Room and service is good, but only 1 improve it is very strong smoke odor in room. So make me can not deep sleep because smoke odor.

AAntonioEl hotel está bien situado cerca de la carretera principal y a 15 minutos andando de la frontera.
Cerca de él hay restaurantes, cafeterías, bancos, cajeros automáticos, venta de SIM y tiendas de todo tipo.
Las habitaciones están bien, la cama es cómoda y está suficientemente amueblada.
La iluminación es buena.
El cuarto de baño algo escueto y se echa de menos una mampara de ducha para evitar ponerlo todo perdido de agua
Hay agua caliente aunque en ocasiones sólo templada.
El WiFi es errático y muchas veces no funciona.
Hay una tienda de regalos bastante amplia, con incluso vino español de Rioja.

RRSWCouple here, stayed 7 nights, slept in the day and went out at night.
We had to request to change room twice:
- the first room on the 6th floor had a nice view and a balcony. However, it was constantly noisy during the day as somehow the L6 corridor was used by the housekeeping staff as their defacto hq where they chatted amongst one another, watched videos or made video calls. In addition, the sounds from the street can also be clearly heard.
- the second room on the 2nd floor we were changed to was in the corner. It was slightly more spacious than the first and very quiet (being in the back corner of the hotel). It has no views as it was beside the next building but nonetheless had a window that opened into the roof of the next building. We discovered the windows could not be locked, and requested another room change due to safety concerns.
- Our next room was on the 3rd floor and just above the previous room. It also had no view and was less quiet (but still more peaceful than the first room) but it had windows that could lock. However the roaches in this room were more brazen and frequently made appearances.
Location: abit away from the main ****** belt, but has a koi milk tea about 7 mins walk away, and some local eateries.
In-house breakfast: decent variety and taste good, though only slight variations day to day.
Staff: friendly and helpful, though could take abit of persistence to get your issues resolved.

PPengguna Tetamuทำเลที่ตั้งดีเดินทางสะดวก พนักงานส่วนหน้ารวมถึงเบลบอยและคนรถดูแลลูกค้าดีมาก ไปไหนมาถามลูกค้าบริการส่งถึงที่ตลอด เว้นแต่แผนกแม่บ้าน ให้ของในห้องไม่ครบ โทรไปขอของมาเติมให้ครบก้อรับงานแล้วไม่มาเติมแจ้งบ่าย3ตื่นมา5โมงเย็นก้อยังไม่มา โทรไปตามอีกที บอกไม่รู้เรื่องใครรับงานไว้ หายไปอีกเกือบ ชม.ของใช้ในห้องเพิ่งเอามาให้ ส่วนอาหารเช้าแย่มาก ลงมา9โมง อาหารหมดเกือบทุกอย่าง นมใส่ซีเรียสรสชาตเปรี้ยวแปลกๆ จะกินไข่กะทะบอกทำไม่ทันได้แค่ไข่ดาว อาหารในไลน์อาหารเกลี้ยง บอกจะหมดเวลาแล้วไม่ทำเพิ่มแบบนี้ก้อได้หรา ทั้งๆที่เหลือเวลาทานอาหารอีก1ชม. แล้วลูกค้าเพิ่งลงมากันเต็มไปหมด อาหารเช้าเหมือนแบ่งๆกันกินไม่สมกับคำว่าบุฟเฟ่ต์ บางคนได้แค่กาแฟไข่ดาว บางคนได้แค่ไส้กรอกกาแฟ ส่วนเราได้ก๋วยเตี๋ยวกะกาแฟ ทุกคนตื่นเช้ามาก้อคาดหวังจะกินค่ะเพราะซื้อห้องรวมอาหารเช้ามาแล้ว น่าจะได้ทานอาหารแบบอร่อยๆไม่ใช่ตื่นมารู้สึกแย่แบบนี้ อยากให้ปรับปรุงการบริการให้มากกว่านี้ค่ะ
