設施：比較舊，但是該有的都有。用品比較好，符合4星水準。 衛生：很乾凈，每天打掃到位，生活用品補充到位。 環境：很漂亮很寧靜，中間有個庭院，比較私密。位於市區，出入方便，出去吃飯也方便。 服務：很好。前台和服務人員會英文。

Tôi gặp một vài khó khăn trong việc tìm mua đặc sản Hải Phòng về làm quà. 2 bạn lễ tân Hà My và Thanh Hằng đã nhiệt tình hỗ trợ, liên hệ, nhắn tin, bảo quản giúp tôi; giúp cho trải nghiệm của tôi tại khách sạn vui vẻ và tuyệt vời hơn. Đặc biệt hai bạn còn rất xinh xắn và tươi, chúc Khách Sạn chúng ta ngày càng thành công.

Khách sạn nằm cách trung tâm thành phố khoảng 3km, nhưng lại gần Vincom Plaza và mấy cái siêu thị xung quanh nên cũng khá thuận tiện cho mua sắm, khu vực này khá yên tĩnh nhưng cũng đầy đủ dịch vụ. Giao thông đến các khu công nghiệp khá thuận lợi, không bị tắc đường. Rất phù hợp cho các chuyến công tác,

진짜 완벽하네요 청결하고 위치도 너무좋고 뷰도 너무 끝내줘서 호텔에 생각보다 더오래 있게 되었어요 다음에 꼭 다시 오고싶습니다

Recently rebranded as The Tray Hotel, its location was right in the city centre, which was conveniently to travel around. My assigned room was facing a small lake (or might be a canal) that was quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty, however, during my stay, it was temporarily relocated on the 8th floor without any notification.

Nikko Haiphong is a newly opened hotel with nice facilities and rooms. Common areas lobby, restaurants are not very dynamic kind of ghost areas ( cold feeling ) as per location and maybe due to the fact it is a new property. Good price for value. Nikko group standards 👍

Trước giờ tim khách sạn ưng ý rất khó . Nhưng từ bây giờ có lẽ đây là khách sạn Gia Đình mình sẽ dừng chân mỗi khi đến hải phòng hoặc mình về nước thường xuyên sẽ ghé đây . Khách sạn quá sạch . Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình . Đến cô lao công và bác bảo vệ còn nhiệt tình mà kkkk . Tầng 1 thì n*** cạnh là quán ăn cơm bình dân mà rất ngon và rất rẻ . Đồ ăn các quán thì n*** đó đi bộ mấy bước là rất nhiều . Thuận tiện gần sân bay lắm . Đi taxi ra sân bay có hơn 40k vnđ thôi . Nói chung là . 100 điểm cho khách sạn ạ . Giá cả lại cực kỳ rẻ nhưng chất lượng thì 5 sao lun ấy 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😇😇😇😇

This place is absolutely disgusting... Service is poor as it gets, Food is disgusting, no options, badly cooked, low quality. Shower in the room never works, other rooms have a bathtub but no shower so you need to take ”shower” siting or you can't wash your head (unless u are 1,50m like them) Staff is totally stupid and have no clue about a hotel management. Its just a joke! No English, no manners, no care about anything... Im 12 years in aviation, I can say this is the most horrible hotel I've ever been,,, not even cheap hotels in chine were so disgusting... Unfortunately its not my choice to stay in this place, I would never come back! This place should close and get out of hotel business..

Excellent service with the front desk . I can’t believe that they book the limousine back to Hanoi under my request. The room is super clean and nice . By the way , the breakfast is awesome with variety of choices.

Kelebihan: Ada seseorang yang membuat telur rebus untuk sarapan pagi. Pho, bilik bersih, pemandangan indah dari bilik tingkap, lokasi hebat! ! ! Kelemahan: 1. Bilik deluxe double ditandakan dengan tab mandi. 30m2, tetapi sebenarnya tidak ada jenis bilik dengan tab mandi, ruang bilik juga tidak mencukupi, dan kakitangan tidak memberi perhatian kepadanya selepas melaporkan ke kaunter! 2. Bilik standard double ditandakan dengan tab mandi. Syaratnya sama seperti di atas 3. Terdapat kebocoran air yang serius di bawah paip di bilik mandi, dan penyelenggaraan tidak diberi perhatian. 4. Pemanas air elektrik bilik mandi mempunyai kuasa yang tidak mencukupi, dan air panas semakin berkurangan, dan jumlah air panas perlu diselaraskan sepanjang masa. Setiap bilik sepatutnya mempunyai masalah yang sama! 5. Bar & 2F SPA di tingkat atas ditutup dan tiada papan tanda.
