We loved this hotel and it was right across the road from the beach. Breakfast buffet had a huge variety of tasty food, amazing swimming pools and on my birthday they brought me a nice cake. They also decorated my room with happy birthday free of charge. Lovely place

Mình đã có trải nghiệm lưu trú tại The Yacht Hạ Long rất đáng nhớ và hài lòng. Thiết kế ấn tượng, nhiều khu vực chụp ảnh tại khách sạn được trang trí rất xinh. Mình đã ở nhiều khách sạn tại Hạ Long nhưng đây là khách sạn mình ưng nhất. Bữa sáng ở nhà hàng tầng M rất phong phú, đa dạng. Món phở và cà phê rất ngon. Set trà chiều được chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng, các món bánh trang trí rất đẹp và thời thượng. Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, nhiệt tình, chu đáo hỗ trợ khách. Nhà mình có bạn nhỏ đi cùng được các bạn nhân viên rất quan tâm. Gia đình mình đều rất hài lòng và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào các dịp nghỉ sắp tới.

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

The hotel is new and clean, stuff is very friendly and professional. Everything was very good during our stay.
The only unpleasant thing is construction right under windows of sea view rooms. It started at 7 am and was really loud. However, it is definitely not hotel’s fault, and moreover, the stuff provided us another room twice: one on the higher floor and another on the other side of the building, where the sound of construction is almost zero. We really appreciate that!
As for location - you will need to use taxi to get to city centre, restaurant and cruise ports, but that’s ok, if you have Grab/Bolt. The prices between VND 45,000 and VND 140,000 depending on distance.
N.B. We’ve visited Halong at very low season, so c. 60% of bars/ restaurants were closed and the rest were empty (except for couple of European).

Mình có nghỉ tại khách sạn để trải nghiệm dịch vụ 4 sao nhưng mình thấy chưa phù hợp với chữ 4 sao. Hành lang khách sạn không bật điều hòa rất nóng và bí, thang máy bé nóng và bí. Mình hi vọng ở khách sạn 4 sao để buffet sẽ có nhiều lựa chọn hơn nhưng mình cảm thấy rất buồn khi đồ ăn ít lựa chọn, đồ nguội và không ngon

The hotel is brand new and very clean. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The area is still under construction. This (at the moment) results in a less beautiful view/environment. But I am convinced that it will be beautiful within a year. The hotel location is quite far from the city center and shopping malls. A car or taxi is needed. Or you can get bicycles at the hotel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Special note to Tracy, she has served us several times with very personalized service. Couldn't be better! The 3 restaurants in the hotel are highly recommended. We stayed 6 days in an apartment in this hotel.

We had an amazing time on the Dora cruise. The boat is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Shower and balcony were both large for a boat. From the moment you are picked up to the moment you are dropped back, the staff make the trip effortless. We cannot thank Tom enough for his great hospitality and for taking us to Capa island on our second day. 3 days and 2 nights is much better than the 1 night option as you get a boat trip and island bike ride on the second day which is phenomenal and a highlight of the trip. The staff go above and beyond and have exceptional customer service skills. Thank you to Dora cruise for making our visit to Halong Bay an unforgettable experience.

I recently had the pleasure of sailing through Ha Long Bay with Dora Cruise as Doria Cruise not able to complete it time, but the company helped to transferred and provide some discount and it was an unforgettable experience!
The Dora cruise ship was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They transferred us to the Executive Suite, with its spacious luxury and stunning views of the emerald waters.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They beautifully decorating our suite with flowers for my birthday, making it feel like a real celebration.
And if that wasn't enough, they even surprised me by also presented me with a delicious birthday cake during dinner, complete with candles and singing! It was such a lovely touch and made my birthday truly special.
The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all dietary needs. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of activities (kayaking, swimming, visiting caves) and relaxation time. Ha Long Bay's breathtaking scenery left us in awe.
Overall, I highly recommend Dora Cruise for an exceptional Ha Long Bay experience! Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to making every guest feel special are truly exceptional.

I stayed with my parents at @flc.hotelsandresorts in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam and here’s my feedback ⬇️ 👉 Truly a luxurious stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a really nice view of the golf course and part of Ha Long Bay. 👉 You have to visit the Sky Bar on 21st floor & Bamboo Restaurant. they both are top notch! .👉 Swimming pool was great but we didn’t use due to cold weather but they have indoor temperature controlled swimming pool as well which was equally wonderful 👉 Hotel staff left no stone unturned to make our stay memorable. 👉Only few staff speak English but that won’t be any issue 👉 Overall, if you planning with your parents/family, you should Consider this one..

- the itinerary is not the best, it doesn't stop at the major atractions in Halong Bay (the nig cave, the viewpoint). The boat is stoped almost all the time.
- drinks at the bar are not good, we had to send back cocktails sometimes unfortunstely. Staff is so so nice that it feels hard to complain, but the drinks were impossible to drink.
- transfer to the boat was a big mess, people fighting because there were not enough seats, my seat didn't have a seatbelt.
In general its a good experience if this is your first cruise to Halong Bay, if it's not you will not be impressed.
It is not a luxury concept, so that might disappoing when you see such a beautiful ship.

PPengguna TetamuI came Ha Long for 3 night and stay in DeLaSea hotel. I think that was good choice. Receptionist was nice and professional, they gave us some good tip for visit in Ha Long. Breakfast was really good with varieaty food. They have swimming pool in-house also with nice view. I had the best memories in Ha Long. Make sure will come back

Встретили очень приветливо, персонал дружелюбный, помогает во всем, разговаривает на английском. В номере чисто, комфортно, есть все необходимое. На крыше есть небольшой бассейн, там же можно заказать кофе, соки, приятно провести время. Завтрак вкусный)

DDB0690Excellent value for the money. The location is walking distance to some decent restaurants, Vincom mall, and Bai Tho Mountain. It is a 25-30 min taxi ride to Ha Long Bay. It is also a bit further off from some of the more touristy areas in the Bai Chay area, but there is no issue finding a taxi if you have an interest in wandering over to that area. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean enough. The only issue I had was the walls were a bit thin. I could clearly hear every step my upstairs neighbor took. However, I would choose to stay here again as it is very budget friendly while still providing a clean spot to rest.

은은빛겨울출장겸 여행을 왔는데, 복잡한 호텔보다는 한적한 빌라여서 너무 좋았습니다.
다음에도 로얄 하롱을 예약한다면 꼭 빌라를 추천드리고 싶어요.
다만, 1층이라 창문 밖을 볼 수 없고, 쉽게 창문을 열어놓을 수 없어서 조금은 아쉬웠습니다.
하지만 다른 모든 부분은 만족합니다.

SShirley Chong Choon LangMy family enjoyed ourselves very much on Rita Cruise which we were switched from Alisa cruise on Ha Long Bay due to unforeseen circumstances. We were promptly informed by Mr Tony Pham, C.O.O. of the company. Transportation from hotel till check-in was smooth. Mr Alex and Mr Happy on Rita cruise made sure all guests were taken care of during the cruise. Food was plenty and well prepared. Activities were reasonable and varied. Kayaking and caves viewing in a boat were enjoyed by all. I had an experience in cooking class on board. My hubby and daughter had fun in squid fishing. The presidential suite we stayed in was amazing. I enjoyed the jacuzzi,massage chair and having fun at the mini golf on the balcony. It was a memorable and unforgettable trip for us. Thank you to Mr Tony for the souvenirs and for constantly checking to make sure we are fine. The gesture is very much appreciated. Check out these cruises if ever in Hanoi.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI went on the cruise with my two sons, and we had a fantastic time. This was definitely the highlight of our entire Vietnam trip! The views were like heaven on earth, and being surrounded by karst islands from the ship felt truly magical.
Our room was spacious, and we made full use of the jacuzzi and balcony, soaking in the stunning scenery. While there were only a few activities, they were perfect for someone like me in my 60s or for those who prefer a more relaxing cruise experience. We still got to enjoy a bamboo boat ride, explore the Dark and Bright Cave, take part in a cooking class, fishing village tour, and try squid fishing
The food was excellent, and the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Thank you for making our Vietnam trip so memorable!

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in a 2BR apartment, which was cosy, but adequate for our family of four. Having 2 bathrooms was great, and the A/C was lovely and cool. The kitchen only had 4 glasses, 2 coffee cups, some tea/coffee, a kettle and a fridge, so not setup for any sort of self-catering. Rooftop pool was well utilised by our family during the limited opening hours (closed during the middle of the day). Gym was well equipped but warm with no A/C or fans. We didn’t use the indoor pool, although it looked nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast - mix between set menu and buffet, depending on the day. The staff were excellent. In the restaurant, Rosie was always helpful and happily shared ideas for planning our days. The hotel reception staff - in particular Ms. Nga and Ms. Thu, helped plan several activities, including booking massages, taxis, Ha Long Bay tour and airport transfer on arrival, and transfer to Hanoi on our behalf. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

AAlan WarburtonStayed here for 3 nights,nice spacious clean rooms. Bathroom products where good quality and smelled really nice. Don't recommended sea facing rooms due to noise and light from a large night club on the beach. Close to a few places to eat and walking distance to the wharf where to boat trios go from and more restaurants.
