The NH Alcorcón hotel is in a prime location near to the historic center of Alcorcón and the offices of some large national and international businesses. The Parque Oeste Shopping Center is an 8-minute walk from the hotel and Madrid city center, the Royal Palace and the Museo Nacional del Prado are only 30 minutes away on the Metro. Each of the welcoming 102 guest rooms offers contemporary features such as free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, minibars, and sitting areas. A fresh breakfast buffet is served every morning and early bird breakfasts and made-to-order hot dishes are available upon request. The Nhube Restaurant is our resident dining venue and serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine for dinner from Monday to Thursday. Delicious hot and cold snacks and beverages can be purchased at any time of night and day from our self-service Open Bar. NH Alcorcón has five meeting rooms which hold a maximum of 220 people. With advance notice, we can organize a menu or other business and event services such as audiovisual. Our gym is free to hotel guests and has cardio machines along with a sauna and complimentary towel service. The outdoor terrace next to the restaurant is perfect for relaxation or business meetings.

Modern hotel with underground parking. Lovely staff, all very friendly and helpful. Good location next to shopping centre and restaurants. Hanging space in room wasn't all that great and bath/shower difficult to get into due to glass protector unable to fold due to the sink. Running a bath therefore, was a bit of a mission. Could have been better designed. Bed was comfortable. No rooms with balcony though.

I found this hotel on a booking platform and chose it because it was near the area where I had to conduct business. I was pleasantly surprised when upon arrival the staff was most kind and the room was impeccable, super clean and well organized. The room had a safe and a mini fridge, as well as a LED TV with the possibility to see movies from the most famous Internet platforms. The bathroom was perfectly clean, with hairdryer and a double Shower head ( handheld and Waterfall) . Service staff did a great job on tidying up the room daily and making sure everything was clean. The staff at the reception was very amicable and courteous, as well as very helpful when I needed information. Breakfast was good, a little bit of everything for everyone, Cereals, croissants, toast, jam, butter ham and cheese, as well as juices yogurt and warm beverages where at the buffet. The location is a bit out of the way from the center of Madrid, but metro station is really 4 minutes away and will take you anywhere. However if you like adventure sports, the hotel is just 3 metro stops away from the fantastic XMADRID, a mall dedicated to adventure sport where you can enjoy activities like Scuba Dive, Free Climbing, Ski, Trampoline jumping, Wave surfing, Skate boarding etc., I would greatly recommend this hotels to Business people and young travelers that do not mind moving around with the metro.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel in January. The hotel is very clean, quite cosy and the staff is very helpful they guide you really well about Madrid. Cleanliness 5/5, Staff 5/5, Wifi 4/5, Food 2/5. We had a lot of fun! Loved our stay, will visit again!:)

Trato cercano, rápido y solucionando peticiones que por la casuística de la visita necesitaban de una flexibilidad que nos facilitaron sin problema. Si a eso le sumamos una atención impecable al llegar a recepción y hasta un detalle cariñoso en la habitación, la experiencia está siendo muy agradable. Muchas gracias el equipo del hotel

this is my third time in ibis madrid alcoron tresaguas and did not disapoint. room and bath was clean, breakfast with some spanish specialities good as usual. closed parking which is nice and quite big, can find space almost everytime.
