We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

Great location for the Halong Bay tour as the port is right across the street. But the food options near the hotel are limited. We had to take a Grab across the bridge to the other side of town for more better food options. Nice friendly staff and the room was clean and descent for the price range.

We liked room, it's very huge & nice, bathroom and balkony also big & fine, wifi very fine, TV fine except DW (just frozen pict), nice swimming pools, great view, very fine breakfast buffet - perfect! Many elevators, no waiting time; check-in and check-out was fine; hotel was not crowded, enough space for everyone; easy to get a taxi. The view from our room in 18t floor was great. We like to come back to this hotel. The value for money is very good!

겨울이라 사람들이 거의 없었고 춥지 않아 걸어서 왠만한 장소를 다닐 수 있었네요. 단 여름에는 걷기 애매한 거리에 번화가와의 거리라 단점이 될 수 있겠네요. 조용한 환경에 숙박만 원하신디면 좋은 선택입니다. 단 직원들이 중국어에 특화되어 있고 프런트 말고는 간단한 영어도 소통이 힘들었습니다. 작은 ***도 있어서 소액으로 잠시 즐기기 좋았습니다.

Very good breakfast and the rooms were spacious. Good value for money

Het was uitzonderlijk stil in het hotel dat duidelijk ingesteld is op veel bezoekers. Waarschijnlijk zijn ze daar dan ook goed op voorbereid maar bij minder drukte weten ze niet hoe ze er mee om moeten gaan. Het restaurant waar men wel mee adverteert was twee van de drie dagen gewoon gesloten voor eigen gasten. De t****e avond heeft men ons wel keurig per golfkar naar een restaurant gebracht. De kamer was ruim en goed onderhouden. De IT specialist heeft voor ons zelfs het kanaal K+ sport geïnstalleerd zodat we naar de formule 1 race konden kijken op zondagmiddag. De derde dag was er geen beloofd ontbijtbuffet maar dat werd redelijk goed gecompenseerd door service aan de tafel. Kortom, een verblijf met plussen en minnen maar de intentie van het hotel is goed. Nogmaals, bij drukte al het waarschijnlijk veel beter verlopen. Een ander minpuntje is dat het personeel, ook aan de receptie, nauwelijks Engels praat. Bij een hotel met een degelijke internationaal karakter zou dat niet moeten mogen.
