Ulasan Vincent Halong Hotel

Great location for the Halong Bay tour as the port is right across the street. But the food options near the hotel are limited. We had to take a Grab across the bridge to the other side of town for more better food options. Nice friendly staff and the room was clean and descent for the price range.

The hotel is located in the northern stretch of Halong city. It is very close to Sunworld Halong and just 100 m walk to the international cruise port of Hanoi. We chose this hotel just to access the international cruise port from where we boarded the cruise for BaiTu Long bay. We booked through Agoda and were given a decent room with comfortable beds and a couch. The hotel is very nicely decorated. The view from the window is beautiful overlooking the ferry terminal. The buffet breakfast spread was elaborate with both continental and local cuisine. Also one has the option to choose from the series of eateries lined along the main road. This is a smart choice for a short stay in Halong

The best part was the staff, so very friendly and helpful. The breakfast omelettes were great, with a view of the harbor. The room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. Highly recommend, especially for the money.

Central location, walking distance to major attraction.

At our arrival we were met by a reception area crowded with very noisy and boisterous Vietnamese guests. Whilst the hotel staff was apologetic to us, they did not consider it necessary to do something about it. My impression was that they did not have it in them to tell the other guests to tone it down. We were given a good-size room on the 6th floor, with which we were pretty happy and had no issue. However, other guest on the same floor, failed again keeping the noise down, so that we were woken up early by those going on day trips. A breakfast buffet was served until 9 am on the 7th floor. To avoid the crowd, we were advised to have our breakfast after 8 am. Unfortunately by then not only the crowd had gone, but most of the food too. Most disappointingly, the staff were not proactive enough to check on the food until we asked them to top up the buffet with food, coffee, juice, milk etc. When asked about our experiece at the hotel, we provided sincere, constructive feedback, making it clear that we felt let down. All in all we consider the hotel to offer good accommodation with decent facilities. If we are asked to recommend it to foreign guests, however, based on our experience, we would probably tend not to do so.

We enjoyed our short stay in this hotel. Staff was very nice specially Front Office Receptionist who made our stay comfortable and chef who prepared vegetarian food specially veg. curry for us. Location is prime, hotel is clean, beautiful and well maintained. we shall book this hotel again and will recommend to our friends too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vincent, when we checked in we got a free upgrade for our room. They were so helpful and kind at the reception, even helped us out with our laundry. Wi-Fi was working great, breakfast was good (one day we had full range buffet, the other day they took orders in advance and the last day it was a slightly smaller buffet). Very nice view from the room and hotel is close to many restaurants. Would recommend!

The staff upgraded us to a room with a view and were very helpful and friendly for our time in Halong :)

It is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, the staff is helpful. We left the phone charger, they returned it just before our bus to Hà nội arrived. We will recommend our friends to this hotel

We got the family suites. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of Ha Long Bay. The restaurant next door, Hong Hanh 3 was outstanding.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. Initially the room had a bit of a musty smell but the staff quickly remade the room and the smell was gone. The staff was very friendly. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.
