Enjoyed our stay. Helpful staff. Clean and tidy room. Recommended for a family of 4 if mostly exploring HK during day time. AC if working good and we always have a good nights sleep. Very convenient to access malls, buses, train and tourist spots.

I recently stayed at this hostel and was very pleased with my choice. Close accessibility to Tsim Sha Tsu-the hostel is located just 1 minute walk from the subway station. This made my traveling very convenient. Friendly staff: The hostel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every staff member was always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations. Cleanliness: the room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a cozy , cheap and convenient place to stay! I definitely will choose this hostel next time😍

The host is very kind and considerate. He upgraded our room for free. The room has windows and is spacious enough for us. The location is very convenient. We somehow got lost navigating our way to the hotel but all you need to do is go to 13/F (reception) to check in and follow the instructions on the wall near the door to their office.

The place is very neat and clean. Very accessible to the tourist spots. The staff is very accommodating. Very affordable and I would like to book here again someday

perfect place to stay. the place is very clean and the staffs are very accommodating, overall ratings is excellent. aside from that this place is near to mtr station and other establishments such as fast food and malls.

The room is not good ..no towels ready in the room..we went to the office to ask the towels..and they dont follow the right time of check in...we arrived at 3p.m. but the room is not ready yet. They are not approachable..

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! We had a very terrible experience at this hotel. We arrived around 10-11 PM only to find a notice on their office door stating that check-in is only until 7 PM. The notice mentioned a number for remote check-in if arriving after 7 PM. We called the provided phone numbers numerous times, but no one answered. Exhausted from traveling, we ended up waiting outside the office door until 10 AM the next day for them to open. To our disappointment, we weren't the only ones; a group of families faced the same situation. When the office finally opened at 10 AM, the staff was incredibly rude, despite us waiting for almost 12 hours. We didn't even receive an apology, and they couldn't explain why the provided number wasn't answering. Furthermore, the room provided to us was not yet cleaned or ready for check-in guests. The blankets and pillows appeared as if someone had just checked out of the room, and there were fallen hairs scattered everywhere. Additionally, the bathroom was still wet, giving the impression that someone had just used it. When I requested new bedding, a pillowcase, and a blanket from the staff, he simply handed them to me, expecting me to change and clean the room myself. This was an incredibly exhausting experience, especially considering we had waited outside their office for more than 12 hours. LESSON LEARNED: Always check if your hotel’s reception is open 24-hours.
