Everything was wonderful. The location is great, you can walk to all the attractions. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a better room, than I've booked. I had a fantastic experience

Muy bien hotel, excelente ubicado , limpio y cómodo. Algunas habitaciones necesitan remodelación por que son muy antiguas pero no dejan de ser cómodas

My stay at Renaissance Naples Hotel was pleasant and well taken care of. The service staff were professional and welcoming. Will be back to stay at this hotel (amenities were great too!).

The room, breakfast, and location were great. But there was no fitness room/gym as trip.com has suggested it does. Otherwise everything was satisfactory.

酒店本身歷史悠久，內部硬件翻新過，很現代，但標準房部分沒有窗户（我們入住被分配了302房），酒店官網衹展示有窗的圖，並不是攜程的鍋。攜程客服與前台確認無窗，五分鐘內賠付了我們20%的房費。頂樓早餐view很好，但食物質量不好，蒼蠅特別多。意大利服務人員對我們不冷不熱，一種保持距離的禮貌。 Historical place with renovated modern interior. The standard king room doesn’t necessarily come with a window, which is not mentioned at all on hotel website. We enjoyed the rooftop view for breakfast but food itself is below standard. Service is ok.

I use this hotel frequently for business trips, and it never disappoints. The location is perfect, the rates are excellent compared to the quality, and the reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. I am very pleased with my stay and will surely book again.

A somewhat dated hotel, but equipped with all amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. It's located a bit further from the city center, but offers fantastic views of the city from the rooftop terrace. Driving to the hotel can be a challenge (Naples traffic!), but once you arrive, the hotel staff will take care of parking your car. The proximity to the airport is also a plus.

Hotel yang bagus berhampiran Napoli Centrale. Banyak lawatan keluar dari hotel ini, sangat mudah. Banyak kafe, restoran dan membeli-belah berhampiran. Stesen metro juga terletak berhampiran untuk melawat Toleda atau Dante. Keseluruhan tempat yang bagus.

В отеле все замечательно. Заселение супер быстрое. Персонал очень приветливый. Замечательная терраса на завтраке. Завтрак тоже великолепный. От станции Неаполь Чентрале очень близко, минут 7 пешком с чемоданом. Очень удобно ездить по Неаполю с этой точки. На холмах Неаполя всё прекрасно, публика, и достопримечательности. В районе вокзала обитают не самые приятные личности, их много, в темноте лучше не ходить по этому району. Но отель ведь не скрывает своего местонахождения в районе вокзала. Цены в баре очень приемлемые. И я одна ходила в районе вокзала, в том числе и в темное время - всё в порядке. Вообще в районе очень много полиции. Она патрулирует улицы.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is in an excellent central location near the cruise terminal and castle nuovo, so it is close to historic sites and shopping. The staff are very friendly and efficient and all speak English. I loved the roof terrace at the restaurant, which had a lovely view. I think the hotel must be dog-friendly, as I saw somebody heading toward the restaurant with a dog as I was leaving it.
