One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel staff is particularly nice and helpful. It was very cold and rainy on the day when we left . Since we needed to take a taxi to the train station, the lady at the concierge went outside of the hotel to get a taxi for us ( quite a few taxis around that time), and then took our suitcases from the storage directly to the taxi. We are most grateful for their hospitality.
The hotel itself is genuinely 5 stars in all respects. Breakfast is sumptuous and of high quality. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant there. The food was very good and the hostesses were wonderful ..
Absolutely marvellous.
Highly recommended.

More then I expected:
It's a hotel+serviced apartments, very clean and spacious rooms , staff is very nice, sweet and helpful, breakfast is with western+Chinese stuff, better then I expected , almost 30 min far from jilin high speed railway station, 1.30 hours car drive from chang chun airport, 600 metres far from ski area,
Basement have ski equipment to rent out, have small convince store, also have small good enough gym also, truly better then I expected

前台態度非常好，民宿距離青山飯堂走路五分鐘不到，早餐是二單元二樓的包子！好吃～接送的位置離索道近，司機師傅人很好。前台有取雪卡機，自助水果，茶水。房間大，隔音還可以。附帶的bar森系風格，駐唱好聽，入住第二晚一位小女孩唱歌好治癒！還送了我一支仙女棒。退房稍微晚了一會，與前台溝通後順利退房。下次來松花湖還會選擇言木！

Enjoyed our stay here. We requested to change room due to cigarette smoke smell in the first room. Eve was very helpful with our check in procedure and answered all our enquiries professionally. Hotel is clean and breakfast selection was great too. Would definitely recommend family and friends to stay here.

大年初一晚上辦的入住，前台小哥哥温柔又細心，態度特別好，酒店設施也不錯，房間很大，浴缸很乾凈，床特別舒服，孩子睡的很好，酒店早餐樣式很多，補充的很及時，味道也不錯，下次來吉林還訂你家，就是早上去服務枱想取2瓶水，奈何小姐姐不給，説有人送，屋裡空調挺熱的，我等到10點多也沒人送，不如昨天的小哥哥，我老公又出去，到停車場裏取的水，因為沒有地下停車場，真的不想出去

原來曾想去體驗一把的豪華酒店，現在吉林市排名第二，來吉林欣賞跨年煙花想住世貿雲錦，但是滿房沒辦法入住這裏，入住讓我大跌眼鏡，所有服務與設施還停留在十年以前，餐廳服務差到爆，而且一個餅加一份炸黃花魚180元不説還甜的甜，鹹的鹹，從未有過如此差的體驗，想感受朋友的歡迎體驗。同時我説句心理感受和酒店無關的，2011年我在吉林上大學，感覺吉林跟繁華，2017年左右回來一次，感覺相交我之前印象差了點，此次回來感覺落寞和蕭條，就不用落後這個詞語了，很冷清估計和冬天有關吧。

Seibu Prince Hotel is excellent, we had a wonderful stay here, would for sure stay at this hotel again when we visit SongHuaHu Lake next time without doubt. Special thanks to Ms Shi at the reception desk, she is the kind of Hotel representitives who can make sure her clients be respected and heard and felt. AAlf PouTheir place is well kept. The room is clean and cosy; we slept very well. Hot bathing water works well too, just follow the instructions given.
Owners are super nice and friendly. Anything you request for, the son will say yes to it, amazing!
Aunty Tian's culinary and vegetables preserving skills are so impressive. Too bad she does not sell. We love her Manchurian hotpot soup better than the famous one in the town which was way too salty and expensive. Her 锅包肉is fantastic too! You should book a few hours in advance.
Their location is less than a 5 minutes walk to the pier for the boat to Wusong Island. Highly recommended to stay and dine here if you are planning to catch the smog in Wusong Island. We regretted only planning 2 nights here; we will surely return again, for Aunty Tian!

EEsthaThe hotel is exceptionally clean, which made a great first impression. The reception staff were not only professional but also very friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and eateries, and they went out of their way to guide us on how to get there. We especially appreciated their helpful directions to a well-known local restaurant.
While the room itself was a bit smaller than we expected, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The coziness of the space actually added to the comfort of our stay, and we felt right at home. One of the highlights for me was the hotel slippers—they were incredibly soft, thick, and comfortable, offering a nice touch of luxury and relaxation.
Another nice surprise was the hotel’s thoughtful gesture of providing free porridge in the evenings. After a long day of exploring, it was a warm and comforting treat to enjoy before bed. Additionally, the hotel is well-equipped with convenient amenities like washing machines and dryers, which is always a bonus when you're traveling for an extended period.
For food lovers, it’s worth mentioning that the hotel is just a short walk from 新兴园饺子, a famous local dumpling restaurant. The proximity made it easy for us to enjoy some of the best dumplings in the area without having to travel far.
Overall, the hotel provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and service, making it a wonderful choice for anyone visiting the area.

CChanMichaelWe had the most amazing time at Zhao Si Inn! Mr. Zhao, the owner of the Inn, was the most amazing host. The inn is very warm, welcoming, and very clean. Mr. Zhao also drove us out to see the night scenery at Wusong Island main area, where there were fireworks, fire performances. Afterwards, we had an amazing hotpot dinner at the Inn. The following morning, he took us to see the most incredible sunrise with the icy white Wusong trees lined up. After a hearty and delicious breakfast back in the Inn, he kindly drove us to the main area again, where there were so many fun activities for our whole family (including a young child). Mr. Zhao shared with us his deep knowledge of the area and is the most passionate and gracious Inn owner. We can't wait to go back again!

AAllenThe Atour X hotel is located at quite a convenient location within the Fengman district. There are a lot of shops around, especially those selling foodstuff.
There is a self-service laundry on the ground floor with laundry detergent provided. There is also a robot that will deliver your takeouts e.g. stuff that you order via platforms like Meituan to your room. This is good because the guest room floors are inaccessible without a room card. Housekeeping also provided me with extra bottles of water when they saw that I frequently finished the usual 2 bottles that each room gets. Check-in and check-out was smooth, and the front desk was very friendly.
I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Jilin city.

PPengguna TetamuLocation Location Location Location. Beidahu is one of the best ski resort area in China. Holiday Inn Beidahu is right near the epicenter of the action. It does take a shuttle bus to get to the main ski center so it is not exactly a ski in, ski out type of hotel. However, it was surprisingly convenient! There are shuttle buses every few minutes and the journey only lasts also a few minutes ride as well. We did not feel inconvenienced at all, we were quite impressed actually at the frequency!
The room we had was very spacious, modern and clean. Completely up to par by international standards. The reception staff was very accomodating and even helped to arrange our transportation to and from the hotel back to the train station. The breakfast is very impressive as well - lots to pick from.
I have no complaints about the hotel, it was everything we asked for and at such good value! We recommend.

CCat Z.We added the manager on Wechat and he was so helpful and attentive. Service was great. Room was warm and clean. We arrived late on the first night and asked for dinner recommendations. He checked our food preferences, called ahead and sent a car to take us to a good restaurant! Breakfast is nice and right next to the ski service center. He helped with tickets and transport for our whole trip. Would definitely stay again!

PPengguna Tanpa Nama酒店整體高大上，還是不錯的。室內空調挺給力！房間面積確實夠大，住着超級舒服。設施感覺是老了點，但是維護保養的挺新的！房間免費水就兩瓶，再要水3元一瓶。早餐感覺一般吧！品類素菜多，葷的少。而且早餐到九點就結束了，維也納一般不應該是9：30嗎？住那天送外賣機器人壞了，然後保安大哥給親自送上樓的，感覺到了東北人的熱情。周邊有超市飯店，打車也方便！就是洗澡熱水有點混，前台説清洗水罐了。不錯的體驗！
