Ulasan Keio Plaza Hotel Hachioji

Lokasi adalah sempurna! Apabila anda melangkah keluar dari stesen metro yang disambungkan ke pusat membeli-belah, ia terletak betul-betul di sebelah hotel. Peralatan mandian yang disediakan dengan baik. Secara keseluruhan, kami sangat gembira dengan bilik itu.

Good location. It's near train station and in front of the hotel have convenience store. But the hotel cannot use air condition , I followed the manual provided by the hotel, but the air conditioner didn't work. There is no air coming out of the vent. The staff provided a fan instead.

Everything is good. BF is good. Recommend

Nice place to stay.. recommended..

The hotel located near the JR Hachioji Station. It took a 2 minutes walk from the North exit of the station. Nearby were shopping malls, restaurants and shops. Travel to the heart of Tokyo would take some 20 minutes. Cleanliness and beddings were satisfactory. The room was more spacious, especially the bathroom, when comparing with hotels at similar price.

Hotel is well located. Reception is cordial but not flexible

This is my second time staying in Hachioji Keio Plaza, I look forward to celebrating the 30th anniversary of this hotel. Wish you have a good business in future

The hotel location really was good and very near the train station. Lots of good food there too

Train station, convenience store, shopping mall in walking distance. Located in the middle of Tokyo and Mt Fuji. Stay here if you are looking for peace, stay out of the city crowd (especially Tokyo, Shinjuku area), but you have to sacrifice some travelling time. We had a chill and relax trip, and really had fun throughout our 8nights stay here. Hotel's receptionist can communicate well in English, but not to nearby shops/stores. No worries much cause simple English or google translate works well too in Japan. Hotel does provide self service laundry at 3rd floor (few hundred yens only to both wash & dry)

I used a deluxe single, and it is at level 12. The view from the room was fantastic. The size of the room is so spacious. It was a good experience.

The location is really good, near the JR station and a lot of restaurants and shop nearby. The staff is nice. The room space is what we want.

Accidentally booked this location thinking that it was the Shinjuku's hotel as got too excited with TRIP's Sakura promotion rate. Lesson learnt! Check location properly first before committing as unable to cancel and rebook. This location added at least 45 mins to travel time to the various places of interest. Only benefit was the it has the first/last station nearby and invariably we got seats on the trains. Hotel staff were pleasant and nice but few spoke English, even the front desk. On one of the days, the body soap bottle was replaced with conditioner instead, so had 2 of them. Called the front desk and it was delivered quickly, although how they knew what as needed is a puzzle since they spoke Japanese on the phone. Overall, the hotel is the old-school type in terms of deco and fittings, which was kinda nostalgic and nice.

It is really near the train station and has an escalator to the train station. Also the other station is also not far from the hotel. Even though the hotel is quite an old version and far from Tokyo city the facilities are all complete. Recommended!

I had a great experience with Hachioji Keio Plaza Hotel. The hotel staff was kind, good breakfast and clean room. Definitely, I would use this hotel again.
