Ulasan Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa

The room size was small and needed better planning on interior arrangements. Same goes for the bathroom. The room could have been better lit … dark gives gloomy impression and as if there’s something being hidden (like the floor carpet which we felt needed a better cleaning). The reception service is outstanding and people there are very helpful. They also have a fitness club and spa. The parking is in the basement and is easy. They also give complimentary bus tickets for those who want to explore places on bus. We didn’t need it as we had our own car.

The hotel locate nearby the bus stop that take a few minutes to Banff downtown. There provided everything and the hot pool is great. Affordable price and nice decoration, recommend!!

Toothbrush, you have to request. And receptionist ask me to pick up. But I refused and asked him to send to our room. Waited 15mins so i called again. A bit far from Banff downtown. Room is small. But we only stay for 1 night.

雖然不是汽車旅館，但是酒店自帶地下停車場，車位很多，而且免費停放。酒店裡鎮中心不遠，1公里左右吧，位置挺好的。但酒店的床有些軟，睡着腰痠。

ダウンタウンからは少し距離がありますが 全然歩ける距離なので問題ないです。 学生が団体で泊まっていたため、少し騒がしかったのが残念ですが、部屋はきれいで清潔感があり過ごしやすかったです。 チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらうことができたので、おでかけもしやすかったです。

還可以吧，在班夫鎮上算條件好的酒店了，大廳還有個真的火烤壁爐。衹是樓頂温泉池好小，泡的人也挺多的。出門不遠處就有個巴士站，出行還算方便。就是步行走去小鎮商業區還需要走個十幾分鍾，如果天氣特別冷的話還是有些不便。

以水療為號召 可惜入住時後兩天設施在維修 櫃台提供同飯店集團其他地點替代水療設施 但須外出 較為不便 地點方便

就在班福的小鎮中心，十分方便，位置很好找，雖然酒店年份已久，酒店風格很古典，很nice，設施硬件還是不錯，大堂有餐廳吃飯，
