We were very happy with the room, and I loved the little penguin on the bed. The hotel thoughtfully provided two types of pillows, one soft and one firm. We both prefer firmer pillows, especially my husband who usually brings his own pillow when we travel 😂, but he didn't need to this time. The bathroom was also great; the toilet was smart and they even thoughtfully provided disinfectant wipes and disposable toilet covers. Tangtang and Dandan at the front desk were also excellent; they noticed I left some local specialties behind and proactively contacted me. The hotel is right next to Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, just a two or three-minute walk to the right when you exit. There are many restaurants and specialty shops right outside, which is convenient but not noisy. Plus, there's complimentary tea in the lobby on the first floor, and the hotel's common area is very comfortably decorated.

My friend and I came to Guilin and wanted to stay at a hotel in the city center, so we chose the Xiangshan Puyun Hotel. This hotel is really great! Right outside, there's a food street, and next door, there's a local specialty store with many authentic local products like osmanthus cakes and osmanthus sugar, which are all delicious. When you enter the lobby, there's a welcome tea, and a cute robot delivers food. There's also a reading area in the back. Our stay was fantastic, and we'll definitely come again!

I came to Guilin with my family, having always heard that Guilin's landscapes are the best under heaven and longed to visit. This time, the whole family made the trip to Guilin and stayed at the Xiangshan Puyun Hotel. Right outside is a food street with lots of authentic Guilin delicacies. The air conditioning in the lobby on the first floor was nice and warm, and there was a cute robot delivering meals, which was really cool. There are also many books in the back row. We'll definitely come again!

Now that we've arrived in Guilin, the city renowned for its breathtaking scenery, we checked into the Xiangshan Puyun Hotel right in the city center. The area around the hotel is a foodie's paradise, with delicious local specialties like Beer Fish, Osmanthus Cake, and Guilin Rice Noodles all easily accessible. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted by warm air conditioning and a cute robot delivering food. Further back, there was a spacious book bar with a wide selection of books. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Guilin!

The facilities are well-maintained and feel brand new, and the air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi are all very stable. The taste was spot on. The room itself was clean, tidy, and hygienic. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the biggest surprise was the large bay window – it was so relaxing to sit there, sip tea, and soak up the sun. Plus, there were complimentary drinks and water in the minibar. The staff were all very welcoming, and the housekeeping team was also lovely. I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Guilin!
