This hotels reviews are forced reviews by staff and friends unfortunately as you can see in the photos it’s hygiene is very poor I highly recommend you use another hotel unless there prices drastically come down to earth or they update hotel and hygiene and bring in more staff.
We were waiting from 3-3.45 to get checked in when it was finally our term someone pushed in and the staff started to serve the man from Tunisia when he had seen we were waiting for so long.
As an english couple coming from London we are shocked to have seen cockroaches in the hallway outside our room. As per photos
We found hair all over room as per photos
Also the room key didn’t work many times and the staff thought it’s funny we bothered ourselves 9 times to walk from our room to reception.

My family enjoyed the stay in the hotel. I highly recommend to
Ottima location, servizi perfetti, personale efficiente.Unica pecca all’arrivo in Hotel, malgrado avessimo già pagato tutto in anticipo, l’addetta alla reception ha preteso nuovamente la carta di credito per un secondo pagamento. Malgrado le mie spiegazioni, non hanno voluto sentire ragioni. Al nostro ritorno in Hotel si sono scusati ed hanno annullato la seconda operazione. Tutto ok, anche se penso che in un Hotel come il Radisson questi inconvenienti andrebbero evitati.

Bouteille d’eau à 5 dinard, service plus que glacial, très étonné de l’aspect humain pourtant l’un des points forts de Radisson.
