Door to rooms access area arent lock as its a share apartment hence common area to room wasnt lock thats a security threat other than that all good just im unfortunate lift is broken when we arrived wasnt fixed till we check out earlier.

We got a clean room, working appliances, comfortable bed. Grocery store is nearby. It was easy to take a bus to the airport. I disliked: too deem light in the room, position of the mirror and the fact that we had to ask for the kettle going to another floor.

It was a nice stay at Carlo Goldoni Hotel. Cosy, clean room with bathroom. Good service and tasty breakfasts. I recommend this hotel. The one disadvantage is a localization, it’s quite far from the city centre, but there is a good connection by tram and metro. All in all, it’s a good spot for city break.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I have never met so rude people working in a hotel. Do not go there! I repeat. Do NOT go there! There are much better hotels with much more professional employees! :) Just read the replies of the bad reviews. Pretty much tells the entire story.

Everything was just fine . The room was clean and with all the facilities someone could need. The bathroom was ok . And the receptionist was there to help me in anything I need. Very close to the metro line just 5 minutes so you can go anywhere in the Milano you want . 24 receptionist. I believe that for Milano and in this price there was nothing more I could ask for.

Had a great stay in Hotel Carlo Goldoni, our room was nice and clean we love the wooden floors. Quite area close to all what we was looking for. Great staff, I can say it was the perfect choice for us. thank you for make our stay good. I would recommend to all my friends,

The staff is extremely rude and impolite. Worst hotel experience of my life! Terrible to the highest degree possible. To stay away!!! Location wise it is OK, but nothing great so that doesn't really add a plus either. Just stay away

I had booked to stay at the Hotel Carlo Goldoni between the 4th - 7th January 2022. Unfortunately on the morning of the 1st January, i tested positive for COVID-19 and was unable to travel. I immediately contacted the hotel to see whether we could reschedule our stay, only to have the entire amount (which was payable on arrival!) taken from my bank account. Staff were completely unwilling to help or even offer me any assistance (despite Booking.com's best efforts).

Had everything we needed and it was clean. It was spacious too. The staff were also very friendly. Location a bit further out of town but not much they can do about that. For the bathroom sink it would have been nice to have somewhere where I could hang the hand towel, but that’s just a little thing.

Fully enjoyed my stay at Carlo Goldoni hotel. Cozy and clean rooms, really cute balcony - I really really admired the street view. Great staff, they gave many directions and suggestions. Would stay again for sure :)

Hotel situato in un palazzo cittadino rinnovato in buona posizione non troppo lontano dal centro di Milano. L'hotel offre solo la prima colazione ma in zona ci sono diversi locali raggiungibili facilmente a piedi in cui c'è la possibilità di pranzare e cenare. Pur essendoci l'ascensore data la struttura del palazzo in cui si trova l'hotel, gli spazi a mio parere sono un po' scomodi per disabili e sedie a rotelle e le stanze possono avere una disposizione con spazi un po' insoliti o un po' stretti. Per un soggiorno di una notte a me è stata assegnata una stanza un po' piccolina con bagno cieco ed un po' stretta all'ingresso ma a parte questo ben pulita, in ordine, mobili non rovinati, persiane ed infissi rinnovati, ben tenuti, letto comodo e con tutto il necessario. Wifi diponibile con cui ho potuto lavorare tranquillamente in stanza qualche ora. In ogni caso personale molto gentile, disponibile e presente H24. Migliorabile: connessione WiFi un po' ballerina. Più difficilmente migliorabile: insonorizzazione data al struttura del palazzo; abbastanza presente il rumore dell'acqua con la pioggia. In ogni caso lo consiglio per la posizione, l'organizzazione e l'ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità.
