This hotel didn’t start off great but they soon changed my perception! The ***ager Kapil Yadav is an excellent front desk ***ager. He knows how to treat his guests and make them feel special. Ashish Dubey gave us great service at their dinning facilities. I was extremely impressed by the staff here .

I stayed at the plams town & country clun from 12th April - 14th April. I had the worst stay experience ever. The staff is rude , unhospitable and have delayed services. My 6 year old niece was unwell & hungry at night , the in room dining refused to make anything out of the menu for the kid (the menu is far cry from being kid friendly menu ). They just wanted to make money hence forced me to order egg chicken burger but refused to make simple boiled egg. They even refused to give plain milk as it was not mentioned in the in room dining menu & they have to adhere the menu strictly. Never heard this kind of rules in a hotel business - that too for a kid . They mention themselves as 4 star property but their should be ranked 2 star The Security at the main gate of the reception is so rude, in real kicked my uber drivers car to move it away from the main enterance . The staff has no ***ners to be in hospitality business. they need to be sent to hotel service induction program. I stayed in the premium Rooms , the towels provided are dirty unclean and old . Other than the reception and coffee shop There is no hygine outside the rooms. the food is average , the room service is over priced , unhealthy and extremely delayed. The wi fi network also doesnt work properly in rooms. Everything else can be excused but denying a ill child basic food is uacceptable. I even escaleted this matter but no one cared . Great experience with the hotel stay. Really loved the food and atmosphere. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Always ready to assist and help in needs. Also they have the facilities of nail extensions i also did some nail art which I really liked it. The lady at the extension parlour was also very kind and sweet overall a great experience

I wasn't expecting such good service, the staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Unlike other hotels here they allot a table for you so you don't have to worry about your table getting occupied during busy breakfast hours. The rooms were clean and I had a pleasant stay!

Had a good experience last time i was in gurgaon. The essential services were good as usual. However, it hasn't declared about the unavailability of amenities which are displayed on the make my trip portal.

Chef deepak khariya is a very sweet and Co operative as a person. He is an excellent chef. He served us grilled lemon fish and clear veg soup The food was just awesome. Apt portion A humble personality overall.

Cleaning was excellent staffs are cooperative .Sunil kumar house keeping on the first floor part was excellent and very polite .location is nearby the city centre. Food was excellent .Swimming poolavailable on roof top was well maintained.gym also available on the same floor.Overall experience excellent
