Hotel berhampiran Sotte Porticos Streets Maikou, Haikou

Booked for summer holiday. This location is amazing! So close to the bus stop and shop areas. Price was great, very clean and comfortable... they have a cool rooftop wheee you can enjoy the night or fly a drone! The paint in the entry is lovely and it’s no súper out of tune! Loved it!

Best location ever is just right above the Qilou street which you can see the best street view. Many tourists purposely came to the third and 4th level for the photoshooting. Service is good.

訂的是套房，當天從三亞開過來玩的。 跟他們當天有個什麼簽到的團體碰到了一起。 辦理入住的時候前台小哥説你到後面等排隊就好。然後我們默默的排隊了十分鐘，然後看着另外兩個枱子空着，我就忍不住問了一下你們這裏不能辦嘛，前台才問你們是散客嘛… 然後訂單也查不到。 一開始挺生氣分分的。這方面多加強吧。 進門之後第一眼就看到了阿姨給佈置的！非常貼心！ 而且我最愛🐰了！完全是到了審美上！ 我們當晚有飯局，又是叫了多的浴巾，又是要開夜床的，也給阿姨折騰夠嗆，阿姨名字：柯清芬 十分感謝阿姨的服務❤️❤️❤️ 也希望温德姆越來越好！大堂的聖誕樹很好看！

房間乾淨整潔，明亮，設施設備齊全，尤其是床上用品很舒服，很滿意！ 服務：服務熱情周到，一個女孩子很優秀，禮貌禮節好，有啥問題就及時解決，還贈送飲料。 環境：唯一的一點就是不太隔音，緊挨着的房間水龍頭流水聲，説話聲都能聽到，遇到一些半夜來的很折磨人，希望亞朵在隔音方面多下點功夫，因為你的床上用品，已經打造出品牌有一定的市場份額，要打造睡吧，我認為必須安靜，隔音，加之床上用品，這樣才能完美的詮釋睡吧！

A very enjoyable stay. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially 小李 and 小曾, always very patient in listening to my needs and taking immediate actions to assist us. My WeChat app can’t work to pay the rides, they not only provide advices but also took an extra miles to get me a car/ taxi when I was hurrying to get my father in law to travel. The security guards were equally great in assisting to him in getting on or off the car. Indeed, a remarkable hotel will not be missed with the service. The dim sum restaurant is also fantastic. Food is superb.

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

The room overall is good. Bed and pillow super comfy. Need slight improvement for cleanliness as some part of the floor is kind of sticky. Breakfast in acceptable range as options are quite limited. Service standard by all hotel staffs could be further improved. Anyway, extra credit to the lady manager at morning shift which is extra helpful and friendly. The location is good and convenient. Very near to eateries and convenient store.

酒店離小學操場非常近，白天都是大廣播在吵，隔音條作用有限，如果只是晚上住還可以接受，白天如果沒有耳背喜歡安靜的朋友慎選。另外酒店沒有一個架子是正常的，鐵夾子都是松的，上個住客留下的礦泉水瓶都沒清理，沒有浴室拖鞋也沒有防滑墊，衹能光腳踩地洗澡。説是2021年開業，實際是重裝開業，就是6層的老公房改建。 服務人員的服務還是點贊，會幫忙拿行李等

The best capcinno and cafe latte in my life ! A woman balista in the restaurant on the 1st floor is not just a staff but professional artist who makes tasty and beautiful artwork I would stay at this hotel just for a cup of morning coffee. Also a young male receptionist at nigjt shift gives me quite accurate information about the town everyday.. I was impressed with his very helpful and friendly service!

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.
