Ulasan HOTEL MYSTAYS Premier Narita

Hotel is 15 mins drive from Narita Terminal 2 and 10 mins drive from Terminal 1. Booked a room for 4 people and the room was very spacious. I like the fact that there is a family mart just at the lobby of the hotel.

Mystay ticks all the boxes , fair and very reasonable prices for a room larger than average in Japan! (21SQM). A pool, spa, Zen-garden, reliable free bus service to Narita station, Aeon shopping centre, airport ( all terminals) . There is a convenience shop inside with oodles of items to choose from, a typical Japanese Onsen for 500yen , fully equipped gym. The staff are friendly and overall i give it full thumbs up. While the check-in was smooth and the english-speaking staff at concierge was detailed in the available facilities e.g. sauna chargeable at 550 yen per pax, I was shocked by how unclean the room I stayed in was, at the highest level 11: dust was perpetually flying visibly in the air and worse if you smack the stained bed a bit; could see the dust and dirt stuck on TV remote control; there were stains on the bed; there were hair strands in the bathroom (e.g. bathtub); and there was a foul stench when I opened the bathroom (the kind that wet clothes did not dry properly hence proving the lack of ventilation in the bathroom). Thankfully I stayed for one night only though I did not use the facilities. The hotel seemed popular with other airline staff and tourists (Chinese, Thai, Korean) who could be rowdy at the lobby area and convenience store located at level 1 of the hotel. I did not feel exactly safe. All in all, I would strongly discourage booking this hotel.

Good hotel, perhaps a tad dated but still very decent. There is a 24/7 mini mart in the hotel which sells very good egg sandwiches. I guess the best thing about this hotel is its location close to Narita airport, the free shuttle and the easy access to the outlet mall.

15 minutes to Narita Airport. Bed is absolutely too small for 2 adults + 1 kid so better to get a room with a bigger bed. Buffet breakfast isn't worth it for Westerners but good for Asians. Buy water from Family Mart at the lobby as the hotel won't give you extra bottles of water. Very strict with 2 bottles per night.

The service is excellent. Convenience Store inside the hotel is a big plus.

Hotel was perfect for a one night stay as we had an early morning flight the next day. They had shuttle service to Narita airport which was really convenient. Place was clean and just as described in pictures and has a 24h family mart just at the lobby!

Lots of useful amenities including skincare products. Microwave and vending machines on level 3, 6 and 9. Should have sign to inform that level 6 is smoking floor as the microwave room reels of smoke. Handy shuttle bus service to and from airport. Will recommend a stay to catch flight out of Narita. Hotel received my luggages sent by Yamato in advance without any issues. 24 hour Lawson in lobby is useful.

We choose to stay the night before early morning fight at Narita. They have a shuttle bus between Narita airport and hotel in 10 mins, however the last shuttle bus is 23:20 at terminal 2 . So convenient for who have a early morning flight.
