Hotel Dengan breakfast di Khulna, Bangladesh

The receptionist for some reason asked us a number of person in Bangladesh who may know us. We gave him number of our driver as we have no friends in Bangladesh as travellers (nonsense, I can’t imagine this would happen for a traveler). After that he called a driver and asked some questions In Bengali about us. It was very weird and awkward and very very uncomfortable. I am very experienced traveler and this happens for the first time - to give a phone number of a local person who may know us and confirm we are good people. Definitely won’t recommend to stay there. Though restaurant is very nice and food was delicious

Food options are decent and the hotel is in a convenient location in the central part of Khulna. Did not use the pool but took a look and it was empty and available for use. Staff are friendly.

There is no laundry service, and there are only a few types of breakfast. There seems to be a little boy at the front desk, who doesn't know what to ask.

The overall situation is not bad, it is a relatively good hotel.
