Regular shuttle service to Narita airport etc really helps us to chill a few days before going to Tokyo.

The room is decent. just enough space for 3pax. Love the provided pyjamas. Ironing facilities available upon request. Airport shuttle services is so convenient. Just be there on time. No reservation needed. Family mart convenience stores just below the hotel.

The hotel have spacious lobby and many facilities like family mart and laundry room. It really helped when my family and I were there. It also provides free shuttle bus to and fro for Narita airports and Aeon Mall.

Nice and friendly hotel , staff also . When I realised that my room was being taken by others which checked by hotel staff . They immediately change and arranged another room for me without hesitation. Good service and polite .

Location is close to airport. Very convenient to take shuttle bus to town or airport. Near by Aeon mall. Family mart locates at G/F.

Good value for money! Hotel room is big.

Everything was pretty good, except for when my luggage broke .. for a four star hotel … we have push the bellboy cart ourselves is very disappointing. The staff don’t bother to offer help.

Everything great and perfect location for stopover and transit to other city. Food is great!

Great service all around from checking in , eating breakfast and checking out had a great experience.

Booked for one night for our last day in Japan. They provide free shuttle service to and from airport, Aeon Mall and JR station. It was super punctual. There was a convenient store within the hotel where everyone spends all their balance cash notes and coins buying snacks and what nots. The hotel staff here is used to international travelers and they speak good English and not so much Japanese like in other hotels. There was a koi garden which entertained my children.

Hotel is 15 mins drive from Narita Terminal 2 and 10 mins drive from Terminal 1. Booked a room for 4 people and the room was very spacious. I like the fact that there is a family mart just at the lobby of the hotel.

Mystay ticks all the boxes , fair and very reasonable prices for a room larger than average in Japan! (21SQM). A pool, spa, Zen-garden, reliable free bus service to Narita station, Aeon shopping centre, airport ( all terminals) . There is a convenience shop inside with oodles of items to choose from, a typical Japanese Onsen for 500yen , fully equipped gym. The staff are friendly and overall i give it full thumbs up. While the check-in was smooth and the english-speaking staff at concierge was detailed in the available facilities e.g. sauna chargeable at 550 yen per pax, I was shocked by how unclean the room I stayed in was, at the highest level 11: dust was perpetually flying visibly in the air and worse if you smack the stained bed a bit; could see the dust and dirt stuck on TV remote control; there were stains on the bed; there were hair strands in the bathroom (e.g. bathtub); and there was a foul stench when I opened the bathroom (the kind that wet clothes did not dry properly hence proving the lack of ventilation in the bathroom). Thankfully I stayed for one night only though I did not use the facilities. The hotel seemed popular with other airline staff and tourists (Chinese, Thai, Korean) who could be rowdy at the lobby area and convenience store located at level 1 of the hotel. I did not feel exactly safe. All in all, I would strongly discourage booking this hotel.

Very comfortable and convenient
