Ulasan Best Western Plus Plaza Den Haag City Center

The entrance is next to Starbucks and very central. When I got in a bit messy and a **** smell. But that is general in the Netherlands I think :( When I arrived at reception they had a great double espresso and I was able to checkin early, appreciated. The room is good, very nice view on the main street. Small fridge and water available, nice. Had a great time as it was very close to all the location and the tram. So I have a very good stay. What I noticed is the noise in the evening was not there. I expected (main street) this to be quite an issue, but very quite to be honest. Certainly will be back! And with regards to the pic, the weather was as usual not nice. But not something the hotel can do anything about ;p

Clean room，big bathroom，excellent location

The quarts room is spacious for 4, super clean with city view. Will stay here again

Great experience overall, great location although the surrounding location needs cleaning up.

處於市中心商業區，衹是樓外樓內都沒有標誌，找的很辛苦，應該在一樓有個引導訊息比較好 房間乾淨寬敞 設施：齊全 環境：地理位置好 服務：態度好

今天住和前台同一層。這裏的房間就是好，價格也比第一次貴點。有冰箱和微波爐感覺很方便。而且他們的服務太多真的感覺很職業和温馨。

房間不大，位於步行街，購物逛景點都不太遠，距火車站近，附近有軌電車站多，乾淨衞生

El único hotel que he visitado sin servicio de habitaciones por el Covid a pesar de que en los Países Bajos ya no hay restricciones. La calefacción no funcionaba y a pesar de que lo comunicamos no hicieron nada por ayudarnos. Pasamos algo de frío

位置好，乾淨整潔。

Stayed for 3 nights and bed covers were never changed. Rooms had no extra like other 4 star hotel, ie. Shower caps. They seem to not care how many people are in room since they kept giving us 1 or 2 towels everyday. Good location and that’s about it but I heard there’s another hotel on the other side which offers better service called Novotel.
