I have given this hotel an average rating because I did not get to stay here in the end and I don't want to affect their ratings badly. I am just writing to alert pet owners that this establishment only qualifies as pet-friendly if you have just one pet. I messaged to say we were travelling with two cats and had my booking accepted. Then they sent a form message saying their pet policy was only one per room. I queried it and they said there were no exceptions even if the pets concerned were two small cats. So someone with a giant Newfoundland or Great Dane can stay. But my one cat and one kitten (combined weight about 8kg) can't. It looks like a nice hotel, but apparently can't see how illogical their pet policy is. Owners of multiple pets, beware.

This is a 4* hotel and it deserves every one of those stars. The staff are super helpful, the spa is amazing and the whole place is beautiful. a previous comment said there was no public transport. the bus goes less than a 2 min walk from the hotel!!!! There is a fabulous restraint at the hotel and a bar in the same complex! Clearly that person didn’t think to ask. It’s not in the middle of nowhere, yea it’s on an industrial estate and very peaceful out of the city. The views are amazing. The wine and food are outstanding and the service is exceptional. Thank you to very memeber of the team from managers to cleaners to maintenance and waiting staff. So friendly and helpful. And they have self service laundry! All in all fabulous. Namaste.

Friendly reception and a quick check in lovely room and bathroom very clean. We arrived at half past eight and were pleased the restaurant was open and we had a very nice meal for only 19€ tenderest beef I’ve had for years. Very quiet and there was coffee and tea making in the rooms the first time in a week in Spain (a proper coffee maker too) a good selection at breakfast although there was a cheaper option near reception which was open all day.i booked this hotel as I thought it was near the station it but a motorway junction in between so not really walking distance a taxi cost 7€ so not really a problem. A long walk to the old town but the weather was nice.

We had a wonderful 2 night visit to Zaragoza. We were very lucky to get a room here- our priority was to get a hotel with secure parking , as close as possible to the old town. We booked a space - I think 33e for the 2 nights (apologies- I can’t remember exactly). The room was very comfortable- everything you would need- comfortable bed, air conditioning, fridge- even had Netflix- my guilty pleasure 😂 We had a nice drink on the rooftop terrace- fabulous view. We didn’t use the pool but fyi it’s on the same floor as gym and walk through it to get to pool. The staff were wonderful and always available- even came up to our room to help us figure out the safe! Also the best advice as regards where to eat. Not 5 star but it fitted all our priorities.

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights this June. The hotel has a pleasing design and style. The reception and check-in - very smooth and friendly. All staff seems well used to also communicate in English, this makes everything easier for non Spanish speaking visitors. Our room on the 7th. floor was nicely laid out and served us well. The pool area on the roof was also quite nice. A small point here where improvement is possible: Pool towels, currently, when asking you are directed down to the reception. This seems very odd indeed. Why not just stack towels somewhere near the pool? (Or supply them with the room?) A better solution is certainly needed. The WIFI works OK, but a future upgrade to deliver a bit more performance will be appreciated by many guests. The breakfast is a fairly standard buffet style, but absolutely quite OK. The dining restaurant is very nice, suitable for a bit formal dining. We tried it twice, very good service and very good food! Somehow, they need more guests - the quality and the moderate price deserve it.

Es la primera vez que nos alojamos en éste hotel. Aunque a primera vista, este un loco lejos de la ciudad, es ideal para poder estar tranquilos.
El chico que estaba en recepción nos atendió muy amablemente.
La habitación era muy amplia. Estaba muy bien equipada. Me sorprendió mucho la zona de estar, con una mesa, dos sillas, una nevera amplia, y una zona para cocinar con microondas, vitrocerámica, y una pila.
Por otro lado la cama muy grande y cómoda.
En cuanto al armario: aunque parece un poco pequeño, la habitación cuenta con muchos cajones para guardar ropa, calzado, etc. Lo único, que solo había 3 perchas para colgar ropa.
Y en el baño, me pareció un gran detalle que los dispensadores de gel, champú, jabón de manos, etc, estuvieran colgados en la pared. Un gran acierto.
Repetiremos sin dudas!

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is a three star and situated right in the centre of town. It is 5 minute walk to the main square and surrounded by shops, bars and tapas restaurants. The reception staff are helpful and we were able to park our car in a public facility at a reduced rate. We had a quad room that was clean and generally well appointed. Breakfast was ok but items that ran out were not replaced leaving options a little lacking. For the price this is a good hotel in a central location.

Not easy to find! The instructions say that the hotel is just across the road from the railway station but we had to ask a friendly security guard to point us in the right direction. The hotel, clearly for business travellers, is underwhelming and is in need of renovation. It’s a long way from the city and you need to get a bus to get there. We couldn’t get in our room door upon arrival and, after trying to ram it a few times, had to ask the receptionist to help. She showed us the correct way (keycard in, out, quickly!) otherwise we would have been standing in the not-so-nice hallway all night. The room was basic but we hadn’t paid much for it and weren’t expecting luxury. It was nice enough and was clean. Only two power plugs (one of which wasn’t working), insufficient for today’s needs, and none by the bedside for powering up phones etc. The bathroom fan didn’t work. We wanted to use the safe in the room but couldn’t work out how to. There were no instructions. Another trip down to reception where we were told there were two types of safes, one with a numeric pad and others (like ours) that needed a special card. To get the special card, we’d need to leave a deposit of €20 and she’d have to call a colleague to set it up. No thanks! We went out for dinner clasping our wallets close to us. Two positives: the aircon worked well and the breakfast was good. Constantly replenished and, except for the orange juice, of good quality. Upon reflection, we should have gone for a hotel in town instead.

Si llegáis a Delicias a la estación del AVE y tenéis el cercanias incluido es la mejor opción para desplaz**** al hotel además del taxi. Me facilitaron una habitación superior a la que tenía reservada ya que la mía era muy pequeña y por ello les doy las gracias también por aquí. Si queréis una opción económica esta sin duda es una buena opción si no te importa moverte caminando o en transporte público.

PPengguna TetamuFrom the reviews I had high expectations of this hotels but, having travelled all over the world, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First of all, it’s dirty. The cleaners don’t do their job properly and the hotel is filthy. It was almost like the hotel wasn’t cleaned at all. Secondly, the air conditioning in the room doesn’t work and Zaragoza is very hot. So be prepared for no sleep. They keep the room at 21 degrees minimum and you can’t get it lower. It’s unbearable. I had no sleep the entire time I was there. Be careful about the pool. They make a big thing about advertising the pool but it’s only open a few months of the year. Finally, the staff are very rude. I tried to complain about the above but they simply didn’t want to listen. They were very aggressive, particularly front desk representative Angel. Even the General Manager’s response was rude and aggressive which reflects very badly on the Melia brand. Not sure if this particular hotel is Melia owned or managed but the service is not what you would expect from this brand. Many of the Trip Advisor reviews are false. Look it for the small number of reviews. All in all, one to avoid.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 22nd September. I am disabled and have considerable mobility problems. The hotel advertises a car park but it is virtually impossible to find. There are only limited direction signs and access to the car park is difficult. Having gone round the one way system a number of times we finally found the car park entrance. An unhelpful member of staff told us that the car park was full and we would have to park elsewhere. Street parking around the hotel is impossible and the nearest public car park is some distance away from the hotel. After yet more circuits of the one way system we found somewhere to park. I then had considerable difficulty getting back to the hotel. I had previously requested an accessible room but apparently the are situated a long walk from the lift, which is very odd.We had to settle for a standard room near to the lift. Having finally checked in after a lot of stress and pain we looked forward to a relaxing meal.No Chance! The hotel doesn't offer any meaningful evening food option. My wife ended up going to the local supermarket to get food to bring back to the room as I wasn't capable of trawling round the city to find a restaurant. Luckily, my wife was with me to help and support me.Had I been alone this would have been a complete nightmare. We have stayed at many Ibis hotels in he past and have never had this sort of experience. Needless to say,we won't be repeating this.

PPengguna TetamuRoom is warm, clean and comfortable. All we need for one night and an early start in the morning. There’s noise from the road outside but this doesn’t bother us too much. Only downside is that we were unable to use the garage overnight as our car is too big and heavy for the lift to take it underground. We were able to leave it immediately in front outside the hotel for a few minutes whilst we unloaded a couple of bags but then had to drive to another underground car park three minutes away.

PPengguna TetamuIt is rated as 5 stars - but do not expect it is like those 5 stars hotels in Barcelona. Staff were nice! Bed was very comfy! Room was spacious! Not near the tourist attractions. Will take ard 35mins walk to the Old town. However, the hotel is well located next to a shopping mall. I personally like the quietness of the hotel and the nearby environment. The hotel was full of 60's / 70's vibes ~ the only one that we do not quite like is - too many mirrors in the room... Would be better if tea / coffee also available in the room.

Hotel is easily reached by the bus C2 (aprox 25m) from Delicias Train Station. 1.5 eu is the ticket. Walking is also an option and you can see a bit of Zaragoza places. I went with my 2 kids and the place is new, room nice (with a bunk bed - the kids really liked), with aircon, shower, tv. There is no refrigerator. There are a couple of supermarkets just by walking distance and also a public pool very close (5m walking). Nice place, staff is friendy and continental breakfast just for 5eu

We stayed at Ibis Styles Ramiro for 2 nights, and we were expecting the level of comfort we are used to with other hotels of the chain. The initial room we have been give was street facing and very, very loud. The AC was not working either, which made our sleep uncomfortable. I asked for a change of rooms the next day, which was received positively. The new room was facing a patio and was fine - although it had twin beds instead of the the double one we originally booked. The hotel itself feels a tad old and run down, with stains on the walls and carpets for instance, but was clean. The breakfast was OK, and the staff helpful. They even agreed to let us store our luggages before taking our train. I would come back but renovations are needed.

PPengguna TetamuBuenos días, me alojé hace 2 semanas , hasta hoy día 24 , obvio no esperaba una habitación de hotel de lujo, pero sí que se pudiese vivir decentemente, a continuación adjuntaré las fotos de lo que más asco me da, lo primero - una cucaracha en la nevera (se verá en la foto) 2 teniamos queso fuet y diversa comida, pues esa comida tenía cucarachas pequeñitas (obvio están las cucarachas metidas en la nevera en algún lado) y más de 1 e visto en la nevera de distintos días, que veréis a continuación, luego , yo llevaba duchándome con el gel que tenía la bañera ya puesta, y hace 2 días vi una cosa negra flotando en el gel con el que me duchaba, y claro no se veía bien, cogí y dije vale, voy a poner el flash a ver si es lo que creía que era, y obvio que si era, no sabéis bien el asco que me dio ver eso después de 2 semanas, pongo 1 estrella a todo por qué es lo mínimo que me deja, sino no pondría ni estrella, el peor sitio donde e estado en mi vida, no denuncio a la sanidad por que sinceramente nose si eso va a llegar a algún lado, luego también estuvimos sin agua 2 días llegando de currar sin podernos ni duchar, con la “solución” que nos dieron fue que no podía hacer nada, pues estamos apañados la verdad, asique bueno peor experiencia de todos los sitios en los que e estado , gastaros si podéis 5-10 euros más en iros a otro sitio, por que esto es lo peor que e visto en mi vida ASQUEROSO , pongo fotos pero perfectamente podría poner vídeos , y por otra parte , nos decían que podíamos aparcar en un parking que tenían “habilitado “ pues nos multaron ayer la policía con 200 euros y vamos al hotel a decir que por qué de esto, y cambian la versión de lo que dijeron diciendo que es llevaba sin pasar la policía meses , todo mal la verdad , podría adjuntar la multa pero no se puede jajajajaj gracias por leerlo os vendrá bien si todavía teníais dudas de pillar este hotel
