Stayed at this fantastic hotel with my wife and our friends. The location is fantastic right on the water and walking distance to dozens of great restaurants. The room is large and luxurious. The staff is phenomonal. Fillipo at the breakfast buffet is unbelievable and will attend to any rquest with a smile. FYI the buffet is unbelievable you will think you are at a weddeing reception. Overall this is a great place to stay in naples if you are planing to see Pompeii it was a short 35 minute ride to get there.

We had a 4-night stay at the Grand Hotel Parker’s at the end of our 14-day Italy trip and it turned out to be one of our favorite hotels of the trip. I booked 2 rooms through Hyatt as a Hyatt Globalist and although globalist benefits are not included at Small Luxury Hotels, we were upgraded to a corner suite which may be one of the best rooms in the hotel as it has a private terrace (in addition to the small balcony). The second room was adjoining so it was like having a large 2-bedroom apartment for our stay. I know some negative reviews complained about rooms being old but both of these rooms were newly remodeled and were elegant and spacious. The staff here is amazing starting at check in with Martina who was just lovely and showed us to our room after checking us in. All of the 6th floor lounge and terrace restaurant employees are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure your meals and drinks are satisfactory. Antonio explained their James Bond themed cocktails and always took great care of us. We did not eat at the Michelin star restaurant on site but enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on the 6th floor terrace and the views cannot be beat. It is true that you are not on the center of Naples but the service here and the views make up for that and it is a short taxi to the city center. Finally, we had the opportunity to meet Giovanni, the owner and Chief Experience Officer our first morning. I sometimes have general managers introduce themselves particularly at Hyatt branded properties, but Giovanni went further by checking on us the next day and when he saw us at dinner he sent over complimentary meatballs and drinks. Overall, a great way to end our trip.

Hotel facilities and decorations are out of our expectation! A very stylish and newly furnished hotel. Breakfast was served on the top floor with choice of outdoor sitting, food quality and choices are excellent. Super comfy beds and room size just good. Location is a bit far from city center and around 10-15 min walk to the waterfront or central Chiara. But the stay did compensate the extra walk especially if you want to stay away from the crowds. A well deserved 5 star hotel and worth the price!

Very satisfied with our stay, we were welcomed by the owners and were given instructions on how to access the building. San Martino Apartment was very spacious and had complete amenities (kitchen/microwave, washing machine, Netflix). Owners were also very responsive to whatsapp and address all concerns promptly. Location is great as well, few steps to Toledo and other historical sights

Hemos vuelto a alojarnos en el Relais Castel Nuovo de Nápoles. Si hace un año quedamos encantados, tanto del apartamento, como del buen servicio que presta Antonio, este año que hemos disfrutado del apartamento con terraza con vistas al puerto, hemos podido disfrutar aún más si cabe este alojamiento. El apartamento es moderno y funcional, con una gran terraza cubierta con vistas al puerto de Nápoles. Todos los servicios funcionan a la perfección y Antonio está atento de que todo esté en orden para que no haya problemas. Totalmente recomendable.

I recently stayed 5 nights here and my experience didn't match that of the other reviews who have recently written in English. I noticed the reviews in Italian tended to be more critical. Here are my pros and cons on the property: Pros: -- The location is convenient. It's just off the Piazza Municipio and only a half block from the Municipio metro station. It's within easy walking distance of the harbor, the Maschio Angioino, the Teatro San Carlo, and the Pallazo Reale. It's a longer, but still pleasant, walk to the sights along Spaccanopoli. I'd recommend riding the Metro to the short distance to the Archeological Museum. Note that the hotel is on the via Medina which is a very busy street. My room was at the back of the building so it was very quiet. The rooms at the front might get the street noise. -- The staff are welcoming. Everyone to whom I spoke was friendly and helpful, especially the nice lady in the breakfast room who made sure I was well supplied with cappuccino. -- Breakfast, on the whole, was quite good. There were cereals, breads, pastries, cold meats and cheeses, as well as freshly prepared fruit salad. The spread was adequate, if not elaborate. The coffee was excellent. Cons: -- I had a junior suite that was rather tired. There were scuffs on the walls and some mold in the shower. I pulled out one of the nightstands to use the plug behind it and found a layer of dust that looked like it hadn't been disturbed in several years. The room looked superficially clean, but overall the housekeeping left something to be desired. -- There was an odd musty smell coming from the air conditioning vent. I noticed the smell went away if I turned off the air con. However, I frequently needed to run it to counter the heat and humidity of the climate in Naples. I've been a frequent visitor to Naples in the past. I planned this visit at relatively short notice for high season, so the hotels where I have stayed in the past were booked full. This was my first visit to this hotel. It will probably be my only stay here.

Ottima la posizione e camera non male, se non fosse che il letto matrimoniale è composto da due letti singoli uniti per cui la notte ti ritrovi a dormire nel buco, purtroppo sia materassi che cuscini presentavano macchie gialle. La biancheria viene cambiata ogni 3 giorni, anche qualora presentino evidenti macchie, le lenzuola non sono state mai sostituite nei sei giorni di permanenza. Il bagno è il vero problema, l'igiene è completamente assente, la doccia presenta non solo muffa ma anche evidenti depositi di sporcizia, andrebbe buttato e rifatto da capo. Non è stato mai pulito nei giorni di permanenza, poichè ritrovavo i miei capelli su lavandino e bidet, inoltre quando fai la doccia si allaga tutto e sei costretto ad asciugare con l'asciugamano fornita come scendi doccia, un giorno ho anche ritrovato l'asciugamano zuppa nel bidet e l'acqua per terra non era stata asciugata. La pulizia comprendeva solo aspirapolvere in camera e rifacimento del letto, un giorno effettuala in mia presenza, verso le 14:00 al mio ritorno dal pranzo. Capisco che ho pagato poco, come messo in evidenza a mò di giustificazione dal personale però almeno le condizioni igienico sanitarie andrebbero garantite.
