the good smell. At the lobby, the Hotel provide free Chinese tea and luo han guo for guests to drink every day. Basically, I find the staff, from the Front desk staff to the breakfast staff all has a very good service attitude, friendly and helpful. I am fully satisfied with my stay in the hotel.

Great location with lots of food and other vendors downstairs at the pedestrian street. It's within walking distance to many attractions like the Sun and Moon Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill. Check in was easy. 小李＆小秦 at the reception were polite and helpful. Gave us lots of helpful tips. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I liked the little sitting area. There is also soda and a snack in the fridge. The lobby has free tea/coffee service. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Location is fantastic, right in the middle of town with many local street food vendors and restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel. Also easily able to walk to Guilin main attractions such as moon hill. There was also a travel agent in the lobby that helped me to book the famous li river cruise. Would definitely recommend staying here if it fits your budget. Room was clean and quiet despite the hustle and bustle outside.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of the action down the main pedestrian street in Guilin. Fairly easy to find and pretty quiet as it’s a bit further from traffic but still easy enough to get to via taxi. Lobby and room both lovely and clean for a great price. A few minutes walking distance to lots of lovely scenic areas and exciting food options.

The location is great and right in the Center of Guilin with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The pagoda lake is walking distant and Jenny is very helpful, she went out of her way to help us arrange excursion for the river cruise. Would recommend this hotel highly

The room is spacious. The furniture and walls are in poor condition - dirty, the headboard is scratched. One of the advantages is that there is a laundry service with the sender. Breakfast is traditional for China - mainly national dishes. No coffee.

It’s amazingly located in the middle of all attractions. Strongly recommended

Hotel is next to the food street and a lot of nice food to try. Staff is very helpful and provide a lot of information prior to our trip via WeChat. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable.

Service and location are good. The laundry service was handy. Cleanliness could be better, corridor on and off smell like cigarette.

The location is excellent, wolk to food court in 10 seconds (from hotel lobby). Room is clean and tidy, staff are helpful. Near night market, within 10 minutes walk, also close to viewpoint, you may walk there in 25 minutes.

Very good hotel, clean room. The location is really close to the touristic places, like the Elephant Hill.
