沒來過蕭山區，酒店地段很好，距離杭州南站2。5公里，導航金家橋公交站距離255米就有共享單車，很好騎，1小時1元，這段時間旅行往城區跑，吃飯選擇多，各種交通方便，酒店很乾凈，我本身就愛乾淨，13號禮拜六16點113元搶到這價位又是在城區，還有免費的洗衣機，不經意的看到阿姨有在換床單，服務就如評論説的很好。14號下午騎行到距離酒店最近的地鐵跑富陽受降站再騎行到富陽恩波廣場，再騎行到公望街地鐵6號線跑拱宸橋，87年的我從小就是個中式控，中式江南去不膩。可以把洗髮露換成1小包的嗎？

出差住的，就在南站旁邊，性價比高。最初不小心訂錯了，第一晚是最便宜的大床房，第二晚是貴一點大一點的商務大床房, 但不知道他們有沒有安排錯，這兩個房型，我還覺得大床房的窗更大一點，空間也好像也是大床房大點。所以推薦大家還是訂便宜的大床房就好了，沒必要選商務大床房。

很喜歡這裏的環境，體驗感非常棒，推薦大家過來體驗一下。我在這裏住了大概有一個多月了，環境設備都挺齊全的，衞生間都是獨立的。床鋪也很舒服，床很軟，我住的是4人間無窗的，相對來説安靜一點，室友們的素質也挺高，大家相處的很愉快也很方便，距離火車南站很近，衹有一站的地鐵，離地鐵口也衹有幾百米前台小姐姐的服務也很熱情，回答問題很及時，阿姨衞生打掃的也很乾凈，犄角旮旯都挺好的一個人出來旅遊或者是一個人出來工作，這裡是不錯的選擇，價格很實惠，性價比很高

Overall the experience was wonderful - living in the RV caravan at the edge of the lake, awakening to birds singing in the trees, even in winter and really becoming one with nature. The staff are very friendly and helpful and plan many extra activities like arts, crafts a games on the lawn. What was a real disappointment was the price of the food - it's really expensive. It tasted very good but taste alone does not justify the prices. We will go again, particularly in summer and autumn, but will need to budget for the food costs.

Room was nice and spacious, general hygiene of the rooms are decent. Only downside wades that our room was very strong smell of smoke, something we noticed about the building in general. If that doesn't affect you then I would recommend due it's value and location

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

PPengguna TetamuLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程（Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. PS , I cannot upload my videos of the boat trip inside the hotel's lake because the file is too big :'(

JJoeypak酒店環境雅緻，別具風格，充分享受到西湖的天然氧吧。小朋友們愛極了這裏的房間，玩到不願意出門，空調給力，製冷效果很好。入住前管家小林及時溝通限行提示和停車問題，沒有後顧之優。尤其我們退房後，遊西湖遇到特大暴雨，半小時步行全員淋濕，狼狽回酒店，管家竟然貼心幫我們重新開了間房洗漱休息，感動着值拉滿！這就是真正以人為本的服務吧！夜宵還送了新鮮的玉米汁和眼罩等暖心小物件，住店餐廳用餐也可以優惠，我們吃了好兩餐，味道不錯！位置沒得説，但還能有那麼多停車位，是西湖邊稀缺資源無疑了，距離西湖和靈隱寺都可以步行到達！

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport. There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance. It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room. The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee. The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service. The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request. 酒店位置便利，步行6-10分钟可到最近的地铁站，16-20分钟车程可到萧山机场。小吃店、餐馆、便利店、超市和药店都是在步行距离内。酒店设施齐全，设有餐厅（只提供早餐）、自助洗衣房和健身房。我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

LljjjRoom: The room is quite okay, not too small but not too big. We can open two 24-inch suitcases in the room. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning is the central type. You can adjust the fan, but the temperature doesn't seem adjustable. At first, we had to wait quite a long time to feel the cold air. Amenities: Every day, they refill two bottles of mineral water for us. They also provide new slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo daily. Towels can also be changed every day. There are about 4-5 sockets in the room. The sockets are designed for international use, so you can use them without a universal adapter. We found out on the day we checked out that the drinks inside the fridge were free of charge (there was a sticker on the fridge stating this), but it was too late for us to enjoy them. You should check this before consuming any items. Shower and toilet: The toilet and bathing area are separated. The water pressure is strong, but there is only one hook inside the shower room, and it is quite high up (which might not be convenient if you want to bring your clothes inside to change). The toilet is a smart toilet with different functions like auto flush. However, the doors for the toilet and bathing area are semi-transparent (you can see inside, though not clearly). If you are staying with someone you are not familiar with, it might be awkward. Refer to the attached pictures for the toilet and shower area. Between the toilet and shower, they also use the same semi-transparent glass. Please take note if you are concerned about this issue. Breakfast: The room we booked included breakfast. The breakfast options are quite varied, from Asian to Western styles. However, there is a peak period during the morning breakfast hours when you might not find seats. Check with the reception about the breakfast peak period so you can avoid it and enjoy your breakfast. Transport: Although the metro seems quite near, it still takes about 15 minutes to walk to the hotel (we're not sure if we took the wrong exit or if there is a better option). Laundry: They offer a free laundry service. You can use the washing machines and dryers for free. There are three washing machines and three dryers. WiFi: They provide free WiFi, but if you don't have a local (China) phone number, you won't be able to connect to it. However, you can get help from the reception; they can assist you in connecting to the WiFi.

At first this dormitory hotel gave a good impression: its hv many toilets and bathroom, all in quite clean condition, because always have standby cleaning service on shift. But at my last day stay, i don’t know what happen, the aircon in my room not cool at all, even i’d report through hotel’s wechat account, Their amneties is perfect: many hairdryer in bathroom, don’t forget to bring your own bath slippers when staying here. There provide coin washing machine, and there are infuse water, hot/cold water, microwave and refrigerator in the lounge. The only thing that bother me is the carpet inside the lift to hotel is very dirty, but maybe it’s because they share lift with Xintian art&craft garden building.

MMG LeeThis hotel won our hearts by its close proximity to the railway station/subway and the hotel good customer service. We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. XXishuianbian優點：地理位置是真方便，距離南宋宮遺址博物館和河坊街很近；入住期間剛好趕上清明節前，價位合理，性價比很高；萬科金色成品整棟都是公寓，一樓大廳隨時有保安，感覺安全係數很高；附近有便利店水果店和順豐快遞的小中轉點，公寓樓裏是可以送外賣和快遞的；有個小廚房可電磁爐做點飯還有冰箱可放需要冷藏或冷凍的食品；周圍公交地鐵共享單車打車都很方便。房主回覆及時，友善耐心，期間房間內wifi需要修理，房主也積極幫我們聯繫師傅上門維修；大晚上十點多還回復我如何使用投影儀，很感謝🙏 缺點：毛巾不乾淨，衞生間洗髮露不知道是什麼東東，用的時候頭髮粘在一起很難梳開，這在現在的民宿和酒店裡比較少見。麻煩的是熱水供應不足，熱水基本二十幾分鍾就差不多了，再用需要等上一陣子。衞生間門是瓢的，關不上。總之，除了衞生間需要睜一眼閉一眼之外，其他都還蠻好的，主打性價比高且實用。
