GGuest UserWe had a wonderful trip with Capella Cruise from start to finish! Organised pick up and drop off from our hotel in old quarter via email before arriving (easy process) and drivers were great! Got to the port and got welcome drinks, then our cruise manager (Tom ”cruise” manager) gave us our keys and explained everything we needed to know for our stay plus our itinerary for the day on the tender boat as we made our way to the cruise! He was a wonderful manager the whole trip! our room was beautiful with ”corner” views of the bay and our own terrace balcony! we only stayed for one night and we think that's enough - we had buffet lunch after we arrived, and then it was time for water activities (pool, water slide, or kayaking), after relaxing abit it was time to enjoy the sunset with happy hour! the views from the top deck were amazing! we went to the spring roll cooking class before dinner and it was lots of fun! dinner time was set dinner - this was perhaps the only thing we thought could be different - dinner was western style, would have been better if it was Vietnamese cuisine! after dinner there were a number of activities you can do - we tried squid fishing (gave up quickly haha) then a group of us that all just met at the pool went to play poker - that was a lot of fun with the crew ******! next morning was an early start to visit the darken caves, sad we didn't get to see the monkeys, after that it was time for buffet lunch before going back to the port! all the crew were so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay at the cruise! We would recommend just one night stay, second day would have been abit boring with repetitive things to do/eat!

MMolly22The place was great. The morning breakfast had a lot of variety but not too much western food. The restaurants they had were great and the quality of food was great. The speedboats going to and from the islands are always operating which is very convenient. The only downside would be the spa, we booked a 3 hour package and it was not that great. They were not very well trained. And the bedroom we had seemed to have bedbugs. They offered for us to go see the clinic they had on site but we didn’t have enough time. It was a good experience. Wouldn’t stay again though. But the pools were beautiful and the little private beach made it worth it.

GGuest UserWe had a marvellous stay. The reception is so efficient and helpful. Jenny and Joycee l are like families who helped us for transport and messages. The hotel also sent a cake to celebrate my birthday. The swimming pool, and bar on the 25th floor are good and the boys at the door are very prompt and hard working. The room services are priced reasonably and the hotel has a very good spa where you can find the best massage lady.

Важно: если вы приезжаете к пирсу на своей машине, то имейте ввиду, что местные с вас могут запросить необоснованную плату, причем парковки не обозначены, в целом весь полуостров с пирсами - это заброшенный пустырь с не достроенными домами, в которых местные паркуют свои байки и занимаются торговлей. С нас попросили 200 тыс. донгов за сутки, когда мы вернулись с круиза, перекрыли байками дорогу , мы спорили 20 минут и в итоге не заплатили.
Но это не имеет отношения к круизу, все понравились , команда молодцы, еда вкусная, расписание занятий на лодке вполне неспешное , за день отдохнули !!!

CChin Chun HsiaoI participated in this three-day, two-night trip alone with my two children. Before the trip, the online service staff informed me that it was suitable for children and assured me that I could enjoy the journey.
The communication and transfers from Hanoi to the cruise ship were excellent! We arrived in Hanoi at 07:00, but were exhausted and rested in a cafe. Even though we changed our pick-up location on the same day, the luxurious shuttle bus still safely transported us to the pier.
During the trip, I am very grateful to all the staff on the Le Journey Luxury Cruise, especially Mark, who took care of us for three days and two nights, and Owen, who took us to Viet Hai Village on the second day. They were thoughtful and provided us with a sense of adventure while ensuring our complete safety. I loved the Lan Ha Bay itinerary, including cycling through the fields, experiencing the amazing fish foot massage, kayaking freely in Lan Ha Bay to explore caves, and walking on the fine sand of the mysterious white beach. Thank you!
The cruise room was spacious, comfortable, and fragrant! We could fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The sailing was comfortable, and I loved the cruise route selection, which allowed us to get closer to the beautiful scenery and escape the hustle and bustle.
The food on the cruise was also excellent! Whether it was the buffet at lunch, the set menu at dinner, or the set menu at Viet Hai Village, everything was delightful and full of surprises!
I highly recommend the Le Journey Luxury Cruise three-day, two-night itinerary for families with children. The activities, such as cycling in Viet Hai Village and the fish massage, made it an unforgettable adventure for the kids!
