The hotel is placed on the opposite side to most amenities in Ha long bay. That said it’s a beautiful get away and excellent value for money. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants along the ***** and the hotel provides good value food and drinks. The two pools are excellent for relaxing after a busy day site seeing. The hotel staff are great and will help with most things. Overall a fantastic short stay. If you come here make sure you have the grab app as it’s the cheapest and easiest way to get from one side of the bay to another.
Last but no means least do pay extra for a bay view it’s well worth it!!!

Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice, leafy area but still very close to the centre of Ha Long.
The hot water in the shower did not work. Otherwise this was a great stay.

Four season in-door pool with warm water well-served your fitness during all year. Continental breakfast or buffet breakfast are available at the property. The hotel is within less than 1 km of Vincom Plaza Ha Long, Ha Long sea food market, Bai Tho mountain; Quang Ninh Museum is 1.8 km from the aparthotel, while Ha Long Queen Cable Car is 3.4 km away. The nearest airport is Cat Bi International Airport, 40 km from Ramada Hotel & Suites Halong Bay. Branch: Ramada, Wyndham Group.

Although classified as a 4-star luxury hotel, no concierge service was available and we had to transfer our luggage ourselves to the room. Only two front desk staff members were there, who did everything. There was no travel agent to provide travel or cruise information or services in Halong Bay.
The breakfast spread was limited to selecting from the 2-3 options a day in advance, which was not a 4-star menu.
The room provided was a two-room suite with an attached kitchenette, which had a cooking stove, but no cooking utensils or even plates for serving. Even a basic necessity like a microwave to heat food was lacking. There was no hot water facility for washing utensils.
The air conditioning was not centralized, but independent units in each room. The bedroom size was very small, with barely any space to open the wardrobes.
Overall the two-day stay experience was not as comfortable and luxurious as one would expect in a 4-star accommodation.
There was no rooftop swimming pool or bar and in fact, we were told that there is nothing much to explore on the higher floors. Our accommodation was provided on the 14th floor.

The hotel service is outstanding. The front desk helped us to buy diapers for our baby, and it is within walking distance from the international cruise port. The breakfast is amazing, and our room was comfortable. While there could be some improvements, the overall quality is good.

The Arcady Boutique Cruise lives up to its name for the most part. The service is exceptional, the rooms comfortable and the locations around Ha Long Bay are as good as they look in the pictures. Our visit was a winter visit and thus no swimming for us. The views from the boat, the short walks into caves, the viewing platforms and the kayaking opportunities made up for the cooler temperatures. Meals were mostly excellent (breakfast was so/so) and we were definitely not left hungry! The cocktail menu is vast and the prices are cheap (they even have happy hour). Definitely one for the bucket list!

位置：位置很好，酒店對面就是太陽世界和雙層觀光巴士。以及海鮮小吃夜排檔一條街，非常便利。酒店樓下還有蜜雪冰城。

和家人一起定了4間豪華海景房，和一間家庭房。豪華海景房是這種帶陽台的。其中有一間不是正對海景的（2105），再去訂的可以注意一下如果拿到XX05可以問問能不能換。
家庭房沒有拍視頻，但是和攜程圖上給的差不多。大床房沒有窗。我們拿到的房間是朝東的。可以拍到日出（照片）

SSue168I was there for 3 days. In General service is good. Staff is nice. Room is really big and clean. noise canceling is excellent. I can’t hear anything even the hotel located near a bar.
Minus: bathtub not really clean. Breakfast is not suitable with Asian.

HHarriet MayA beautiful hotel with absolutely stunning views of Halong Bay. We were in a twin room on the 12th floor which was quiet at night, with an incredible view of the bay and overlooking the pool - possibly the best view I’ve ever had. The service was great and the staff all very polite, friendly and helpful. There is good variety in the restaurants and prices are reasonable for what you receive. We also took full advantage of the grand spa, which offers a full range of treatments at a reasonable price. The spa staff could possibly have been a touch more professional (there was giggling which wasn’t totally appreciated) and the reflexology was much more of a leg massage, however we still enjoyed our treatments and for the price versus time of treatments we were happy. Location of the hotel is beautiful and away from the busy hustle and bustle of the city, though this means taxis are necessary in order to get anywhere. Hotel staff are very happy to help you organise these taxis though which made things very accessible. Overall a lovely stay and I would certainly stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is new and clean, stuff is very friendly and professional. Everything was very good during our stay.
The only unpleasant thing is construction right under windows of sea view rooms. It started at 7 am and was really loud. However, it is definitely not hotel’s fault, and moreover, the stuff provided us another room twice: one on the higher floor and another on the other side of the building, where the sound of construction is almost zero. We really appreciate that!
As for location - you will need to use taxi to get to city centre, restaurant and cruise ports, but that’s ok, if you have Grab/Bolt. The prices between VND 45,000 and VND 140,000 depending on distance.
N.B. We’ve visited Halong at very low season, so c. 60% of bars/ restaurants were closed and the rest were empty (except for couple of European).

GGodUsoppOur stay was wonderful, the hotel manager and service desk were so helpful, they made our short stay so good! The rooms were real clean and nice, the view from our window was lovely. I can’t thank Mr Harry from the front desk and the hotel Manager Miss Parleen enough for the help and service they provided, it’s the best service I’ve received from a hotel in Vietnam and is more than enough for me to return and stay there once again.
The outdoor pool and breakfast service was also amazing, it was a great start to our day!! 100% recommended!!

단 직원들이 중국어에 특화되어 있고 프런트 말고는 간단한 영어도 소통이 힘들었습니다.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI went on the cruise with my two sons, and we had a fantastic time. This was definitely the highlight of our entire Vietnam trip! The views were like heaven on earth, and being surrounded by karst islands from the ship felt truly magical.
Our room was spacious, and we made full use of the jacuzzi and balcony, soaking in the stunning scenery. While there were only a few activities, they were perfect for someone like me in my 60s or for those who prefer a more relaxing cruise experience. We still got to enjoy a bamboo boat ride, explore the Dark and Bright Cave, take part in a cooking class, fishing village tour, and try squid fishing
The food was excellent, and the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Thank you for making our Vietnam trip so memorable!

1. The room is extremely spacious. I would say that 3 people moving around would be no problem at all. The bed is also large.
2. The amenities are superb, I got all I need and some of those are eco-friendly items.
3. Not only the bedroom, the bathroom is spacious too. Wow!
4. The staffs are humble and understanding. At first I requested a late checkout until 12.30, yet I changed it to 13.00 because I just got back from my friend’s wedding. Furthermore, they always helping me order Main Linh taxi.
5. Squeaky clean!!! I love clean property!!!
Unfortunately, there is no bidet. Indonesians use bidet daily. There is no option a of Halal food, yet it is okay, that is just common in Vietnam. Overall, my experience was impressive to the point I even take photos for the purpose of reviewing how good this hotel was.

YYee11I recently had the pleasure of sailing through Ha Long Bay with Dora Cruise as Doria Cruise not able to complete it time, but the company helped to transferred and provide some discount and it was an unforgettable experience!
The Dora cruise ship was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They transferred us to the Executive Suite, with its spacious luxury and stunning views of the emerald waters.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They beautifully decorating our suite with flowers for my birthday, making it feel like a real celebration.
And if that wasn't enough, they even surprised me by also presented me with a delicious birthday cake during dinner, complete with candles and singing! It was such a lovely touch and made my birthday truly special.
The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all dietary needs. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of activities (kayaking, swimming, visiting caves) and relaxation time. Ha Long Bay's breathtaking scenery left us in awe.
Overall, I highly recommend Dora Cruise for an exceptional Ha Long Bay experience! Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to making every guest feel special are truly exceptional.
