酒店靠近交通樞紐，出行方便。房間佈局合理，空間也很大。床很舒適。Wi - Fi信號強。前台小李辦事效率高，服務很熱情。停車場空間夠大。電梯速度快。早餐種類很多，還有新疆特色小吃。走廊整潔。客房打掃及時。水電從沒出過問題。窗户視野好。插座數量足夠。電視畫質清晰。淋浴噴頭出水均勻。毛巾質量不錯。提供免費的茶包。禮賓帕克還幫忙到一樓提行李。隔音效果好。有健身房和洗衣服。房間温度可調節。傢俱都很新。燈光亮度合適。

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

為了到吉克普林滑雪場滑雪，在網上搜到了該酒店，評價較高，所以很早就定了五天。其衞生乾淨，環境優美，服務熱情，設施完善，很好。 我更想説的是酒店的服務，因同時到店人較多，前台極時增加了多人辦理，秩序井然有序，很快辦完入住手續，還有服務管家幫助搬運行李，有賓至如歸感覺。為方使雪友滑雪酒店開通了專門到雪場的班車，司機大哥不緊開車還講安全。酒店早歺衞生，乾淨，且豐盛。酒咆、咖啡咖屋愜意、温馨。還有健身房和洗衣間。灑店不管是前台還是歺廳員工，以及打掃房間的大姐都在敬業的工作，從他們的言行中能看到他們的職業素養。灑店還有專門的管家服務團隊，他們不光服務客人還為客人排憂解難介紹周邊景點，讓人感到了賓至如歸。也説明酒店管理的規範和一切為了顧客的理念。 今後來禾木我還會住該酒店，我也會宣傳該酒店，讓更多人知道該酒店。

First things first, this is clearly a knock-off ‘Hampton by Hilton’ - branding the same, room design the same, and to be fair they’ve done a decent job of it. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, that’s about as positive as I can be about my stay. The location is fine, albeit not many good local restaurants or sights within walking distance, you’ll need to get a taxi. Service at front desk was inattentive and unprofessional. When I tried to use the phone in the room to call front desk and/or housekeeping, the line automatically disconnected. The worst aspect of my stay was the “smart” aspects of the room. Firstly, the aircon does not work. It was 34/35 degrees throughout my stay and despite putting the aircon on 16 degrees with maximum fans, the temperature in the room barely dropped below 27/28 degrees all night. Bring your own fan! The “smart” controls meant that all the lights in the bathroom came on as soon as you moved, which is not what you want in the middle of the night. Equally, the control panel was blinking constantly, right next to the bed, which was very annoying if that kind of thing affects your sleep (it does mine). Worst of all was the TV that simply would not turn off, and was incredibly bright, right in front of the bed. I ended up having to dismount the TV from the wall and completely unplugging it just to get the room semi-dark. Incredibly annoying. If you want a dark room, with a comfortable temperature, this is not the place for you… Its a shame, because the hotel has potential, but as it is I can’t recommend it given these fairly fundamental issues.

Today im here to appreciate@Housekeeper Guli in Altay Jiyuhe Hotel for her Great care of my injured wrist during my stay in this hotel，@Housekeeper Guli is a really nice lady with a huge warm heart，under the circumstances that i didnt even say anything about request her to take care of me， She volunteered to take care of me with great patience，she brought me ice，medicine ，fruit and anything can help my wrist heal，im so appreciate for @Housekeeper Guli‘s care，under her care my wrist healed quickly！ 在吉域合酒店住了将近十天，住宿体验极好，特别向阿勒泰吉域合酒店点名表扬及感谢@管家古丽阿姨，在入住五天时本人在滑雪时不小心摔伤，原本半夜手腕疼肿不知所措的人我，管家古丽阿姨在听到客房部说有旅客受伤后，立马赶来询问我的受伤情况，连续超过三天分别在中午下午甚至半夜拿来冰块给我消肿，还四处打听帮我找来云南白药，膏药，照顾无微不至，帮我敷药按摩手腕，每天帮我送来一大堆水果，在管家古丽阿姨的悉心照料下，我的手腕很快恢复可以继续滑雪，对管家古丽阿姨的感谢无以言喻，只能望管家古丽阿姨往后工作顺利，升职加薪，好人有好报，同时也将这个环境优秀，服务极好的吉域合酒店团队推荐给即将到新疆滑雪的朋友们！

We had a long layover in Urumqi so decided to stay the night here. It was very nice. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very nearby. It is easy to get into town as it is also not very far away. We enjoyed the gift of free dried fruit as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

不愧是23年新開業的酒店，衞生環境設施都很不錯，靠近吐魯番北站（可步行前往），離機場近到甚至提供接送機服務（可想而知有多近），甚至離公交總站也是步行3min就能到，去市區非常方便。 服務更不説，早上天氣冷出門提供温好的礦泉水，離店時還送了小禮物。 聯程、短期住宿可優先選擇宜必思～

We been on the road for 10 days in Xinjiang, last day of our trip we treated ourselves with a fancy and comfy hotel. We had a wonderful time there, food was delicious. We loved the dancers with their traditional outfit. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Someone at front desk speak English (Belgian mother and son).

It's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. There're varieties of food for breakfast.

We paid 700 a day for our room and felt that it was overpriced. The room is a bit outdated and we had issues with the fridge, but the staff kept dodging our concerns and insisting everything was normal. We know what a properly working fridge is, and the light sensor in the room was not working at times, yet the staff again insisted it was fine. It seems the staff is trained to avoid fixing issues. Considering the price, there are much better options available. The so-called executive privilege is just the same noodles served daily in the breakfast hall. Unless you can get a room cheaply at this hotel, don't bother staying here because it is not up to 4 or 5-star standards as claimed!

While the Amenities at this hotel were quite good, the hotel is in quite poor condition and in need of a renovation. As you can see from the pictures below the chairs were scuffed, the ceiling was falling apart, and the furniture Did not meet expectations compared with what I paid for the room. The staff were helpful and accommodating I am location was quite convenient between the airport and train station. If this hotel is to continue to attract top clientele they should invest in sprucing up their rooms.

酒店很新服務很好 迎賓小哥一直把行李送到房間 我們check in的時候 他還給我們倒紅棗水 房間很大 還有個小餐桌和小沙發我堆了太多東西就沒拍 就是餐桌衹配一個椅子很不科學 畢竟倆人吃飯 一人就在沙發上吃了 退房剛出電梯 小哥迎上來拿行李 直到搬上車 真的很nice 保安大爺真的超級扣分 因為大門沒有行人通道 行人通道要走保安室 我們打了車 車沒開進來 我們想出去 不知道走哪邊 然後大爺也沒出來隔着門吼我們不讓走那邊 甚至還覺得我們開門風吹進來凍着他們的感覺 反正就很不耐煩 然後倆大爺裏面各管各玩手機 我們進出兩趟頭也沒抬 如果對標一個豪華酒店以及迎賓小哥的服務 我覺得這保安是不達標的

Love it, very affordable and spacious room. Clean and modern design. Location is great too, not too far from city. Surrounded with restaurants too. Very friendly staff. Best part, they offer free airport dropoff. We actually cancelled a different hotel and extended the stay here.

這次在可可託海旅行，選擇入住可可託海六排房公寓式酒店，真的是一次非常棒的體驗。 酒店的硬件設施一流，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟舒適，每一處細節都處理得十分到位。浴室裏的設備不僅齊全，而且乾淨整潔，給人一種家一般的温馨感。 聖誕節期間，酒店的裝飾特別用心，一進大堂就能感受到濃濃的節日氛圍。聖誕長者玩偶、聖誕彩燈等佈置讓整個酒店充滿了歡樂的氣息。酒店還組織了豐富精彩的活動，讓我們在遙遠的新疆也能度過一個難忘的節日。 酒店的服務員素質很高，熱情周到，無論是辦理入住手續還是日常服務，都讓人感覺非常舒服。他們總是能及時解決各種問題，提供貼心的幫助。 總之，可可託海六排房公寓式酒店給我留下了深刻的印象，下次有機會還會選擇這裏。

服務：酒店太棒啦！一進大堂就超級喜歡，前台Arina小姐姐服務態度超級好，詢問了房間喜好後主動幫我升級到朝雪場的房間，還詳細介紹了酒店的所有設施，入住第一天體驗感就超級棒！還有前台漂亮的Cecilia和Kelly小姐姐，特別熱情,有問必答，幫我解決了好多問題，每天跟她們聊天都超開心的！ 設施：酒店房間面積很大，比村裡好太多了，mini吧都是免費的，酒店一樓就可以滑進滑出，對雪友太友好了！酒店的餐廳也很不錯，自助餐品類還挺豐富的，元旦期間還有抽獎活動，很適合朋友小聚。 目前禾木離雪場最近最好的酒店，下次來還會選擇住這裏，非常推薦大家都來試試哦！

吉域合涵田 這酒店真是我住過最滿意的酒店之一。 和其他住客說的一樣，裝修有格調 房間和洗手間衛生乾淨，床褥很舒服睡得很香。有膠囊咖啡機，有茶葉，有充足的免費瓶裝水，有放濕機，有洗衣機而且保養得很好，很適合我們來長時間旅遊的人。 但有一點我覺得很重要的是這酒店水質特別好，我用自己帶的壼燒開水超過一星期一點水垢都沒有，而且喝的水也帶有一點點甜味，非常好喝。 酒店餐廳也很好，完全消除了我們對長時間在外對食物不適應的擔心，為我們的住宿體驗加了不少分數。 自助早餐食物種類豐富，食物質素高，味道可口，每天食完早餐都讓我們充滿能量去滑雪。 晚餐有粵菜，川湘菜，淮揚菜，西餐，新疆菜，菜品選擇多， 滑雪後很累不想到處走，每天在酒店餐廳食晚飯菜品也不重複，而且食物水準高，想不到在可可托海也可以食到這麽正宗的廣東菜和高水平的西餐，真是喜出望外，而且菜品份量足，價格豐儉由人。衷心感謝廚師長楊凱先生和各位廚師們為了讓我們食上美味的食物而付出的努力。餐廳服務員給娜，再再，廸娜和小薩等等招呼也很好，很細心。 特別想表揚酒店營運總監景建明先生，很感謝他對我們在可可托海期間的照顧。其實我們還未入住他已經幫忙解答問題和代收滑雪板快遞。入住當天因為我們很晚才到他也幫忙預先點餐，讓又累又餓的我們一到步就可以食飯，真是功德無量。雖然我們住的是普通房間，入住後景先生每天都找機會了解我們的需要，真是十分貼心，令我們有賓至如歸的感覺。 其他前台服務員扎扎，拜娜，德克，亞林， 等等都很好很幫忙，住得久了就像是親人一樣，這酒店真令人有家的感覺。

説實話呢，作為從浙江來的資深遊客，入住了新疆很多酒店，讓我印象最深的就是這個酒店的態度，從入住到退房，讓你感到無微不至，前台的工作人員無論早晚班，態度非常和善，讓我對阿勒泰這邊總體抱有更好的感官，希望越做越好

禾木很不錯，這家民宿也很不錯。喜歡安靜，就選這裏。我睡覺很早，11點前要上床了。這裏很適合。前台小姐姐很熱情，但是另一個瘦瘦的戴口罩的比較高冷。他家的乾果好好吃！離開的時候還有兩衹小白送我們到公交車站呢！真的，它倆一直帶着我們走，還時不時停下來等我們，一直到公交車站。一定是老闆訓練的迎賓狗狗，哈哈！

酒店超級贊！下次來滑雪還選這家！來寫一篇小作文誇誇： 管家小姐姐人美聲甜，提前打電話提前聯繫我們，解答了很多疑惑，幫忙拿行李好評！院子整潔，設施很齊全看得出店家很用心，激情安利酒店準備的果脯，吃的停不下來，蹲一個連結哈哈哈哈哈。前台小店裡女孩們都非常細心開朗，情緒價值拉滿。很多功能的酒店，咖啡酒館都有，就是酒館挺隱蔽得問問工作人員。餐廳精緻菜品味道好，有個大泳池，沒帶泳衣很可惜。運氣差一點，下了點雨，小姐姐説是要下雪了，不過雨天的禾木霧氣瀰漫也很有意境，晚上停雨的一小陣看上了星空，很美。 服務：前台服務很到位 設施：餐廳、咖啡便利店、小酒館配置齊全 衞生：乾淨舒適 環境：停車免費方便、景區內部出入便捷、入住首選

就在白樺林前面，體驗了獨棟的小木屋和山景房，景色真的好好看！很幸運來的幾天晚上可以看到極寒光柱，民宿的小姐姐會在羣裏喊大家去看，真的很神奇！入住那天是冬至，送了水餃，聽説是下午他們自己包的，很好吃，就是真的很大個！民宿提供咖啡，並且咖啡還不錯，如果有小蛋糕就更完美了，老闆後面可以考慮下！總得來説，小木屋的性價比比較高，地暖非常熱，但是因為在對面，網絡不太能連上。山景房略貴一點但是景色沒的説，床對着窗子看出去就是美麗峯，我在房間就拍到了日照金山真的太美了！民宿裏的小哥哥小姐姐也非常nice，遇到問題都很熱心的幫忙解決，所以放心來玩吧，小盆友還可以借挖雪工具做小鴨子小恐龍，也可以借雪圈去白樺林玩，這個租租要30呢，省下一杯咖啡錢啦！

⛰自在的風吹向了山野，藍天擁抱了白雲，步入可可託海，走入阿勒泰的多彩世界。 國慶節前拼的假期，從布爾津駕車到富藴，轉入可可託海風景區，額爾齊斯河兩岸的金黃和蒼綠呼應，潺潺的流水清澈而凜冽。沿河轉入塔拉特村的許久野奢低調內斂的建築就在村委會裡麪。 服務小姐姐小哥哥們很熱情地幫助我們安頓好行李停好車，介紹了房間。房間寬敞設施也一如建築外立面和大堂一樣地低調中透露着奢華大氣的調性，我們房間的陽台正對着塔拉特村標誌性的山頂頑石，對面山上裸露的巖石和金黃的樺樹林如同油畫的色彩。樓下也是一大片的牧場，偶爾有幾頭牛在這裏無拘無束地漫步。 特別推薦，酒店的咖啡廳，是值得帶上一本書浪費一個下午的地方。 貼心的晚安熱牛奶，點贊👍

攜程度假農莊非常推薦來阿勒泰的朋友體驗一下，服務好，提前詢問是否需要接機，還免費給升級了房間，硬件設施在阿勒泰應屬於天花板級別，很喜歡房間的茶室，一邊喝茶一邊看電視；周邊環境也很美，比起市區的熱鬧更喜歡這種自然環境安靜的氛圍。地理位置離市區機場都20多分鐘，也很方便；在阿禾公路的起點位置；酒店有餐廳晚餐早餐都很不錯；有機會一定再來。

The hotel is in a good location and relatively close to most of the major sites in the city (15min cab ride at most). The rooms are clean and tidy and breakfast is quite nice with a lot of options. The receptionists at the front desk are really very helpful, they were able to direct me to the nicest spots in the city and connect me with a reliable tour group to visit Kala Kule lake even though I didn't plan my trip properly or book anything in advance. They made the stay all the more wonderful, and were great helps despite me not being able to communicate in Chinese. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

由於幾天前喀什旅行時良好的入住體驗，全家從帕米爾高原返回喀什後，強烈要求退了原預訂的古城周邊酒店，仍選擇入住環球港酒店。酒店離古城很近，十分鐘車程，十元左右車費，網約車基本幾分鐘就能叫到，很方便。酒店房間裝修很有品質，我們喜歡。酒店對面是喀什水城，逛逛也不錯。特別感謝吳華英經理在我們全家入往期間給予優質服務，南疆喀什給我們留下美好的回憶。推薦入住。

這次來喀什玩還是選擇天緣國際酒店，已經住了好幾次了，酒店環境很好，衞生乾淨利落，貼心的送上小吃和乾果，設施設備齊全，服務人員也嘿熱情，服務好，停車場很大，院子裏面安靜環境不錯，下次來喀什還會選擇天緣，值得推薦！

房間和服務都滿意。 我們是跟團遊住喀什飯店的，散團後續住幾天。續住與前面的房間不是同類型的，辦理手續時，房務部的艾薩江、古麗、小薩同意我們仍住前面的房間，以免去行李拖來拖去的麻煩。續住後外出遊玩，因景點很遠，回來已經半夜了，又是他們三位，為讓我們能安心休息，主動為我們解決早餐事宜（續住的房間不含早）。 這種對客人熱情、細緻、周到、貼心的服務，讓我們很感動，必須點贊👍，給予五星好評！

這個照片是我這次出行住的另外一家酒店的廁紙架，兩卷，貴酒店衹提供一卷，還衹有這個店的一卷的一半大小。很小的一個事情。 其他幾個建議，真心希望貴酒店管理層可以看到： 一，第一次看到所謂的五星酒店對廁紙這麼摳搜，不曉得你們管理上發生過啥，但是廁紙真的沒必要扣。 二，大廳。你們接待通道有兩類，一類是貴賓，一類是散客。散客不是貴賓嗎？ 三，房間飲用水，衹有兩瓶，再多要水要單獨付費。你們同城的環球港默認六瓶。 四，環境，現在喀什很熱，每個樓層公共區域的空調可以打開啊，反正我住的二十七層樓道熱的不行。 五，餐飲。你們的早餐真心不好啊。不要和其他酒店比了，就對比一下你們同城的環球港，你們真的是差到家了。 其他槽點還有很多。坦白説，這個是我住過的倒數第二差所謂五星。

It is directly just opposite the ancient city of Kashgar. Very convenient to get cabs to other points of interest and back to airport. It is an oasis of calm when you are inside with one of the better buffet breakfast spread and elegant dining room to be enjoyed compared to a lot of other China hotels we went to. The ancient city can get very commercialized with a whole row of loud night entertainment joints facing the hotels opposite but non the less for us with inner room facing, it was not noticeable at all. The Kashgar TV Tower is just a short walking distance down the road which is a must see for its observation deck for a bird’s eye view of the city. At night with the lights on ( the ancient city and tower) it is just magical! Furthermore if you buy a certain amount in it’s gift shop you can get a free ticket to go up. Will definitely book this hotel again if coming back.

Location of this hotel was excellent as it was near a shopping mall with a good variety of food options to choose from. Room was clean and they also had a humidifier which was perfect for the dry weather. However, there were not many plugs in the room which can be inconvenient at times.

Superb location near food, shopping and ancient city. Excellent facilities and comes with very well equipped laundry room. Check-in and check out was fast and efficient. 依诺 and 悦琳at front desk was very helpful during check out process.
