Great hotel and customer service. Valet parking was a welcome bonus.

Service is great, and there is complimentary Uber to/from UCLA or Getty Center in certain period of the day. Nice breakfast.

Staff is nice and diligent as well the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Besides the location of the hotel is between 2 mayor freeways it is not that noise! I really like the neighborhood but you need a car To go  to buy any necessity or food because Liz nothing around.  Is a quite place, My only thumb down is the gym and the pool area. Some improvement is need it.

Not recommend. Located next to the highway, the noise during the day and night is annoying and unbearable. Vault park only, Off the highway in the middle of nowhere, but valet parking is the same price as downtown.

Place was good but rooms were small as per expectation. They were charging 40$ for vallet parking and customers were not allowed to do self parkjng.

Clean hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is quite good, very close to the getty museum. I went to the getty and saw the hotel from the balcony 😂 There’s a bus stop just outside the hotel too, very convenient

requested high floor and not available. Booked one king bed and not available (2 beds instead), very noisy environment. Stayed at 4th floor and is very noisy. I cant sleep the whole night. Something wrong with the shower nozzles as water spray is extremely weak. I was cold to wake up during the midnight as it may be the AC is on automatically. Overall bad impressions. Will not stay in the future. No recommend if you want to spend the quiet night.

It is a wonderful hotel, but a bit far away from Hollywood.

Everything else is good but the storage area for luggage is very small so you can’t leave luggage at front desk; then the pull carts for luggage are so junk and difficult to use….. the gym is very small. Staffs are generally friendly.

Great location with easy access to the 405, UCLA, and Getty Center. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Restaurant staff was very attentive and food was excellent. Valet staff were timely and efficient. Would stay here again.

Good complementary Uber. Cool LED lights. Clean and comfy big bed.

Hotel is very accessible to West Side of L.A. Modern, upscale property with great views of Century City and downtown from the upper floors＞ Staff very accommodating and friendly, especially considering this is a "No Tipping" hotel. Highly recommed.
