The holiday inn was beautiful and the room is spacious and had everything you need for a trip away. I stayed for 3 days but came at a bad time as majority of things are closed on Sunday and Monday, but the bar had many drinks and food selection if you like to sit and have a relaxing time. I would definitely come here again as it’s in a good location and not too far from the airport. The staff were lovely and welcoming and very helpful to any questions I had. The cleanliness of the room was amazing and comfortable.

One of the best stays in Hamburg. Great service, they upgraded my room to executive room due to unavailability of the room I booked. Free Parking available and easily accessible.

Great hotel to stay at, particularly if you are by car. Street parking is free and by car you are within less than 10 minutes in the city centre. Quite, clean and modern hotel, would recommend!

Nice Hotel. Great Location and super new and clean. Only the train station is a bit confusing because its under construction.

We stayed a week while visiting our son. Breakfast was good to excellent. Staff serving very good. The bar /restaurant at the hotel was good. Prices were similar to outside. The room furnishings were ok/budget quality. No drawers for clothes. The bed was comfortable. Convenient to Berliner Tor subway station (8-10 minute walk). During our stay there was road construction all around which made access from the subway a little challenging. I would stay again. Budget hotel at a convenient location for us.

Good value for the money considering the location. The room is clean and nice. If covers the requirements (clean, comfortable, acceptable location) of a hotel. I'd definitely do it again.

Hotel is close to the airport and city centre. You can easily access all attractions from there. The breakfast’s variety and taste was surprisingly good. I fully recommend you to stay there. The only thing is hotel does not provide any toothbrush and paste etc. don’t think you will have when you arrive
