Lovely room. Clean and tidy. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurants just downstairs and supermarket walking distance. Children’s playground across the road. Right on the river. Would stay there again.

Apartment was immaculate with great service staff ensuring that you feel warmly welcome.
Close to several cafes/restaurants and grocery stores with a great view.
Enjoyed walking along the pier in the evening.
Would highly recommend.

Great location helpful staff. Room was very clean all the appliances worked. 1 small issue was the dryer was very loud sounds like there’s something wrong with it or may not be mounted properly. Other than that it was a good experience and will definitely stay again

套間大舒服，設備齊全，環境太好了。我們早上7點多到，前台熱心讓我們去精緻的健身房（半户外）的更衣間洗漱。
住到了看大球場的那個方向，可惜房間和陽台的照片沒了

酒店舒適、乾淨，樓下就是商區，餐館、咖啡店非常方便，距離布里斯班河衹有不到200米，河岸有擺渡船站，河岸是私家遊艇泊位，環境非常棒。

Excellent hotel and location. The room was large with a kitchen, dining area, living room, bath with washer dryer and bedroom. We arrived from overseas and got to the hotel at 7:30 am. By 9:30 they had the room ready for us for an extremely early check in. Will for sure stay here again!

A good sized two bedroom unit. Clean and comfortable. Great facilities nearby as in cafes, restaurants and an IGA. Beds were very soft but comfortable. It is quite noisy as you can hear voices and doors closing in other rooms. It also under the flight path but isn’t unbearable. Polite staff. Easy parking but is not included in the room cost.

Great accommodations. Would highly recommend. Very clean, smelled amazing and had everything you needed in the unit and more. Grocery store and restaurants just down the street.

Firstly, many, many thanks to Bernadette. She was extremely welcoming, warm and friendly at reception when I first arrived. She was also very helpful and attentive when we had problems with our leaking fridge. She also allowed us to have a later checkout of 1.5 hours, which was also very helpful. A couple of disappointments were not receiving our 2nd room clean (we declined the first but were told we would get a second) and no email reply (as requested according to the manager's email) to my completing the 'how did we go checking in' email from the manager regarding the fridge and dryer (that also needed some attention). Overall, we like Alcyone and would stay again. Thanks.
