I spent a short weekend break at this property, where I had reserved also a room for a relative who was travelling with me in this occasion. Everything at the hotel exceeded my expectations: My room (538) was ample, well appointed (I especially appreciated the high-quality bedding and the availability of a bathrobe) and spotlessly clean. My ”Platinum” status as Accor group frequent customer was acknowledged with a kind note by the hotel manager and a small gift in the room. But what made my stay perfect was the very positive attitude of the staff. I should especially commend front desk agent Neehal (hope I got the spelling right...). Due to the closure of the Hamburg airport, my return flight was cancelled, and she really went out of her way to help me find alternative arrangements to come back home safely and without delays. Her uncommon dedication and her genuine attention to the wellbeing of the guests really touched me and will stay in my memory for a long time. . But also the other hotel staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful (some useful advice was provided by Mariia). So full marks to this excellent hotel and its wonderful staff! Shall come back.

Interessante ,saubere Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung.Super Frühstücksbuffet,toller Service in allen Bereichen.Parkgebühren mit 26€/Nacht etwas teuer.Das Bistro sollte früher als 15.00 Uhr öffnen,was fehlt ist eine Raucherlounge.

First of all, I was surprised that it for free for my 13 year-old-son. It is not in the city center and not close to the metro, but there is an express bus number X3 and another one is just 3 that can take you right to the center in 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel is great, breakfast is great. The staff was so nice and helpful. The hotel and the room are so clean. Everything looks so new. The pillows were too soft but we found another one in the drawer. We stayed only two nights but there was nothing we could complain about. Hamburg is a beautiful city, too. The weather was sunny for 3 days and maybe that is a reason we simply loved everything about the trip. Would definitely come to this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Pros Good location and only 5 min walk from the nearest train station (keep walking when you see the sign on the side of the building as the entrance is round the next corner). Got a deal for 2 double bed room for 3 adults including breakfast - booked direct as comparison sites only include 2 breakfasts. Buffet breakfasts had both cooked and continental style food. There was plenty and they serve English breakfast tea. Comfortable beds and decent bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Cons Air con was not great and barely made a difference. We were on the Große Bleichen side and with the windows open, we heard noisy speeding luxury cars and the refuse collectors that both woke me up. We kept the windows shut after this. I would ask for a room on a different side if we visit again. I can't comment on the restaurant as we ate out in the evening.

Wir haben sämtliche Einrichtungen des Hotels benutzt und besucht und hatten durchweg einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Abzüge beim Service gibt es für die fehlende Möglichkeit mit manchen Mitarbeitern zu sprechen weil diese weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprechen. Abzüge bei der Ausstattung gibt es von uns da das Hotel zwar einen Wellnessbereich hat, dieser aber im Vergleich zu Hotels gleicher Kategorie leider keinen Whirlpool/ richtige Sauna (die vorhandene ist für maximal 2 Personen)/ Dampfbad/ Ruheräume aufweisen kann. Ich hätte mich auch gefreut wenn der Herr am Front-Desk eine einfache Frage zur Geschichte des Hotels beantworten hätte können .

Arrived earlier than checking time however reception were extremely helpful and allocated our room immediately. The receptionist was great he was polite and had excellent customer service skills Our room was large and fitted with everything needed. It was clean and bright The hotel was slightly out of centre but easy to walk to We did not have breakfast as 56 euros for two we felt was expensive especially as we don’t eat that much normally Had one evening meal in the hotel and fancied hamburgers which weren’t on the menu but they did them for us and they were delicious. Really appreciated how they went out of their way to accommodate guests Would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay! The rooms are so warm and clean and the location is just perfect- literally across the road from the central train station! You can walk everywhere from the hotel or take the train anywhere in the city and direct train yo the airport only 30minutes! Would happily stay again ❤️

OK - es sind immer noch die Möbel, die ich noch aus der Zeit kannte, als es das Forum Hotel war. Und das ist schon sehr lange her. Aber im Herbst soll die Renovierung losgehen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Ich habe ein schönes Zimmer bekommen mit schönem Ausblick zur Stadt. Leider wird sehr viel gebaut, so dass man beim nächsten Mal vielleicht gar nicht mehr bis zur Elbe gucken kann. Schade. Dieses Mal gab es sogar einen Vorgang, der dicht war. Bis auf den Wasserdruck (15. Stock) der Dusche war alles in Ordnung. Aber das ist naturgegeben und damals kein Standard. Überrascht war ich beim Frühstück. Neben dem freundlichen Personal, das schnell abräumte, war das Angebot sehr vielseitig. Ich hatte nachgefragt: die Frikadellen schmeckten wie selbst gemacht (verbrannte Zwiebelstücke) und nicht nach Convenience. Aber man wollte sich nicht mit fremden Federn schmücken und meinten, dass es doch Convenience sei. Aber es war alles sehr gut. Ich werde wieder das Hotel mehr in meinen Fokus setzen, wenn ich wieder in Hamburg bin.
