Service is great, and there is complimentary Uber to/from UCLA or Getty Center in certain period of the day. Nice breakfast.

Clean hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is quite good, very close to the getty museum. I went to the getty and saw the hotel from the balcony 😂 There’s a bus stop just outside the hotel too, very convenient

requested high floor and not available. Booked one king bed and not available (2 beds instead), very noisy environment. Stayed at 4th floor and is very noisy. I cant sleep the whole night. Something wrong with the shower nozzles as water spray is extremely weak. I was cold to wake up during the midnight as it may be the AC is on automatically. Overall bad impressions. Will not stay in the future. No recommend if you want to spend the quiet night.

It is a wonderful hotel, but a bit far away from Hollywood.

Everything else is good but the storage area for luggage is very small so you can’t leave luggage at front desk; then the pull carts for luggage are so junk and difficult to use….. the gym is very small. Staffs are generally friendly.

Great location with easy access to the 405, UCLA, and Getty Center. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Restaurant staff was very attentive and food was excellent. Valet staff were timely and efficient. Would stay here again.

Good complementary Uber. Cool LED lights. Clean and comfy big bed.

Hotel is very accessible to West Side of L.A. Modern, upscale property with great views of Century City and downtown from the upper floors＞ Staff very accommodating and friendly, especially considering this is a "No Tipping" hotel. Highly recommed.

提供Uber service 但是規則很不清楚 退房的時候想用 結果前台的說11點前才可以 體驗不是太好 整體乾淨 床舒服 但是就在道路旁邊 吵是真的 要睡的好一定要耳塞了 房間一點備品都沒有 要自備 The rule of complimentary Uber service was really unclear need to be care of that as we try to use the service when check out and the front desk tell us is too late ???have to do it before 11, but this rule was never tell , kind of disappointed

房間乾淨整潔，前台接待耐心周到 酒店配有室外泳池和24小時gym非常不錯 儘管酒店無接送機服務，但是提供免費Uber服務去附近一些知名場所，非常方便和到位。

酒店位於西洛杉磯，近荷里活比弗利。外觀圓柱體非常有特色，老遠能望見。房間內部設施有點年份，但保護完好，整潔乾淨，且安靜舒適。窗外能望及山體和別墅羣。酒店代客停車，服務人員態度良好。

位置位於布倫特伍德社區，治安不錯，周圍靠步行基本沒什麼東西，都要靠打車，好在洛杉磯打車很方便基本不堵車，前台態度挺傲慢的

地理位置是最大優勢，距離蓋蒂博物館一公里，在蓋蒂都能看到酒店，距離UCLA衹有兩公里，還提供到這些地方的免費Uber，非常好。 靠近高速路有些吵，房間隔音不是很好。

設施：有小型泳池恆温的非常好 衞生：很乾凈 環境：交通特別方便 服務：工作人員特別熱情耐心
