I am currently staying at the Grand Hyatt Gurgaon and I must say that the experience so far has been exceptional in every aspect. From day one, the service has been impeccable and the staff extremely attentive. Breakfast at Maison Maya is one of the highlights of my stay. Chef Anjit and his team, including Sanju, Koko, Monika and Jagdish, ensure that every morning starts with a delicious and varied selection of food. Their kindness and professionalism make every breakfast a pleasure. Although I have only dined once at Cena Pranzo, the experience was excellent. The quality of the food and the attention to detail made that dinner a memorable experience. The front desk service has also been first class. Soumajit, Pooja and Krishna are always available to help with any queries or needs, making me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay. A special thanks to our driver, Satyapal, who has provided an excellent transportation service. Always punctual and friendly, he takes us to our destinations safely and comfortably. His dedication and professionalism deserve special recognition. In short, Grand Hyatt Gurgaon offers a luxurious experience with exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you to the entire team at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon for making my stay an unforgettable experience!

Beautiful and well managed property with a lot of tech in it. Courteous staff. Location is not the best for outstation travellers wanting to explore Delhi/NCR but a good place for business meetings or just a relaxed weekend for Delhiites.

The staff was so warm, welcoming, respectful, and ready to help us however and whenever! The buffet was incredible, the chef Aditya Rana did an incredible job with the desserts and with his warm, ans respecrful service and Mr.Saurabh and Mr.Ritik did an incredible job with the service as well. We loved it here and will be sure to return!

I would like to thank you all for your amazing hospitality. I stayed with my parents for the first time. The room was awesome, and the housekeeping team did small decorations for my parents. Thanks to the housekeeping team for this beautiful decoration. Special thanks to Ms. Maria, who checked me in with a warm smile in the evening and greeted me with a positive attitude. Also, thanks to Ms. Pooja, who guided us to our room and gave us the orientation. She is so cute. Moreover, we went to the restaurant where Mr. Jagdish and Mr. Saurab served us food. They provided us with brilliant service and warm smiles. Ms. Krishna helped us with everything. Mr. Aryan handled my checkout with a bright smile and ensured that we had a comfortable and memorable stay at Grand Hyatt. I am so happy to see that Grand Hyatt greets all guests with a perfect smile. That makes me fall in love with Grand Hyatt. Kudos to you all! Keep smiling as always. See you next time."

Good Hotel but needs improvement in check in process & welcoming of single guest who is in business trip and reach at 10 PM at hotel from his/her long flight. The process should be seamless & welcoming and as per the booking instructions

Shubham really made sure the trip was great. The room was clean and always tidy. I enjoyed the hotel a lot, the services were top. I’d try to be sure to come back here in the future. Must get the breakfast and be sure to use the staff - they’re happy to help!
