Samantha was such a great help! Every staff member I encountered was sweet as can be and the location and proximity to everything was amazing! Even had coffee late at night! Would recommend and stay again for sure!

One of the best customer service we have ever received from the check in to breakfast to amazing room. Very staff member we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. Extra shout out to the sweet lady who does the breakfast. I would give her a 10.

Great hotel

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Close enough to the National Naval Aviation Museum (the reason for our stay) and a restaurant right next door. Hotel was clean and bright, with friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel represents a good compromise between staying out on Pensacola Beach or taking a chance with a downtown option (the homeless population in downtown Pensacola is disturbing). The staff is endearing, and the hotel is clean and well-kept. Just don’t be late for the free breakfast. They may close the doors before 10 am.

The staff was excellent. However the room was dusty, water stains on the ceilings, obviously worn furniture, the clock did not work, and there was literal tape throughout the carpet.

Wonderful place to stay! Room was so clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious! Leslie was especially kind and offered awesome customer service during our stay! All the staff from the desk clerks to the cleaning staff where absolutely amazing! I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inns and Suites on the Gulf Breeze the next time I am in Pensacola! Thanks to all the wonderful staff!

The hotel was very clean and neat, the staff - ESPECIALLY LESLIE - we friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent in all respects and the rooms very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely!!

The two staff members we interacted with at the desk and at breakfast were extremely nice and welcoming. The building appears a little older and showing some wear but very clean from what I could tell. Our room faced the road and there was surprisingly a lot of road noise. We thought maybe turning on the AC unit would help but it was super loud. That was the only negative. Breakfast was very good and the area was kept clean and maintained.

This was a great location and the staff was awesome. The downside our floor in our room was sticky and there was hair in the corners.

The hotel was beautiful. Front desk clerk was friendly and professional. Quick check in. Room was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good! Overall stay was outstanding!

Was only there a short night but we checked in at 10pm and staff was so kind, room was clean and spacious and breakfast was simple but great. I’d stay here again if it wasn’t for the location. Drive wasn’t bad to the beach but I need to be closer and not have to worry about tolls every time.
