房間大比較新，餐食全包性價比超高，景色太美了，但是服務確實需要加強，感受不到，特別是最後走的時候定的水飛回馬累、很早就讓我們退房，打掃房間的大叔迫不及待的在門口等着，我們也衹好離開房間到處遊蕩，餐食豐盛，飲料酒水很多選擇，我們定的水上平房，隨處可見的鯊魚、缸魚，各種小魚，我們是自己包快艇上島，沒有用酒店的船，水飛回馬累是定的酒店的，一個人1500人民幣左右，不過整體還是推薦來這裏，住了三晚，感覺完全可以在這裏躺平15天，黃皮膚人很少，都是白種人，這些希望能幫助到要來住的人，我們是親子游，可以加一張小床在房間，房間屋頂是帆布的，下雨聲音大

Kami telah menghabiskan masa yang indah. Ia sangat menenangkan kami. Semua orang ramah, kualitinya tinggi, bilik bersih dan perkhidmatannya profesional. Kami mempunyai percutian yang sempurna dan meninggalkan pulau itu dengan kenangan indah.

Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa ialah pulau syurga! Anda boleh berehat sepanjang hari menikmati penjagaan kakitangan yang lebih baik! Untuk detik-detik yang lebih mendamaikan, cuba mandian Bali dan kaki serta urut! Oleh itu, jika anda mahukan pengalaman yang melampau cuba selam skuba dengan guru dan biarkan dia melakukan Sihirnya. Jangan lupa untuk melakukan lawatan atau mungkin dua atau tiga. Yang terbaik untuk saya ialah menonton dan memberi makan jerung semasa matahari terbenam. Pemandangannya menakjubkan !!! Terima kasih yang tidak terhingga kepada setiap kakitangan. Mereka semua lebih mesra, sentiasa tersenyum, pasti membuatkan kami berasa seperti di rumah sendiri! Petua tambahan: bersiar-siar di sekitar pulau bersama-sama dengan ribuan ketam kecil yang sangat comel. Lebih disukai semasa waktu matahari terbenam. Berhenti di dek penerimaan tetamu dan tangkap semua warna alam semula jadi yang menakjubkan menjelang matahari terbenam. Lihat dengan berhati-hati untuk ikan pari dan anak jerung di kawasan vila air pada waktu malam. Hanya satu pengalaman yang luar biasa!!! P.S MAKANAN MEMANG SEDAP!!!

From the moment I arrived, the kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail from the team made my stay unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Ziyad Naajih—you truly went above and beyond. Your efforts in creating the beautiful honeymoon decorations and helping to clear my room were incredibly thoughtful. Your heart of gold made my stay so much more special, and I will always remember your kindness. Chathuranga, the Sous Chef, was also exceptional. You were incredibly accommodating, always going out of your way to help me, especially when I was late for the buffet on many occasions. Your kindness and dedication to sharing Sri Lankan cuisine with me made my experience so much richer. Shifaz, the waiter, is another standout. Your kind-hearted nature, hardworking attitude, and impeccable service made every meal more enjoyable. I cannot thank you enough for the warmth and care you showed. The Salaah facility for Jumma was a blessing and a true highlight of my stay. The resort's support of the Muslim community, along with the opportunity to join the lovely Muslim guests and staff for prayers, made me feel right at home. I would also like to extend my thanks to Chaminda from housekeeping for always ensuring my room was spotless and my needs were met. Your attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Afroj, you are an incredible chef! Every meal you prepared was a masterpiece, and I truly enjoyed every bite. To Hamid, Lilian, and Nayna, your excellent service and warm smiles made every moment at the resort more enjoyable. You made me feel like family. A special thank you to Samma, who always greeted me with such sweetness and warmth—it truly brightened my day. Anjaly, your kindness and willingness to accommodate my halal requests meant the world to me. Thank you for making my stay even more comfortable. Ansari, your helpfulness and positive attitude made a huge difference in my experience. Charuna, the brilliant chef, deserves a huge thank you for preparing the three fish I caught exactly as I requested, with the perfect sauces. Your culinary skills and warm personality were truly outstanding. The diving team, including Shanim, the experienced instructor abdussamad, and the friendly team member at the front desk, were fantastic. Your professionalism and friendliness made the diving experience smooth, fun, and memorable. Shanim was a good friend and samad was like a fatherly figure to us. Each member of the team here at Cinnamon Hakura Hura Resort has left a lasting impact on me, and I will always remember the wonderful people who made my stay so extraordinary. The care and attention you all put into making my visit memorable has made this a trip I will cherish forever. We have just returned from our Honeymoon. We had the most amazing holiday. The rooms over the water are stunning. Being able to Snorkel at any time was lovely. We enjoyed all the boat trips, seeing Dolphins and Sharks. Thankyou to all the staff who made our trip extra special.
