Hotel Conrad di Hangzhou

The staff at the front desk was very very helpful and very kind. They also offered me upgrade and also offered me free breakfast. That was really a very good gesture and a very positive gesture from the side of hotel. 

Saya menginap di hotel ini selama 3 malam. Saya menempah bilik 2 katil berkembar dan walaupun reka bentuk biliknya cantik tetapi ada bau yang sangat menjijikkan. Kami bercakap dengan kaunter penyambut tetamu dan mereka berjanji untuk memberi kami bilik yang berbeza pada hari berikutnya tetapi ia tidak pernah berlaku. Mereka hanya menggunakan beberapa penyegar udara. Hotel ini terletak di kawasan pusat bandar yang sentiasa sesak dan sibuk. Trafik sesak tetapi hotel terletak 15-20 minit dari tempat yang ingin kami lawati Alimentari- restoran Itali Dubai - restoran Arab Tasik Barat Bar

設施：不錯，，值得推薦，早餐一般，夠吃了，起床遲一點選擇性就少了，早點早餐就行😁值得推薦以後還會選擇，，旁邊吃的也多，出行方便

Penyambut tetamu meja depan 小祝 sangat membantu dan responsif. Menghargai respons pantas mereka. Kami menginap selama 2 malam, dan malam pertama, kami perasan bahawa terdapat kesan pada bantal. Pagi keesokan harinya, kami memaklumkan kepada penyambut tetamu kerana membantu kami membenarkan tukang cuci menukar sarung bantal dan cadar juga. Yang menyedihkan, apabila kami pulang ke hotel, cadar sudah kemas tetapi hanya noda yang masih ada. Maknanya mereka tidak membantu kami menukar sarung bantal dan cadar. Kami juga perasan terdapat beberapa bau merokok di dalam tandas juga. Yang lain baik-baik saja. Terima kasih 小祝.

Pros: - Very convenient location, a couple of minutes walk to the West Lake. - The lobby is spotless, check in/out is smooth. - We went with a driver/tour guide (Zhu Feng) associated with the hotel who was very helpful, drove us around the lake for most of a day in pouring rain. - Bellman is very helpful with loading luggage (he needs to work out more though :). - Breakfast is good, but not great. Cons - The room is a little outdated, needs some maintenance work. - The AC is the worst. The one in our room was blasting air all day long, but can barely keep the temperate at 25 C (77 F). - The gym is pretty crappy. Looks like it's been rented out for external use, and it's not very clean or well maintained. Overall got a good bone but needs some management shakeup and remodeling.

And oh, the blissful slumber on those plush beds—truly unparalleled! 4. Service Par Excellence: 刘营 and 牛玉芳, the consummate housekeeping professionals, deserve special mention. Whether catering to the needs of elderly guests or assisting wheelchair users, their professionalism and genuine care were evident. 5. Enchanting Ambiance: The hotel’s historic allure, reflected in its elegant architecture, transported us to another era. A hidden gem, discreetly nestled near West Lake, it cast a spell on our senses. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to both leisure and business travelers. Our stay was nothing short of unforgettable.

I would recommend this hotel because (1) the service is very great (got taken care by the staff since i stepped out of the taxi), (2) the room is very clean and great, (3) the location is great and the view is nice. Would book this hotel again next time

Excellent location, easy to get around. It takes about 10mins to get to the shopping malls, about 5mins to the metro station, a bus stop in front, really convenient! Room was not big but cozy and clean. Service was great. Breakfast had a variety and was enjoyable. Breakfast service could be improved; fruits, some foods, and drinks were not replenished so those who came in the last hour had a few choices.
