Marvellous! When you want a great stay,go to the hotel. It is so much worth it! The staff is solely AMAZING, the breakfast is on point and they have the greatest views ever to the city. They even provide welcome drinks ☺️ we were delighted with our stay.

Kemudahan sukan hotel adalah kelas pertama, tetapi tilamnya agak keras dan perlu diperbaiki. Kakitangannya mesra, SPA agak bagus, kolam renang 25 meter hebat, GYM sangat berkuasa, dan kakitangan Gym sangat baik dan mesra. Sarapan boleh ditambah baik, boleh dikatakan betul, tetapi tidak begitu baik. Pada suatu malam penghawa dingin rosak dan mereka menukar bilik pada waktu tengah hari. We love the experience of a stay in this beautiful historic Pousada. It feels like sleeping in a museum. The rooms are overlooking the valley with the town of Guimaraes. The staff is friendly and helpfull and make you feel welcome. Breakfast is perfect. And even so are the bar and the restaurant. We recommend to take the nearby funicolare to Penha and have a beautiful walk down to the Pousada, before dinner. We will definitely come back.

Gente super indico o hotel VILA GALE Maceió, o pessoal da animação são incríveis, minha filha voltou chorando por ter q deixá-lo, Super atenciosos, super respeitosos uma equipe incrível. O tio babalu é um ser humano incrível, estamos de coração partido com a despedida. Tio fini, tio nescal e todos os outros que me fugiu da memória o nome agora, todos são incríveis ameiiii todos. Sobre o hotel e muitooo bom, comida maravilhosa tudo perfeito.

J'ai été très agréablement surpris par l'hôtel. L'emplacement idéal, au calme mais à proximité du centre ville. La décoration très cosy du lobby et de la salle de restauration. La chambre est agréable et est dotée d'une très jolie salle de bain. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement partout dans l'hôtel. Le seul point négatif à mon sens est une partie du personnel, froid voire désagréable sans réelle raison. j'ai fini par abandonner de dire bonjour (pourtant en portugais) quand je passais devant l'accueil vu que personne ne daignait répondre. Dernier point positif, le petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité et très complet !
