very big room. Excellent location, near to JR station only 2mins walking distance! Hakodate train is near, only 5 minutes walking distance. Many outstanding restaurants are nearby, like Sushi Soup begirama, Flower see sushi. Highly recommend to choose this hotel although room cleansing services are provided once every three days

Very near to train station which is convenient to pull the luggage during winter.

There is a small mall with quite a number of small restaurants for convenient meals. The hotel location is walking distance to the morning market for fresh seafood, sashimi etc. many small restaurants and there is a food court inside the indoor market. Its also walking distance from the JR station.

Hotel was in great location with walking distance to Train station, Morning market and more. Comfortable room but wifi was not working in my room. Overall was good.

Clean room, daily new towels, great view of the sea from our room Location: Near JR hakodate station, bus station and car rental eg Toyota Rent a Car. Bus station has shuttle service direct from Airport. Direct access to Lawson. Extremely well located. 2 minutes to Hakodate train station. 10 minutes to the morning seafood market. Real cool.

Excelente hotel. And for me, maybe for other people too, it has a sapareted space for shower, is not over a tiny btah tub, so it`s very good for big westerns. The breakfest is good, the location is excelent, close to the hakodate Station, a lot of stores and restaurants around. I hope to stay here again!

Hotel just next to Hakotate JR station, convenient store just downstairs. Walking distance to some eateries.

Hotel located at the transportation hub where Jr train and bus station and tram line was just across the road. Good size of room and bathroom for Japanese standard. I enjoyed the sunset with good view. Public bath was clean and good. Breakfast has good varieties. Only feedback is internet is slightly slow.Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location next to the JR station. Spacious, elegant, and very clean room. Very enjoyable stay.

Overall was very good and good location which near to the restaurant. The only things to improve is the coin laundry very hard to wait for it since too crowded.

Room on 7th floor seemed to have not been cleaned as the bathroom and toilet had very strong stench of something like urine / vomit. There were several visible stains on the room carpet floor. Amenities were very basic compared to other hotels at the same price point. Only toothbrush, combs, razors and body scrub towels were available to take back to the room. No skincare packs available. The corridor leading to the room also had a bad stench especially when you pass by the laundry room. Daily room cleaning not provided. Clean towels were placed in a bag and on the room door in the morning. You are expected to bag your used towels in a plastic bag they privided in the bag as well. No emptying of dustbins daily, you need it, you have to inform the front desk.
