Hotel Guilin dengan Kolam Renang

Fantastic location and access to various scenic locations. Staff very helpful, particularly Mr Edison Wang who promptly help me to get my backpack when I left it back after checking out. Rooms were clean and lovely views. The only thing was the air conditioning could have been better (but we were told that due to the facing of the room it constantly got the sun rays so the heat) but we were promptly given two fans to make the room cooler. Thank you again.

What a wonderful experience for us all as a family. When we saw the room, we instantly felt comfortable. Their warm welcome made us feel like home. We can't wait to come back again and will surely recommend to friends and family. Their fresh breakfast was so enjoyable, made from fresh ingredients and also allowing us tourist to enjoy local foods and they were all delicious! We received cute keychains as gifts for my boys and they loved ut. So thoughtful of them. Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful experience.

位置交通: 酒店的位置沒的説，緊鄰逍遙樓，步行幾分鐘就是東西巷，步行街。從橋上看離象鼻山也很近。 停車: 有地下停車場，我們是淡季到的，位置比較充足，但停車場不大，暑期旺季估計還是不太好停的。 服務: 前台的一個小哥哥，感覺崗前培訓應該是做得不到位的。酒店有房間在升級裝修，我們搭電梯時有看到貼了提示，但前台辦理入住時衹字未提，把我們安排在5樓。一出電梯，5樓幾乎一大半的房間都在裝修，裝修的材料還堆放在走廊，給人的感受非常不好。給前台打電話，首先第一句竟然是: 您的這個房型就是這樣的，就是正好在我們升級改造的樓層。 ？？？ 等於，這還是我的錯了？我活該？ 我提出換房，小夥子説，我訂的這個房型只有4樓和5樓有，但這兩層都在裝修。那請問，這種情況，你們酒店為什麼還把房間放出來？為什麼不加以説明？之前預訂其他酒店，哪怕只是臨街或者旁邊有KTV會帶來噪音，酒店都會提前告知。你這倒好，説都不説，問，就是顧客自己的事？ 在我再三堅決要求換房的情況下，換到了3樓。首先，我原本預訂的景觀房，確實視野比較好，正對着逍遙樓，晚上亮燈後景色比較不錯。換到3樓後，視野差非常多。但從床的大小和房間格局來判斷，應該是升級了房間，呵呵，可是，前台也沒有告知。在前面你的一頓不當操作，讓顧客感受不好後，哪怕實際是升房了，也沒主動説明，讓顧客的感受好一點。培訓真的很不到位。 下樓換房卡時，還是聽到前台另一個小姐姐給其他客人辦入住説房間wifi密碼，才知道的。我們辦理時，也沒有告知。。。。 房間設施: 房間比較小，沒有衣架，就牆上兩個簡單的掛鈎，衣服衹能疊掛在一起。 最不好的是馬桶，雖然是智能馬桶，但是沖水非常的大，水花會濺出來，非常的不衞生。而是坐下時也會先感應沖水，太不衞生了。沖水的聲音還非常大，晚上起夜的話，會吵到睡覺的人。 如果睡眠淺，睡得早的人。一定不要訂靠馬路這邊的房間。旁邊就是灕江，晚上有很多人拿着露天KTV在那唱，聲音非常大，相當吵。一直會唱到晚上10點半左右。 游泳池: 就在餐廳旁邊，看了一眼，很小，類似一個温泉池的大小吧，看上面寫水深1.2米。不能叫泳池，算個小朋友的洗水池吧。 早餐: 有一説一，餐廳的景色非常好。當時訂這家酒店，也是被餐廳的照片吸引。早餐中規中矩，基本該有的也都有，味道也都不差。咖啡竟然還是現磨的，這個要點贊，咖啡豆不偏酸，本人比較喜歡。餐廳的工作人員很nice，我們住了兩天，第二天起得比較晚，9點45才去用餐。10點餐廳就收了。工作人員一直提醒我們要吃什麼就趕緊拿。米粉攤位的阿姨，看湯已經見底，又有點涼了，還幫我加熱了一下。扶着鍋，方便我打底下的湯水。 餐廳乾淨，明亮，給人感覺非常好！

Nice classic decor room. Not located in the hot spot, but taxi is easily accessible. Toiletries can be improved to align with the nice classic room decor. Wall mount toiletries may be considered for environmental friendly. I was surprised when our laundry could only be delivered after payment. Initial deposit at time of check-in may also be considered to avoid such incidentals. Overall, the service is good and staff is courteous.

The staff, amenities and services were great in the hotel. Here are some highlights: 1. Helpful staff We got room upgrades upon check in. They also helped us book the LiRiver cruise plus the transportation to the cruise port. They also have delicious sweet soup delivered to our room at night. 2. Comfortable room and beds The room was equipped with a table and big chairs, and the bed and pillows were very comfy. 3. Stunning views We had dinner at the Cloud restaurant at the hotel. Even though the food at the dinner didn’t amaze us, the view from the restaurant was amazing. 4. Tasty breakfast There are a lot of selections at the breakfast buffet. We really like all the local specialties, i.e. RedBeanRiceCakes, TofuNoodles, GuilinRiceNoodles. We all feel it tasted a lot better than the dinner. Overall, we had a great experience at Li River hotel. I would rate it 5 out of 5 of every things.

The hotel is not situated in the city centre, but it only takes you a few minutes cab/hired car ride to the city centre. It costs around RMB 10 to city centre where you can find more eateries. I love the beautiful hill scenery from my room, which is a kind of postcard view. After every dinners, I like walking in the spacious garden area outside the hotel lobby. Quiet, comfy and relaxing! I find some foreign tourists in the morning buffet session, so it must be a good choice for foreigners who might trust an international reputable hotel group.

房間🏠寬敞，中試風格，我們選的有陽台的房間。在一樓。蚊香全插，就幾乎沒有蚊子。空調冷氣十足。 環境🌹很幽靜，早起去吃早飯也感覺很好。可以散散步。就在植物園裡。 服務👧姐姐們都很棒。雖然不是那種20來歲的美女帥哥。但是服務意識很強。 早餐🥣米粉意外的好吃。品種豐富。就是遇到一個其他國家的小朋友。用自助餐枱的公勺吃東西，用手抓自助餐枱的食物，舀完餐枱的番茄醬居然勺子放嘴裏嗦乾淨又放回番茄醬裏，他的媽媽頭髮掉煎蛋上了她又把煎蛋放回保温台裏換了一個。嗯。就很噁心。希望姐姐們要加強餐食區監管和巡台。 總體來説，很不錯的酒店。

This is an interesting one. The hotel used to be fantastic. Today it feels worn. At the time I am writing this, next to the hotel, there is a building noisy building site and if you are a poor sleeper perhaps wait until this building next door is complete. Around 3km walk to the town center makes it a nice walk. The pool similarly to the entire hotel is old and not clean. Swimming hat required if you want to deep in ! Opening time of the pool is also funny 18-22 only. Lost of shops and restaurants around.

Hiasan hotel agak moden, sangat baru, persekitaran yang cantik, hotel ini mudah untuk perjalanan, bilik bersih dan kemas, sarapan pagi yang kaya dengan pelbagai, kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu No. 19 dan No. 5 adalah. bersemangat, bertimbang rasa, dan sangat disyorkan!

前台小姐姐服務很熱情，有什麼問題都能極時解決，房間很乾凈衞生淋浴設定也很好，房間還有小點心和水果，酒店周邊的環境也很好對面有萬像城利歺廳小吃店吃飯也很方便，我們是自駕去的酒店有自己的停車場很大停車很方便，周邊環境也很安靜總的來説這酒店很好。
