Let's start with the positives. Our room on the third floor at the front overlooking the sea was very spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and very nice bed linen. The only thing we didn't find that would have been useful was an iron and ironing board. The views from the balcony were stunning. The bathroom was large with good toiletries and space to put things away. The shower may not have been the most powerful but worked fine and hot water was always available. Breakfast was excellent, served until 11 am, with an extensive buffet selection and cooked to order items. On the less positive side, whilst the mornings were great the beach bar DJ started up at 2 pm with thumping bass'y music increasing in volume as the afternoon went on. This doesn't make for a relaxing time on the beach. Whilst to be expected in the main season we had not anticipated this in the first week in October. It was quieter sitting by the pool but if you like to sit on the beach in peaceful and tranquil surroundings this is not the place for you. The other significant negative was the excessively expensive food and drink. For some bizarre reason the menus are priced in Euros but billed in Turkish Lira which makes checking the bill quite difficult. Very few bottles of wine under 100 Euros and food choices were limited unless you wanted to pay a fortune. This had the effect of pushing guests away from the hotel to eat and drink; those who could easily afford it simply weren't prepared to pay unrealistic prices for what was on offer. A bottle of Pinot Grigio Blush was over 2,000 Lira when you could buy exactly the same in the supermarket five minutes walk up the road for 300 Lira. A 600%mark-up seems somewhat greedy! Unlikely we will stay here again.

3 gece 4 gün tatilimiz için bu oteli tercih ettik. Tamamen puana göre karar vermiştim ama yorumları sonradan okudum, ne verip ne almak istediğinize iyi karar vermelisiniz. Fiyat/performans/kalite dengesi bence ***et iyi. Yüzme havuzu yeterli, çocuklar için 2 adet kaydırak mevcut. Plajı güzel, kum/taş karışık (deniz ayakkabısı ile rahat girdik). Vee yemekler, 1.gün ”asia night”, yemekler genel olarak çok iyiydi . 2. Gün ”fish night”, 3. Gün ”international night” ama o kadar da uluslararası bişey görmedik. Ama her akşam leziz pideler yapan Şener bey'e teşekkür etmek isterim. İlk akşam yemeğimizden sonra yediğimiz ”paris brest” harikaydı, tazecik yapılıp servis edildi. Kahvaltısı da ***et çeşitli ve yeterli. Yine her sabah nefis börekler yapan ustaya da teşekkürler (fırından çıktığı an bitiyordu). Biz standart ranzalı oda tercih ettik 2 çocuğumuzla, oda küçüktü, sadece yatak ve yanında ranza var, valizimizi rahatça açamadık. Sinek ve böcek konusunu okudum ve evet var, 3 örümcek ve 2-3 sivrisinekle karşılaşınca çocuklar biraz korktu ama hallettik. Pastane bölümünde ve öğlen/akşam yemek bölümünde tatlı büfesini yeterli ve çeşitli bulmadık. Hep aynı tatlılar ve doğru dürüst yenecek bi tatlı yok malesef (paris brest olaydı tabi). Çarşamba ve cuma canlı müzik vardı ve eğlenceliydi. Otel Personeli gençlerden oluşuyor, genel olarak ilgili ve güler yüzlüler. Plajda yanımıza gelip ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını soran Helin hanım bize havuza kadar eşlik etti, teşekkürler (ilk gün biraz kafa karıştıran bir yer). Yani genel olarak biz memnun kaldık.

Otel mayis ayında tercih ettik bıraz çekincelerimiz vardi ama İyiki mayis ayini seçmişiz muhteşem bir tatil oldu sakinlik ariyorduk ve bulduk az kişi olmasina rağmen hizmet süperdi özellikle gündüzleri lobby bar da duran şahın K. Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant. They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us. The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests! Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

The most luxurious and comfiest place to stay with family and at your honeymoon. We loved the bed and bathroom. Loved the breakfast. Loved the hotel service. Loved the welcoming staff. Loved everything. Serhat, the manager, is the best and a great host.

Geldiğimizde çok güler yüzlü ve kibar bir tavırla karşılandık. Odamızın manzarası ve dekorasyonu çok güzeldi. Oda kahvaltı şeklinde konaklama yaptık ve kahvaltı lezzeti çok başarılıydı. Çeşitlilik olarak da fazlaydı. Odaların içerisinde küçük bir mutfak bölümü mevcut. İçerisinde tost makinesinden bir çok mutfak ürününe kadar var. Ekstra bir şeyler alıp burada da kendinize yemek yapabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıcaa oda içerisinde ütü ve ütü masası da var ki bence çok iyi düşünülmüş. Otele giriş yaptığınızda zaten konsept hakkında bilgi veriliyor. Her 3 günde bir oda temizliği yapılıyor fakat ekstra bir istediğimiz olursa yardımcı olabileceklerini de iletiyorlar. Bu yüzden yorumlardaki temizlik olayına çok takıldım diyemem. Odayı biraz da nasıl kullandığınızla alakalı. Biz 2 kişiydik ve oda fazlasıyla yetti diyebilirim. Yatak konforu güzel. Aklıma başka bir şey gelmedi sadece çok beğendik ve bir dahaki tatilimizde de kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz bir yer olacak. Herkese çok teşekkür ederiz.

Great location near the center and Gümbet area. Easy transportation, lovely breakfast, and excellent facilities. Moreover, the front desk manager, Mr. İlkay, was very attentive. You can have a delightful vacation here.
