Great customer service attitude from the front desk and house keeping staff. Special mention to Miss 袁巧花 of the house keeping team for being proactive in assisting our needs. That is why I took a picture of her name tag so I can mention her here in this review Location: Great 👍! Walking distance to shopping malls, pedestrian shopping streets, and the west lake. 7/11, restaurants beside the hotel. Buffet breakfast included, well worth it at 59yuan because of the numerous selections. Also had buffet seafood dinner that has unlimited famous hairy crab, a wide selection of food at 150 yuan only, shockingly cheap. Enjoyed taking videos of the robot delivering our food ordered from outside the hotel also picture attached

The hotel is located strategically , in the middle of the city, near the subway and West Lake. Going to the places of interest is fairly easy from this hotel as the location of the subway/metro is nearby. Walk out of the hotel, turn right, and walk down straight. In less than three minutes, you can see a large shopping centre on your right. Next to Muji is Longxiangqaio, the subway station (Exit D). The direction to West Lake from the hotel is also the same going to the subway station. Instead of turning to the right, just continue walking straight and you can see the lake in less than 5 minutes. Since the hotel is located in the city centre, food options are plentiful with many restaurants, cafes and department stores. The most interesting part of the hotel for me is the rotating restaurant located on the 20th floor, where buffet breakfast is served. If the weather is good this place is good to view the beautiful lake and sunrise. The choice and selection of food here is fantastic ranging from Chinese food and Western food. The hotel is awesome for its facilities. There are a number of restaurants and a gym area. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The consige was very helpful when we enquried for a map of Hangzhou and provided good advice on interesting places to visit. When I checked out of the hotel, the staff also provided a parting gift. I received a massage brush while my friend was given a cute keychain. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable stay in this hotel. The mattress is firm, water pressure is strong, bath tub is deep enough and fill up fast. Receptionist are always friendly when we approach them. Being without a local phone number, we were not able to connect to the room wifi, the hotel staff was quick to respond and assist. Walkable to prime shopping district and West Lake with abundance eateries and cafe within 5mins walk.

RenHe Hotel is not only situated right beside popular West Lake, and right at the start of the Pedestrian Shopping Street with lots of food to choose from. Booked a family room, which is very spacious and clean too. Definitely worth the price. A window view of the West Lake for your reference. Counter staff (ie Xiao Zhou) has been very polite and helpful. The hotel staff are generally proactive and professional. Only setback will be that the hotel outsourced the breakfast, which is below average standards. Frankly, I rather order MeiTuan which is more worthy. With that, this hotel is equipped with Delivery Robot to deliver the food delivery to your doorstep. In retrospect, my family (especially my boys) and I really enjoyed our stay here. Hangzhou has beautiful weather most of the time. We will be back again to RenHe Hotel Hangzhou.

Hotel ini betul-betul di pintu masuk kereta bawah tanah Lokasinya hebat dan sangat mudah! Kemudahan: Hotel ini dibuka tahun lepas. Kemudahan bilik ini dilengkapi dengan tandas pintar, TV projektor, peti sejuk, tab mandi, dan lain-lain, serta meja solek dan sofa untuk kami Biliknya besar dan pengalamannya sangat hebat! Kebersihan: Keadaan kebersihan sangat baik, ibu saudara melakukan kebersihan tepat pada masanya, dan bekalan pergigian, air mineral, dan uncang teh yang disediakan di dalam bilik diisi semula tepat pada masanya! Perkhidmatan: Perkhidmatannya juga sangat baik. Meja penyambut tetamu sangat bersemangat Sebarang masalah diselesaikan tepat pada masanya. Mereka juga memberi kami sarapan pagi ***a Barat. Kualitinya juga sangat bagus. Secara keseluruhan, harga di luar jangkaan Dengan standard dan perkhidmatan hotel lima bintang, saya pasti akan menempah di sini lain kali saya datang ke Hangzhou!

小张 service was excellent. If there is a 5.1 Stars rating, I will give it. I am totally impressed from the room to the toilet to the morning breakfast restaurant. Initially I was skeptical about this hotel as it looks too good to be true. Cleanliness. Spotless. The feel and the area to me is very clean and tidy. Very comfortable. Location. Near to metro, Feng qi station. About 30m away. Didn't take it but if u are looking for a hotel near a metro, no hesitation Service. From front desk to the hotel staffs, they are all very professional. Amenities. For anyone looking for a hotel with washing machines, there are 4 wash machines and 4 dryers at level 5. At level 8, there are 1 dryer and 2 washing machines. Good if u need a chance to wash your clothes before continuing with the next leg.

This hotel is located next to Chengzhan Metro Station which is very convenient for us to travel around. The buffet breakfast is very nice. It has variety of choices. The room itself is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff especially Alan & Zero helped us a lot during our stay. Will definitely come back here again in the future. ❤️

Kami menyukai hotel ini kerana perkhidmatan dan persekitarannya. Kawasan ini tenang, dan hanya mengambil masa 5 minit untuk sampai ke Tasik Barat. Terdapat juga pusat membeli-belah yang besar di sebelah hotel. Anda boleh mendapatkan KFC, Starbucks dan Pizzahut dengan mudah dalam masa 3 minit. Kami akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang melawat Hangzhou.

The hotel is very near the shopping street near West Lake, which is super convenient to every attraction we want to visit. Metro is a stone throw away. The housekeeping staff is friendly. We are not able to adjust the temperature in our room, only giving out warm air, making our room 31 degrees hot for all 3 nights. Luckily, we visited during winter and was able to open the winter to make the room cooler. The breakfast is ok, not many selections. The doors of the toilet and shower are translucent, and you will be able to see each other. Hence, it is not advisable if you are going with friends.

A marvelous experience and I was extremely impressed by the high-quality services this hotel could provide! Location must be 100 full credits, so close to the West Lake Plaza! Very satisfied with the top roof garden views.
