Stayed 7 nights on a package deal. Apparently opened not long before covid and reopened a year ago. Modern luxury place right on beach. Consists of modern reasonable size hotel type rooms plus separate villas of various sizes. Spacious high end foyer area welcomes you as does helpful efficient staff. Beautiful well designed and maintained garden areas. Long pool area consisting of 4 separate pools including a couple for toddlers and small children lead down to beach front. Nice grassy shaded beach area set up right on beach which is patrolled by resort lifeguards. Restaurant has excellent food and service and there is a separate bistro next to pool with a reduced menu. Package deals including meals have a set menu with reduced offerings that does get a bit repetitive after 7 days. Strangely they combine the vegetarian and gluten free menu, so all gluten free offerings are vegetarian however the kitchen will amend other dishes to gluten free dishes if possible. The place is comparatively pricey for Vietnam. The hotel is almost in the middle between Danang & Hoian town centres, about 200k dong each way to both by grab (local uber) or 300k by taxi, which leads to my only issue with this place. They offer 3 daily shuttles to Danang,( return 115k dong) but if it's busy they don't run the shuttle and won't run if only one booking, so you can't rely on it. The clothes storage in the rooms for an extended stay is also a bit awkward. Overall very pleasant stay in a high end place with well trained efficient and friendly staff Shoutout to Hoa and Ninh in the restaurant who should be managers there by the time we hopefully can return.

My experience at May boutique villa was nothing short of amazing, from the moment I arrived until I departed. The service provided by Muoi and Vy was exceptional; the hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay in Hoi An. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Vy and Muoi also assisted me in arranging my bus ticket to my next destination at very reasonable rates. They greatly enhanced my time in Hoi An, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Best location to stay in Hoi An, old town is only a few mins walk over the bridge. Great service and very clean new hotel. House keeping cleaned at least twice a day and nothing was too much of a request. The hotel gym is quite good as well, they even had a smith machine. The ground floor river view room had amazing views at night when old town lights up.

I had a very pleasant stay at Son Trang. It’s a small hotel (12 rooms) which is clean and well located. Five minutes walk to the ancient centre or the river. There is no pool or breakfast here. Wi-Fi was very fast, room decorated nicely , bed comfortable. The best thing about the place is the excellent staff who are friendly and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend it. Great value for money.

huy is the best!!! He is very kind and handsome!:) we have happy time here. We take seafood platter. Food was also great I actually dont like shrimp. but the shrimp really delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If someone ask me the restaurant is welth to visit then I will tell them ”Yes you should go the restaurant!!!!!”

My trip lasted 2 days but I had an unforgettable trip. I am very impressed with Felicia, Lucy, Kelmy for their good service. Felicia has supported us so much during my time here. Thank you very much and I plan to come back in the near future. Oh, the shuttle service is also very convenient and helpful. What a wonderful experience!

A little far from old town, but free bike rental at hotel or 20 mins walk. Good location for quiet night. Wifi was very weak, kept connecting and disconnecting. TV also kept pausing, due to lousy network connection. Good service, once you book they will message you to provide chargeable transport to their hotel. We went for a massage but its expensive and not good, also skipped some steps and cut short the massage (paid for 1 hr but only had 45 mins of massage). Overall clean room, good breakfast, clean pool. But on the first day during breakfast, my boss was asked for his room number 3 times, even while eating. He thought it was a bit rude and they should have a system to check on entrance and let the guest eat peacefully after. Also during checkout, the lady was super persistent to get me to write a review on trip advisor while staring at my phone screen while I type. She didn't even care that my driver was already outside waiting for me. I thought that this behaviour was a little overboard as she could have just trusted me to complete the review while I was in the car. And also give me the privacy to write a proper review instead of keep staring at my phone and reading the review while I type and trying to 'advise me what to write'. But overall enjoyed my stay.

The Grand Sunrise Palace (Hoi An) is a wonderful hotel that provides outstanding service. Lily was one of the first people to greet us when we arrived and provided information regarding attractions, restaurants, and taxi bookings. Lily consistently checked in with us to make sure our experience at the Grand Sunrise Palace was going well (it was splendid). Days later into our journey, the staff at Grand Sunrise Palace alerted my partner and I that we had left valuables behind in our room. At the time we were boarding a plane to another destination with no plausible way of returning to the Grand Sunrise Palace. We were immediately notified by staff and Lily contacted us to provide solutions. Lily proceeded to go above and beyond to make sure that our valuables would be returned. Lily went out of her way to commute to other locations (with valuables in hand), contacted our next hotel and proceeded to plan the logistics of returning our valuables. This is outstanding customer service that is unfathomable. Lily and her colleagues truly look out for their guests and provide exceptional customer service that goes beyond any expectations. Both of us thank Lily and her team at Grand Sunrise Palace!

We stayed here for a couple of nights, as a family. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool (a bit small but understandable given the location) was very refreshing after a long day of walk. The hotel offers great service for the guests - we were able to book a tour for the following day, and we managed to do this after 9 PM in the evening - the service at the reception was impeccable! Breakfast is all that one would need - recommend to try the specialty coffees (egg coffee, coconut coffee, salted coffee). They come extra but they are SO good! The place is walking distance from the river and this gets very animated in the evenings. All in all, great stay and highly recommended.

We booked this resort because we wanted to watch the memory show. The location of the resort is within walking distance from the impression theme park and hence the convenience. The resort service was okay and rooms are clean. However we were greatly disappointed with the policy of “forcing” customers to watch the memory show despite the fact that it was raining heavily with lightning. I.e the mgmt don’t provide any tickets refund when it rains and we all had to stand under the rain to watch the show. Not only was it dangerous for the audience, it was also very dangerous for the actors to put up the show in an open air stage while it is raining and lightning. Overall, we were in shock that the mgmt didn’t even think of basic safety given the open-air show venue. Really disappointed with that!!!!!

Good location beside the old town. Room is good and breakfast is ok, but food and drinks run out fast. Pool is good but again the sun loungers are really limited. Not much a view from the room either. We did like the service from the staff and the price is affordable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grandvrio Ocean Resort and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly polite and welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with a range of delicious options to suit every palate. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or a light, healthy start to your day, the Grandvrio Ocean Resort has you covered. Overall, my stay at the Grandvrio Ocean Resort was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The combination of wonderful staff, excellent amenities, and delicious breakfast makes it a top choice for travelers. I can't wait to return!

We booked a three bedroom suite for three nights. The suite was spacious and clean. The swimming area was well maintained and very good for kids who just wanted to play in the water. The hotel was right next to the beach and the beach was clean and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. A good balance between western and Asian food. It got a bit crowded and it would be great if the place had air con. The location is not bad. It took us around 40 minutes to get to Da Nang airport and around 20 minutes to go to Hoi An old town. Overall, this is very good resort to spend a few days with young kids. At a very affordable price.

I had an amazing time at this new property. They have two gorgeous pools where I enjoyed with my son. One of them is an infinity pool with a jacuzzi! We had some tasty pizza and fresh pineapple juice by the pool. The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful...special mention to Ms Hien (or Hun) Vy at the reception. I was traveling alone with my son and she made my entire stay super smooth. She arranged the complimentary tour to Old Town...ensured my cab to airport was booked. I will definitely return here for a longer stay.

Very good choice for family holiday, private pool in villa is clean, next to beautiful beach. Located in between Hoi An and DaNang, not quite convenient. Service is impressive, especially thanks to the breakfast area staff.

與以前住過的四季酒店以及附近的奢華酒店，如峴港洲際酒店相比，會安四季酒店的基礎房價高達800美金左右，卻並不提供相應的價值和體驗。在這個價格範圍內，期望享受到奢華體驗，然而，會安四季酒店似乎沒有達到這些期望。 首先，與附近的奢華酒店相比，會安四季酒店的房間以及公共區域的內部設計和裝飾明顯不夠精緻和令人印象深刻。其他奢華酒店通常以獨特的建築風格、精美的藝術品和考究的內部設計而脱穎而出，而四季酒店的設計似乎相對平庸和缺乏個性。甚至覺得有些平庸，用力過猛，根本不像四季的風格。這使得客人在酒店內無法感受到真正的奢華和品味。 此外，四季酒店的早餐質量和多樣性與周邊的奢華酒店相比顯然不敵。在相近的價格檔次中，其他酒店通常提供更多的早餐選擇和更高品質的美食以及寧謐的空間。客人往往期望在早餐時品味到獨特的美食，但會安四季酒店未能提供這一體驗。 綜合考慮，對於願意付款高價以享受奢華體驗的客人來説，會安四季酒店可能並不是最明智的選擇。附近的奢華酒店（芽莊安縵、峴港洲際、富國島麗晶等等）在相似的價格範圍內提供更加精緻和獨特的體驗，而會安四季酒店未能達到這一標準。因此我覺得會安四季酒店的價格並不值得買單。 當然酒店泳池和沙灘非常漂亮，不過個人覺得也就這兩點值得體驗，還不如衹去吃個椰子。

I'm not a golf fan but I loved this place for the amazing views of the golf course right outside your window and the empty pool which I had to myself. There's a gym and a sauna as well. This place is a third of the price of the Shilla over the road and in my opinion actually better. Highly recommended

住了5晚，很滿意。房型是一個卧室一個客廳的，客廳有餐區，廚房用具齊全，鍋碗瓢盆，烤箱，微波爐，冰箱，洗衣機。優點：軟硬件都是五星級的，安靜，隔音好（這個對本睡眠極輕人士來説太重要了，熱鬧的區域摩託車太多了，對我來説是噩夢），住的很舒適，服務也很好，入住的時候給我們辦理的前台美女名字叫Hyeri （ Truong Thi Que Anh），入住時加了她的Watchsapp，我們入住期間有什麼問題都跟她聯繫，回覆都很快，在這裏特別感謝Hyeri （ Truong Thi Que Anh）。早餐很好，居然有冰滴咖啡，每天一杯開啟美好一天。有泳池，健身房。缺點也很突出，地處偏遠，周邊都是空地啥也沒有。1KM以外有幾個大排檔不過我們沒有嘗試。但是酒店有免費班車可以送到會安古鎮，峴港市區，峴港機場，彌補這個缺點，對我們來説也沒有什麼不方便的。

Food and service are good. The breakfast spread is sumptuous. The environment is quiet and not crowded during our stay. We will book this hotel again.

Gia đình chúng tôi gồm hai cặp vợ chồng và 05 trẻ em.Cảm nhận đầu tiên khi đến đây là không khí trong lành,không gian đón tiếp rộng rãi và nhân viên hướng dẫn nhiệt tình,kèm nước uống giải khát và khăn lau mặt.Phòng ngủ đầy đủ tiện nghi,có phòng lớn cho gia đình đông con;các phòng đều có view hồ bơi với góc nhìn bao quát.Hồ bơi lớn và có hồ dành riêng cho trẻ em.Không gian buổi tối thật sự ấm cúng và lãng mạn với bàn ăn được setup gần hồ bơi.Từ khách sạn bạn sẽ đến Thánh địa Mỹ Sơn- Di sản văn hóa thế giới với khoảng 3km.
