雪鄉還是7，8年前跟團去過一次，今年又帶孩子和朋友們一起故地重遊，這次我們自由行，住宿的選擇都是非常的謹慎，事實證明雪鄉和雪谷我們選擇的住宿都很好，雪鄉也是值得住的，它的美是其他地方替代不了的，我們這次選擇的雪鄉這家酒店是一家老牌酒店，在雪鄉開了很多年了，從還沒到出行日期，管家劉波就加好友詢問有沒有需要幫忙的地方，到我們到達，熱情幫忙入住，房間裏面準備的當地特色凍梨，凍柿子，小點心，管家劉波一直全程細心的詢問還有哪裡需要他幫助的地方，讓我們感受到了東北人民火一樣的熱情，和專業服務人員的素養！酒店統一供暖，可能我們南方人，有點不適應房間温度，晚上9點多和管家劉波説感覺太熱😂，本來隨口一句，沒想到管家在已經下班休息的情況下，又趕來送水和送凍水果給我們降温，搞的我很不好意思，這次東北之行同行的朋友們對東北各個地方的印象非常好，現在不管是哈爾濱還是雪鄉都非常火爆，我相信也是當地人民一起努力的結果，這潑天富貴該他們接☺️，大家都非常的用心！後面有時間我們還會再來。也希望大家在享受了他們的熱情服務後不吝嗇給他們點贊，我想我們的讚美會給他們帶來更大的工作動力！

We chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.

Very nice, clean and warm hotel. The lady host was super super nice and helpful. She supported everything we need. The manager provided information about the showcase schedule of the Snow Town and helped us booking bus tickets as well as other tour information. Staffs were friendly as well. The hotel is located at quite corner, suitable to rest and sleep well. Definitely stay at this hotel again if I have a chance go back to Xuexiang

Booked with lower expectations due to other review , but imho it was decent and price was acceptable , there some smell on the bed but I feel is still acceptable for us , the bathroom didn’t have any bad smell and water is hot. Breakfast was average but good enough to fill our stomach.

This hotel is situated in snow town and the location is great. We are staying slightly away from the street where you get peace and quiet. And we like that it's close to the bus station. What's really good is the service. You can chat with them to get all kinds of services including a private car and lots of information. They also have a sleigh where they will help you with your luggage when you arrive and depart 👍 they gave us a room with really good view too! Note that there's not elevator so you'll bring your luggage up and down if you're staying on the third floor

入住前看了不少評論， 入住後體驗非常好， 有以下三點值得稱讚： 1、安排車輛。霞姐安排包車從亞布力西站接到酒店（50元/人）、從酒店到大**山景點、雪鄉景點（100 元/人，來回）、從酒店送到亞布力陽光滑雪場（50 元/人）， 衹要提前跟霞姐溝通好確認大致時間，霞姐都能安排的妥妥當當。 我們是兩家人 4 大 4 小，六件行李，所以出行安排特別重要。 2、霞姐酒店對面的餐廳味道不錯，算得上中上水平， 80% 的菜品我們都很滿意， 少數一兩個菜我們吃不太慣但也是我們湖南湖北人的口味問題， 常見的東北菜（鍋包肉，小雞燉蘑菇，小葱豆腐，辣椒幹豆腐，熗炒土豆絲，酸菜豬肉水餃等等）都做的蠻不錯的，人均大概 50 左右，四大四小吃飯一頓400 元左右。早餐是稀飯、饅頭、雞蛋還有好幾個小菜，10 元一位，小孩不收錢，非常清爽的營養早餐！ 3、居住條件符合預期。大炕房間睡一家四口（兩大兩小）毫無問題，熱水很給力， 房間很暖和（甚至是太熱了，晚上太熱了睡不着讓霞姐過來開窗户透點涼氣）。 我們經常在外面遊玩，住過的酒店也算多了，總結來説，這次在二浪河霞姐預訂的民宿是非常不錯的入住體驗！ 我給大家的建議是預訂前後多電話或者微信上溝通確認，管理好自己的預期，出來玩最重要的是好的心情，良好的溝通會讓你的行程更加美好！

此次雪鄉遊非常滿意。丫蛋家服務特別好。老闆娘人美又周到。本來沒住在昂貴的雪鄉還擔心路上耽誤時間，沒想到接送都是無縫銜接老闆還會根據需求幫忙推薦行程，景點順路且不同的體驗，玩下來很開心。在雪鄉玩到很晚到民宿都九點多了，老闆還給做飯，好吃又實惠，住在這裏的話一定要嚐嚐老闆手藝。景區50元每次的潑水成冰玩到你開心為止。

雪鄉你真的給了我好大的驚喜！雪鄉真的真的真的好漂亮！真的值得來一次！作為一個很期待雪的南方人來説，雪鄉真的是可以滿足願望的地方！園區裏面都是很厚實、很白、很漂亮的雪景！聽介紹都是自然形成的雪景，這一刻不得不佩服大自然的鬼斧神工！真的超級漂亮～同時這次的住宿體驗也讓我驚喜～酒店的位置特別好！去附近的哪個景點都很近 非常便利 酒店內的裝修也很不錯 還有投影！ 還有燒烤 晚上跟朋友點了點燒烤點了點酒看了個電影 窗外還有雪景 真的不要太舒適！重點是 酒店的衞生做的很不錯 非常乾淨～床不是那種非常硬的板子炕 是有墊子的 對我一個睡習慣床的人很友好 超級喜歡！ 第二天吃了早餐是精緻的六宮格 葷素搭配 營養均衡～真的是非常開心的一次旅行！真的讓我有點捨不得離開東北。下次有機會還來！

I wasn’t expecting much as it’s a local guesthouse. However, I must say that the room and toilet is clean, well insulated during winter. There’s also a snow slide and some floaties for kids/ adults to play with outside the guesthouse. It’s simple but the host are very hospitable and friendly. They also served freshly home cooked dinner which we ordered on the spot. This place is about 30-45 mins drive away from the Snow Town. Not as commercialised and has its own charm, away from tourists and crowds.

The room clean and tidy, hotel's location is wonderful because it is in the center of xuexiang. If you have a lot of luggages you should contact the hotel to held you to rent someone carry them from the bus stop and it cost abt 20 rmb.
