Location-wise, it's strategically located to scenic places as stated in the hotel landmarks, which are accessible by foot. The hotel staff is not only attentive and informative but also quick to response to guests needs, from the front desk to the cleaners. What I love about this hotel is the laundry service. The hotel provides the service of collecting your laundry from the dryer and sending it to your room. This is a big plus, as it frees the guests of the time needed for the laundry to be done. The bathroom is a bit compact, but the rooms are very clean. Another big plus is the artificial intelligence in the room. With just a command or a flick of the switch, the curtains can be opened or closed, music and TV turned on, etc. Love the hot and cold water dispenser provided in the room. Breakfast is sumptuous from western to eastern. At the end of our three-day stay, we were upgraded to two larger rooms, and complimentary breakfast was given.
