The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Haikou. Overall, the Huangma Yehai International Hotel offered a very positive experience for the price. The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always a priority. A big plus was the modern bathroom featuring a bidet and heated seat - a nice touch you don't always find at this price point. While everything else was great, the pillows weren't the fluffiest. They weren't terrible, but if you're particular about pillow comfort, you might want to bring your own. In conclusion, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay in Haikou, the Huangma Yehai International Hotel is a strong option.

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

酒店設施齊全，房間整潔温馨，細節做的非常好，住的很舒服。床品是亞朵星球新疆長絨棉的材質很親膚，喜歡植物純天然的顏色，像我這種經常失眠的人住了一週每晚都睡得很香，自己也買了和酒店同款深睡記憶枕～服務主動熱情在特殊時期，酒店貼心的送上了姜棗茶，深夜餐巴還會提供現熬的粥和甜品，早餐品種多，豆漿、酸奶都是酒店自己現做的，點心和水果也不錯👍個人覺得性價比超高。沒趕上早餐，還可以電話前台，機器人會把早餐打包送到房間……看得出老闆是一個有情懷，有品位的人👍👍👍住在這幸福感滿滿，有家的感覺！

酒店大堂寬敞明亮帶有綠植盆栽🪴，每次來海口都住這家酒店，前台笑容很好也很熱情的回答問題，客房衞生也打掃的很乾凈，自助餐廳也有挺多種類的，一樓也有自助洗衣房，總體來説滿意度百分百，推薦大家都可以來入住體驗，停車很方便，靠近上邦陽光城接近國貿商區。

Great location. Small but enough space for a short stay. Even had a desk and side table. Clean and with great view from the roof over the old city streets. Nice charm. Big plus. Elevator to get up to the room with lots of luggage. 🤣🤩.

The hotel location is quite good. Staff was nice and helpful. It even has free laundry services. The staff give both kids complimentary gifts.

I think this hotel offers great value for money, and the attitude of Wu at the front desk is also friendly. If you're just here on a business trip to Haikou for a few days, you might want to give this non-chain hotel a try. Occasionally experiencing a stay like this is also quite nice.

In evening, a warm receiving welcome message tag with a handmade towel. Very much appreciated after a tired day. Breakfast is average (limited depends on demand) Cinema is located just next to hotel.
