和媽媽一起到崑山，本想帶她去住金鷹尚美的，她説在點評看到這家新開的，看着不錯，就來了。 基礎訊息：上個月剛開業，地理位置蠻好，離11號線地鐵站很近，附近也有公交車站，樓下停車場寬敞自駕也很方便。附近有超市便利店，有大型商場，有小飯店。酒店設施還算尚可，該有的基本都有。房間也都不算小。服務能做到有問必答，基本有求必應，還算可以。 然後來説説做的不夠尚需努力的方面： 衞生情況：1、床品被套上有污漬，裡外都有，這個有點震驚，電話溝通後換了一床；2、浴巾上有香煙燙口痕跡；3、浴缸污漬蠻多，使用很不放心。 設施情況：1、訂的是尊享房，頁面註明有行政禮遇，到了酒店詢問，酒廊尚未開放，也沒有其他説法，這點不太愉快；2、房間沒有找到筆，讓機器人送了一支，沒有筆帽，寫了兩下斷水了，這個有點尷尬；3、被告知無煙樓層只有11樓，這點感覺挺震驚的。 再來説説好的地方： 酒店和房間的智能化設施印象很深：1、入口的“芝麻開門”感應門很贊；2、房間的“小度小度”幾乎控制全場；3、TCL國產電視很大看着舒服，支持投屏這點很不錯；4、機器人送物也不錯。 地下一樓的洗衣機房免費使用，對商務出差人士友好！ 服務意識：臨走時候送上了點心小零食和瓶裝熱水，在大冷天熱水真的有被暖心感動到！ 整體感受還可以，和五星五鑽的標準還有一定距離，適合商旅出差人士。

在大唐生態園內的酒店，因「少卿」二字而選了離南墅有一段路程的房間。 前台接待有禮，房間大且乾淨，周邊風景很好。早餐是定食，一碗奧灶麪搭配些許小食，要是換成大排、爆魚之類的本地特色澆頭就好了。水果很新鮮，豆漿和熱橙汁是自取的。用餐完畢後婉謝了酒店的觀光車，沿着河畔散了會兒步，而後回了房間，退房時衹需將房卡放在房內，很方便。 美中不足的是房間的開關一段時間不操作之後會失靈，將房卡拔出再插入就會恢復正常，空調亦供暖不足，望檢修改進一下。總體來説，瑕不掩瑜。
