Great locations as it is just 5 mins away from the premium outlets and the makuhari train stations. It is also near Costco and near to a huge aeon mall. There is a bus that will take you to Disneyland as well.

The room is well designed and clean. I find the mattress to be a little uncomfortable because it sagged. There is a lounge area behind the reception and it is very spacious.

GGordonSuperb, but the soundproof is bad. Soundproof is good on train noise but you may hear the noise from other room especially when they open/close door.
Lucky there is still quiet when I was staying.

FFengguangli日本遊最後一天的酒店，就為了走之前再看看海。酒店有洗衣機，製冰機，兩點以後的免費飲料，還有非常好吃的冷飲售賣機，加分。另外日本行博物館去多了空調吹的渾身冰涼，泡個酒店三樓的温泉感覺整個人都舒服了，繼續加分。照片是正午陽光照在床頭的枕頭和被子上，突然有點感動，拍照留念。
缺點還是要提下，房間略有味道，給味覺敏感者參考。

3.交通方便，成田坐大巴40分鐘直接，離JR海濱幕張超近，迪士尼快車20分鐘
4.高性價比，攜程套餐500一碗，雙早還帶下午茶，還能帶免費帶兩娃，早飯下午茶也能吃
5.設施齊全，冷水機，製冰機，投幣洗衣房
最後，這個酒店名字建議叫”幕張春天酒店新館”，因為本館和新館是聯通的，不同前台，設施共用
唯一遺憾的是我放在酒店冰箱的飲料沒拿。。。

The hotel had electricity shut-down on my checkout day - the staff helped to carry my luggage down to level one by stairs! Really grateful for that action :)
Highly recommended - cheaper accomodation rates compared to Tokyo, but still fast and convenient to get into Tokyo by JR.

전철 아래 상점가로 지나가면, 편하게 찾아갈 수 있습니다. 일단, 객실이 너무 마음에 들어요. 도쿄의 협소한 호텔이랑 다르게 넓습니다 ....객실 안에, 전자렌지도 있어요....욕실도 넓어요. 반신욕해도 됩니다. 다만 화장실 변기가 좀 작아요. 덩치 좋은 남성이나 뚱뚱한 사람 좀 힘들거에요.
그리고 객실 방향이 전철&기차 다니는 방면이라면, 창문을 닫아도 소리가 들려요. 민감한 사람은 불편할 수도 있어요.

PPengguna TetamuI accidentally booked and prepaid the 5-night trip at this hotel on Trip.com, then I became worried after reading a lot of negative comments about Trip.com. i booked this for my parents so I had to make sure they got the room, thus I came to ask the receptionist one day before. The hotel was at a convenient place to a lot of malls and restaurants, the room was bigger than I thought. The only bad thing is this room is a smoking room so there was heavy cigarette smell, and it barely faded out after several days even if we opened the window

AAlbert JrLocation is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance

Ffun tingNo flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am.
Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel
Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel.
Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk

They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Francs to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Japan. The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.

RRhitzthe staff were all kind, they let us check in earlier than the allowed check in time when I beg to have the room because my son gets a little sick from our long trip. They were all accomodating and we will definitely refer hotel Green Tower to our friends. Kudos and thank you!
