Xuexiang Scenic Area - Your Multi-time Resort Hotel

Hotel location was perfect,just nearby the famous stone,2 min walking distance to xeuyun street..owner was kind to assist regarding transportation and give an upgrade for my room..the view from my room can see a beautiful firework at night..

The owner is very good, very helpful. He helps to contact any activities and give some discounts for meals and activities. The frontman is little bit fierce and unfriendly. The location of hotel is very good,not far from the center.

We booked the room which they indicated that there's mountain view. However our room was in the basement with no windows. Upon checking with the children reception, we were told what they meant was the hotel is in the mountain vicinity and therefore the hotel has mountain view and not the room itself. Poor communication with the owner who tried to book attractions for us. Breakfast was horrible with only plain porridge, peanuts and preserved vegetables, some packaged cakes and soy bean milk. No coffee or other beverages available. We book the hotel with breakfast options but it was so bad that we would rather eat out.

My family were new to north eastern China, and were welcomed by the hotel and staff, who assisted us with our many heavy luggage to the shuttle bus stop. They helped us book day tour to nearby attractions outside the snow town, and also transport to Harbin. When leaving the hotel, I forgot my back pack and fortunately the hotel staff noticed and called me on my phone and even brought it to the shuttle bus stop so that I can grab and go without missing my bus. Many thanks to boss and staff!

I contacted the boss on Weixin and he is helpful to reply my questions promptly. He helped us book the tour and car for our day trip to the snow mountain. The reception staff was also very polite. The breakfast is simple so do not expect it to be like big hotel buffet breakfast. The water heater needed to wait for a while after someone finished shower The location is near to the Main Street and bus drop off and pick up point so it is very convenient for the guest.
