Ulasan Orange Hotel (Haikou Guomao Wanlvyuan)

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making the check-in process quick and efficient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious local dishes, and the gym and pool facilities were excellent. The hotel's location is superb, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money and comes highly recommended.

The front desk staff were great; you can just bring your laundry to the front desk and they'll wash and dry it for you. The hotel's tea bags are also good for making cold brew tea, and there's a fridge right in the room.

The tatami room was great, and it offered good value for money. Overall, I was quite satisfied. The cleanliness was relatively good, and they were quick to address any issues I reported. The location is very convenient with many dining options nearby.

It's been a while since I've been back, and it's nice to see some new faces, but also familiar, warm, and friendly smiles. If a hotel stay can feel as comfortable as being home, that's destiny and, even more so, trust. Everything was just right, really good. I particularly liked the cheerful young woman who I kept seeing at both the front desk and the restaurant. Next time, I must remember her name so I can give her a shout-out.

The hotel is quite close to the city center. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are all very warm and polite. The breakfast is delicious, and it's a business hotel with good value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Haikou. Five-star rating! 👍🏻

The front desk staff were warm and responsive. The bedding was dry, the bathroom was spotless, and the towels had no strange odors. The shower had excellent water pressure, the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—the toilet worked perfectly, and the air conditioning was quiet.

Upon entering the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell, like a mix of train and cigarette smoke. I booked through Trip.com for a 12 PM checkout, but the HUAZHU app showed 2 PM. The front desk staff tried to push me to download their app to get the extended checkout until 2 PM. Overall, not a great experience.

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel's overall environment was excellent. There are also several restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It's very close to the airport, and the airport shuttle service was fantastic. They even provided a wake-up call in advance, and I saw hotel staff accompanying guests throughout the process.

The front desk guy helped with our laundry, and the lady at the front desk waived the breakfast fee for our child. This was our first stop in Hainan, and it was filled with warmth and hospitality!

The room was a bit small and didn't have a bidet toilet, but the front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered laundry service, washing, drying, and folding my clothes for pick-up the next day, which was fantastic! The breakfast was also delicious.

We booked two rooms, one with twin beds and one with a king bed. The location is excellent, just one block away from MixC and Guomao City, with plenty of dining options nearby. It's also very close to Wanlu Park, only two blocks away, which was perfect for catching the sunset and evening glow – we went twice and couldn't get enough of it! The breakfast was also good, especially for the price point. The front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, were lovely and kind. My child even received two dolls upon check-in, and they loved examining the 3D background in the elevator every time we used it. Overall, it's a great value-for-money option.
