Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

After we update to a large family suite room (x2 room) , it was well maintained , cozy and comfortable. Toilet is privacy too. Location was very very convenient and walkable to most attractions too.  A special compliment to a customer service young lady 小姐姐 at the counter. She’s young and passionate about hotel management and her helpfulness in assisting us to local attractions. Her enthusiastic energy really need appraisal. Her work behaviors really an asset to Zizai Music hotel.  Highly recommend to guests who booked with them. I’ll believe you be well taken care of. 

平常酒店住的還比較多的，尤其喜歡各種有特色的環境。這次真的沒想到在海口的商業街裏面，居然有這麼別具一格的帶私人院子的酒店。多的不説，直接上圖，這麼大院子，有沒有?一個人飲茶，爽不爽?房間很大，隔音超好，就沖這個性價比在海口估計沒敵手。旅行還在繼續，希望可以發現更多寶藏酒店，不枉出遊一趟。

Great location (though 30 mins from the airport). The staff were helpful and upgraded our room. The hostel is in the middle of town and around the back is the bus stop for the #3 on/off tourist bus which takes you to the beach and harbour areas. A 2 hour round trip, so a nice cheap way … 5CNY (have the correct cash) to see the area. Lots of food options in the area, but make sure you eat up at lunch time as most places were not open at dinner time.

Neat and funky, modern with some techy stuff. Bed was very comfortable, pillow was less ideal but suffices. Big room and spacious rest area which I like. The sound proofing was pretty decent so you don't hear the train passing by or the traffic noise, that is until your neighbour speaks loudly (thankfully not for long) or if someones slams the door hard (esp if you are sleeping). Great black out curtains which open on its own when you remove the key from its space and closes when you're stick it in (think it depends on how you set it before you leave the room). Bathroom was also splendid. As was the nespresso coffee- great for waking me up. A very comfortable place of rest until the final night- we were told that the sensor malfunctioned, waking us up in the middle of the night- curtains opening on its own, air-conditioning suddenly switching off (no we didn't change any settings for that to happen), lights turning on all of a sudden. All good otherwise.

兩房一廳，住的很舒服，管家提前告知了民宿地址和密碼，房間乾淨，安靜，設施齊全，海口天很熱，每天還能洗衣服，還有餐具，水果都可以切，很方便，管家在住店期間還會關心我們日用品夠不夠用，不夠還幫忙送來很多，太感謝了，下次開海口還住這裏，地址也優越，去哪裡都方便

來海南辦事偶然空閑了12個小時，也是無意當中發現這家設計師酒店。作為資深設計師酒店野生體驗官的我，怎麼能放過這次的新奇之旅呢。 設施：酒店雖然是古建築改造，但是設施一應俱全，mini bar ，松下吹風機，優質的淋浴。入住花園景觀套房，還有一個風格雅緻的茶室。不過窗外直通露天，希望酒店可以在玻璃上貼上提醒事項，讓北方人做好露天的是心理準備 衞生：地處騎樓老街，這裏又現代，又古樸。而且在南方，蚊蟲確實會比北方多一些。整體衞生其實做的非常好，酒店也介紹每週3次會做蚊蟲消殺，但是不可能做到百分百絕對除蟲，所以北方的朋友們記得睡前打開點蚊香。 環境：融合了閩南文化，海南非遺建築的酒店在設計上有些獨特的風味，三層的古建築中，看到了非遺文化的傳承，和與過去對話的木花窗。酒店的老物件被一件件的陳列出來，非常值得細細的觀賞品味。對閩南文化不甚瞭解的我希望下次再去，可以看到每一件老物邊上可以有一些文字的介紹。酒店坐落在騎樓老街步行街裏，又是古建築，因此隔音上沒有星級酒店那麼完美。本次入住又遇到早上老街施工，所以如果睡眠輕的朋友要考慮犧牲景色，換到臨街一側的房間，反而會更安靜。 美食：“好味”是一次美妙舉行不可或缺的一部分，沒來得及體驗下午茶，但是很高興沒有錯過精緻豐富，口味絕佳的早餐。海鮮麪條和海南粉絕絕對對的推薦！酒店管家介紹食物都是現做，保證口感和風味在最好的狀態呈現給客人，希望酒店可以大膽的在餐廳宣傳自己的美食。 服務：作為設計師酒店，大部分情況下都是一對一管家服務，可以説這次的管家服務也自然非常符合“管家”這個稱謂。一個讓人啼笑皆非的小插曲：入住當晚，我因為好奇窗外的風景打開了空中花園的窗户，導致一衹巴掌大的蜘蛛俠闖入房間，作為北方人，對露天有蟲這件事的警惕性還是太低了，確定了蜘蛛的位置以後，叫了管家來處理。我本以為會有一個男生或者“師傅”過來趕走蜘蛛俠，沒想到是辦理入住的笑容超甜的小姐姐拿着拖把來營救我。我知道女生對於蟲子這件事或多或少會有害怕的，但是超甜笑容的小姐姐還是勇敢的解決了這件事。真的非常高姐酒店，謝謝你們每一位管家把我當家人一樣的保護和照顧。 酒店是寵物友好酒店，入住當天遇到了帶狗狗的客人。如果介意寵物的朋友會被管家先引導回房間，這裏一個小建議，前台比較小，考慮到不同人的不同需求，其實管家可以帶客人在房間裏辦理入住，就避免了害怕寵物的客人和帶寵物的客人同時在前台的尷尬。當然我知道，這樣對管家來説是很辛苦的，只是小小的提議哈～ 總體來説，我對這次的設計師酒店非常滿意，一定還有再提升的空間，但是我相信，酒店的熱情以及專業化的服務一定能讓這間酒店做的更好，期待再來海口，我可以像回家一樣，再和各位管家們再見。我並不是個喜歡到處拍照的人，匆匆的記錄了一下酒店早餐，想看圖的朋友，可以去看看其他評論啦～

The location is not great but it is good for its price. But the room is very clean and the front desk is super friendly. Recommanded!

第一次住漫心府，我感覺到了優雅與舒適並重的生活，房間的每一個角落都透露出舒適温暖，新酒店設施先進且應有盡有，前台工作人員服務非常好，預見和滿足了我的每一個需求，而且，房間的衞生情況無懈可擊，清新舒適的環境讓我的身心都得到了徹底的放鬆。早餐種類很多樣化，這次真的是一次非常棒的入住體驗！給漫心府點贊！
