Ulasan The Grand Guizhou Park Hotel

Looked old for a 2 year's old hotel. The lobby is nothing like that of an international hotel. The room was OK, though. But I still didn't like the ambience and moved to another hotel the next day.

The person who made up the room each day was excellent: helpful and cleaned the room meticulously. Unusually good.

We booked the executive room. The room is very huge. The view is perfect we seem the highest building in this area. The sunrise view is perfect too. The toilet is very big with separate bath and shower place. I suggest put some bath salt and shampoo/ shower gel there. Staffs are very friendly. The lounge is very good too, with small portion of steaks, drinks, salad and desserts. However, there’s no plugs in the toilet area, we have to go out to find plug for drying hair. It’s a bit inconvenient.

I would give it 5 stars and full recommendation!

Excellent location, quiet environment

First the part that I like - 1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground. 2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

The room i booked was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly. They gave me a welcome fruit bowl . The service was amazing. I sure will be visiting again. You won’t be disappointed I recommend you try this hotel out.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff, Owen and James were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guiyang.

Good in all aspects

優點挺多的 兩三次都是和對象一起住的 體驗都很好很好 床品很舒服的 對於睡眠不好和對睡眠要求高的人很友好 打掃的也很乾凈 我和對象去一個城市都是喜歡去打卡一些酒店的 在貴賓樓的體驗是不太一樣的 房卡和風格很有貴州特色 包括早餐時候接待的小姐姐會穿着貴州特色服裝。價格也是非常香的（也可能是淡季的原因）再誇一誇空調這些小細節吧 空調雖然是中央空調但是真的是我見過酒店裡最給力的空調了 因為我比較不喜歡那種從頭上吹風的感覺 這個空調就完全沒有很大的風和噪音 舒服的温度讓人以為安裝了恆温系統。再説一下按鍵 智能馬桶旁的按鍵以及控制面板和床頭插座 都是很有質感的7星酒店標準。住過這裏還是比較能回味一下的。退房的時候落下了一兜葯 前台當天晚上就打電話來詢問我是否需要郵寄 並且留了聯繫方式 我隔天回覆需要郵寄後岳海琴小姐姐效率真的非常高 直接給我sf寄來了。美中不足就是下車的時候 行李是我司機幫拿的 門口服務人員有一點慵懶 如果再加強一下接待服務就很完美了。總之酒店很方便 到哪裡都比較近 周邊配套蠻齊全的 是我覺得貴陽除了索菲特之外我還想二刷的酒店了。希望貴賓樓可以越來越好 下次還會再去的。

入住貴州飯店，仿若踏入温馨港灣，房間舒適宜人，暖意融融。貴州我已多次造訪，而此次選擇貴州飯店，實乃明智之舉，收穫滿心歡喜。酒店服務堪稱卓越，員工熱情似火，令人如沐春風。尤為值得一提的是樓層服務人員楊燕與陳靜，她們貼心至極。知曉我們攜子同行，便熱心介紹周邊美食小吃與網紅店鋪，既為酒店增色，也為貴州代言。在這零度的貴陽，她們的熱情恰似暖陽，驅散寒意，讓這座城市滿溢温情。

設施：非常喜歡貴州飯店貴賓樓，大堂很氣派，房間很温馨，尤其是夜燈的設計特別人性化，每天minibar還提供2瓶免費軟飲。電梯也有很多部，一按即到。 服務：早餐很豐盛，儘管客人很多，但是餐廳工作人員翻枱的速度很快，餐品補的很快。前台工作人員也特別熱情。 周邊吃飯地方很多，離黔靈山很近，打車起步價，酒店對面還有個旅遊特產店，價格不貴。

這次入住貴州飯店貴賓樓，體驗感簡直拉滿！房間乾淨整潔，設施完備，住得超舒適。更讓我感動的是，孩子因吃本地小燒烤，半夜上吐下瀉。客房服務楊燕和樑光惠得知後，火速趕來幫忙清理，還貼心熬了大米粥。在異鄉的慌亂時刻，他們給足温暖，以後來貴州，肯定還選這兒！
